This place is awesome!!! We love going here! Bibimbap is very tasty — I always ask for extra sauce. Most of the side dishes are very good(not a fan of the chopped up Vienna sausages). Husband likes really spicy food and is able to get his fill here. One of our favorites!

I found this place on Unilocal when searching for restaurants to eat that were nearby the convention center for a conference I was attending. I easily found this restaurant located in a strip center. Upon entering this restaurant, the layout and design of the interior is very modern with a hip vibe. A two story establishment, they offer free Wi-Fi to their customers. During my dining experience, I enjoyed relaxing jazz playing throughout the restaurant. Food: I ordered a traditional Beef Bulgogi served with a side of rice and banchan. How the beef bulgogi was prepared was different from what I am used to with strips of beef versus shredded beef, but this style was just as tasty. The beef was tender, juicy, with sautéed onions mixed into the beef served on a hot plate. For the price, the serving size was generous with a free refill of the banchan dishes. This was good find and I will recommend this restaurant to anyone who will be staying in the area. I could see myself coming here again to enjoy the ambience the restaurant.

Not having to drive to Dallas for Korean food makes it so much easier. I heard of this place from a friend and decided to try it out. My mother loves Korean food. It is located in a part of Hurst that isn’t very crowded like the area by North East Mall. Walked in, seated quickly, I notice the décor right away… Chinese lanterns, huge tree light in the middle, mason jars tied to the stairs, chalk drawling on the wall(cherry blossom drawling is gorgeous). Menus have pictures, food dictionary given on a separate sheet which is very helpful because I’m still learning Korean food. My family and I ordered… Spicy gyoza: I was never a fan of gyoza but the spicy gyoza is good, nice kick, not too spicy! Bugolgi: always good, served with purple rice Saturday special was some kind of garlic pork belly? It’s on the back of the menu… This is $ 15.99 but the minimum is 2 orders so this is an entrée you must share Pork belly: this comes with all the sides, soup, and egg. They brought out a small grill and cooked it right in front of us! A lady I assume a cook came out and helped out because our server was starting to get busy. She was really sweet and even put the food on our plate! This place has a daily specials every day. It is BYOB. Is it a little more expensive than the places in Dallas. I will be coming back here soon!

Had our first visit at Yori tonight and it was amazing! The atmosphere is very unique. Great place for a date or party. The upstairs is for private parties. It’s also BYOB. The staff are extremely friendly and very attentive. Excellent service. We had the salad sampler(kimchi, cucumber salad, and kimchi cucumber salad), spicy pork entrée was absolutely amazing. And we had the Kimchi Ramen, once again amazing as well. We will be back and recommend anyone to try Yori out.

My family & I came here to try some place new, and left happy with our decision of this restaurant. We walked in the restaurant and were caught off guard by the decorations in the restaurant. It’s pretty cool! We didn’t realize that this would be our favorite spot for Korean food. We found the décor in the middle of the restaurant entertaining ass we waited to be seated at our table. We were nicely greeted by out waitress who immediately took our drink order. The food was phenonmenal. Well, it must have beenseein as how my entire family, and myself, finished up everything on our plates after eating all the side dish. We enjoyed eating at Yori and plan on returning soon.

The food portions are quite small and the service is not very good. They ran out of the gyoza and still charged it on my bill. It took them 25 minutes to bring out an ice cream order that I just had to cancel it. In my opinion, it does not taste like authentic Korean food. Most Korean restaurants will bring out their side dishes lavishly. This one definitely cut back a lot. It’s pretty expensive and not worth the cost. There are other Korean restaurants who will give you more food for your money. We left still hungry after spending over $ 100

I’ve been here a few times already and I’ve had no problem with service or food. I usually come with my friend and order the Grilled Bossom. It feeds 2 people but honestly, I think it could feed 3. But since it’s usually just me and my friend, we barely touch the rice because we made that mistake the first time and ended up being waaaaay too full. We love the side dishes and we always ask for more beforehand. The waitress is always nice to us and gives good service. Checks up and refills when needed. I love their toasted brown rice green tea, first time ever having it and I prefer it now! Every time we go, it’s always a little quiet but that’s not a bad thing. Maybe because we go on weekdays. I like the atmosphere, nice and cozy. Food is great as well. I recommended it to my best friend and she likes this place too!

