The service always has been good which is why I’m giving 3 stars instead of 2. The food here is incredibly average. It always tastes like something frozen that was thawed and heated on the grill. Not a fresh taste at all. I used to like their buffalo wings, but the last few times I’ve been there they have been very soggy and rubbery. I try to avoid coming here when it’s an «eat out» option.

Used online app to order and it gave me a time of 6:45pm pick up. I went at 6:50. They did not seem very busy for a Friday (no one waiting to be seated). The server at the pickup desk was flustered and hurried to cash me out. I stood and waited. The server brought me the wrong order. After showing her that she put it on a shelf behind her and went around the corner to ask the kitchen about my order. The female kitchen manager cussed her out and said my order could wait. The server had to get a manager to sort things out and finally deliver my food. I got my food at 7:35. The manager gave me $ 10 off my next meal, but honestly with all the other options in town I probably won’t go back.

As good as an Applebee’s gets, my friends. During my extensive travels throughout our great nation, such as, the USA, I have been to Applebee establishments in more than five states. Without maps. Ducking’ a right, sluts, hobo stylee’. Come for the 90s tunes, stay for the bottom-shelf Long Island Iced Teas.

We stopped in for a late dinner here the night before playing golf at Prairie Dunes. It’s everything you’d expect from an Applebee’s. I gave this Applebee’s an extra star due to the exceptional service we received from the bar tender.

GREAT food, staff, and atmosphere. My friends and I go regularly after 9 flour half priced appetizers. Staff is lively nice and helpful. Love love love this restaurant.

It’s a chain. This place raises their prices and makes the portions smaller. You will pay 15.00 for a steak a potato and an ice tea. Anywhere else you will get a salad and some good bread along with your meal. The service is almost always slows. Have had under cooked food many times. They seem to not train the staff to do anything but take orders and check back once. Why can’t a restaurant offer an appetizers that is a small portion for under 5 bucks. It’s an appetizer not a meal. UP have a few bites while waiting on your meal. If it costs 8 bucks it’s a meal. ???