Well what a horrendous experience. For starters the main waitress and seemingly the manager of this restaurant is quite possibly one of the rudest people I’ve ever come into contact with. My coupon was denied because«they didn’t post it», I will attach the photo of the response I got from the coupon site! I will also add that there are several reviews here claiming their coupons were denied. It is my personal opinion that they sign up for coupons to get patrons in and then do not honor them. The food was decent at best however my pancake was greasy and undercooked. I’ll be honest with you, I have a 4 month old daughter and if I’m going to get her dressed and go eat somewhere with my family the service had better be impeccable. If you enjoy being disrespected go ahead and try this restaurant.

Found this spot by accident, was looking for a different Korean restaurant. Started off with their prok belly yakitory, which was perfection! Main course was the Bulgogi Bibimbap, lots of lettus, pickled cucumbers, and a fried egg. Delish! We finished it off with Samanco ice cream, never had it before, and it was amazing! I highly recommend this joint, and the menue doesn’t stop at traditional Korean either!

This is the second time we have come in & were denied using the coupon they signed up for. They signup with services to get people in & then deny the customers what they offered. Not very good business. ************************************************ I am updating this review as asked by the younger female employee. While a few friends & I were eating the younger female came to our table & confronted me in front of the entire restaurant(loud enough to make everyone extremely uncomfortable) about stating on my original review that they do not accept the coupons from shop local. She told me it made her very angry & that I should comment on service & the food not coupons. So let me comment on the service & food. The food was descent. The kimchi pajeon was not cooked all the way & was extremely greasy. We asked it to be cooked a little more & we were told it was cooked completely. After my friend that is Korean asked her they did accommodate her request. The rest of the food was decent. Other than that no real problem with the food. Now about the service. When we were brought the bill the prices were different than what was advertised on the menu. After being brought to their attention they argued with us but eventually they did adjust the bill. It was at this time she became very confrontational. To the point we were uncomfortable even staying to eat our food. We asked for boxes & paid our bill. When she picked up the bill she again told me she was angry about my review & told me I should update it. I politely told her I would update the review & left. At this point I would never go back to Yori even if it was free!!! Even with the awful experience we still tipped her & did not engage her on her level. I have never been treated so rudely or made to feel so uncomfortable. A person can spend their money anywhere. Often good service makes up for mediocre food. But you can’t serve mediocre food and have bad service too. If I could leave less than 1 star I would!

Firstly, I like the food here but the Service is unacceptable and it is always the same lady who makes this experience horrible. I forget her name but she is the artist who drew all the cherry blossom trees in the décor who is also the primary waitress. She has on several occasions completely forgotten to bring smaller parts of our order and when we finally ask she just says sorry but doesn’t bring them. We went on a Saturday nite recently around 7:00 and were told one moment to be seated. There were 4 open tables in this tiny restaurant that is alot of open tables. We waited about 15 mins without anyone helping us further so we left.

First time patron and would have never found this place since hard to off harwood. We were the only diner on a Wednesday lunch hour. The décor is black and has open high ceiling with second floor. I ordered from the Unilocal photos and here is my review. These were from lunch menu: 10.99 to 12.99 Spicy squid: my fave disb since it came sizzling with caramelized onions and the perfect spicy and sweet balance. This dish was vibrant in colir and taste Bimbap with mix veggie fried egg on top: This was a typical korean dish and not memorable. The rice did have that crunchy texture due to the continual cooking in clay pot. But it ended up being a fried rice like hash Bulgogi bento box: the bulgogi had a sweet flavor and the was not thin meat like other places. The box came with purple rice, oranges, korean radish and goyza. It was a generous portion and very pretty. Spicy soft tofu dish: I always like to order a soup or brothy dish for easier digestion. Itnhas a bice balance and wouls be great for rainy weather or when you need to clear your sinus. I am glad to have found a nearby korean restaurant with a home cooking style. Our waitress must have been the owner and she was very attentive or maybe we were the only ones there. Next time I will try the galbi korean ribs or go diring dinner

Went here a few months ago with friends and it was great. The interior is just gorgeous, very nice ambiance and really added to the whole experience. We were immediately greeted as soon as we walked in and the staff was very friendly. Our waiter was very nice and checked up on us periodically. The only reason why I haven’t come back to this restaurant and why I’m only giving it 4 stars is because it is a tad pricier than other Korean restaurants I’ve been to. I ordered the dolsot bibimbap and while it was great, I remember thinking it was a bit overpriced considering it tasted like every other dolsot bibimbap I’ve had.

Beautiful place. Nice relaxed atmosphere. The people are very helpful and polite. The food is incredible! Best kimchi I’ve ever had. The brown rice green tea is almost addictive. And the bibimbap is perfect. Even if you’ve only heard of Korean food you must go here. You will not be disappointed.

It is so hard to find good Korean barbecue in Dallas! We got the spicy chicken and spicy tofu soup. The chicken was so flavorful, and the spice did not overwhelm the dish. I’m not usually a fan of tofu, but this soup was great and I’ll definitely order it again. The staff, especially David, was very helpful. This is my new go-to place for Korean barbecue in DFW.

Found this gem by reading other Unilocal reviews. One of the best Korean restaurants in tarrant county! Located in a quiet little shopping strip with plenty of parking. Food was awesome and very reasonable. The price for the Galbi(short ribs) was actually much cheaper than what you find at other korean restaurants. The customer service was very attentive and accommodating. If you’re trying Korean food for first time than great little place to give it a chance. Recommend bugogi or Galbi. If you like spicy than try spicy tofu soup. My favorite appetizer is dukkbocki if you like spicy foods. Lastly, great to bring kids and quiet atmosphere for the whole family.

First visit I would have rated this place 5. My first time the waitress was great and super sweet! I had the Galbi dish which was melt in your mouth, flavorful, and had more fat on it though. But that’s what makes it soooo good! I love most of the little sides! My favorite of course is the kimchi salad and cucumber kimchi. I was not big on the macaroni salad or cucumber salad. 2nd visit, dropped to a 4 star. Came here for lunch. ordered the bulgogi bibimbap: it was ehhh… the meat was pretty soggy and not very flavorful. I was pretty disappointed on the bulgogi. This kind of set me off eating bulgogi here again. I don’t mind coming here again, but I would stick to the galbi even though it had a bit more fat on it. Love the cute décor in here! Walls have painted art on it that looks like with chalk. Very pretty and fun to look at! They have an upstairs, but I’ve never seen anyone up there. Also, i noticed the two times I have been here, it was practically dead. first visit, one other table. today– only me.

Finally something ethnic and different in the mid cities area! This place is serving up some tasty Korean & Asian dishes with a lot of variety. I very much enjoyed my chicken lettuce wraps that were marinated in some kind of deliciousness with sweet sauce on the side. I also enjoyed their crispy spring rolls with the marinated veggies inside. They give huge portions and the appetizer lettuce wraps easily double as a meal for lunch. I look forward to trying out the kimchi rice next as well as some bulgogi with the marinated beef! It’s great for to go and if you want to sit inside it’s intimate, dark & beautiful. They also have a cute little outside seating area! Can’t wait to go back!

This was an amazing find! Authentic Korean cuisine, and friendly servers who are helpful in making suggestions for first time diners. The hot Jasmine tea was delicious as was the spicy goyza and the bulgoi. The server was consistent in checking on our meal. Honestly, I would be more than happy coming here again

How can you not love this place, great service, great food and great ambiance. What more can you ask for? The food there is amazing, she :) & I had grilled bossam and the spicy pork bulgogi. The grilled bossam comes as a portion for 2 and it’s mighty good. The thing that actually shined & complimented the most on this bossam dish is the tossed salad, which is a very great addition to add to the taste palette. Surprisingly, most korean places do not serve this salad anymore. To describe the salad, it would be lightly spiced, perfectly flavored, and tangy. The spicy pork bulgogi is amazzinggg! It had a wonderful perfect spice to it. Not too dry not to wet. Not too spicy just right! Even the service was amazing. Not too long of a wait on food and our waiter was very attentive. Don’t sleep on this place guys. If you love korean this place won’t disappoint. Love love love and highly recommended!
