Despite being a larger chain, I really enjoyed visiting here. The service was great, the selection and prices good. The genuineness of the smoked food was there. I liked the pulled pork and the smoked sausage. Both were moist and tender. The coleslaw was creamy without being overly sweet.

Try it while you can, because I don’t think this place will be around long. Not with the variety of BBQ joints already here in #Hutchinslut
The food here is good. The establishment is nice and clean. There are hot waitresses with amazing cabooses running around. Great cabooses.
But, the food pales in comparison to the Hutchinslut BBQ standards like Roy’s or even Dog Wild Pitbull BBQ.
This is the Chilli’s of BBQ.
I thought lunch was rather expensive, but I gorged myself until the had to roll me out in a wheel barrow. I consider that excellent customer service.
So, in short, come for the ribs, stay for the cabooses.

First time in with the family, it was OK. Meats didn’t taste like any smoking was done, had no Flavor. The meats NEED the sauce they are offering at the tables for Flavor. Didn’t care for frozen fries with seasoning.
Kids food was OK, but for life of me can’t understand why restaurants can’t do better pricing for children’s food… come, Mac n cheese for $$$ for a kid… really

We’re pretty happy with the Rib Crib here. We’ve been thrice and it’s been okay, but that’s really all it is. Our first experience came after I received a coupon for a free app. We got the loaded fries ($ 8), which according to the menu are «smothered in cheese». There was a pile of fries with just a sprinkle of shredded cheese and bacon on the very top. It was bad enough that I would have sent it back if it hadn’t been free. Overall it’s very expensive, even for BBQ. We can’t get out of there without spending $ 50 for one beer each and regular entrees. Service is perfectly satisfactory, but for the price, we’re happier going to Hog Wild and spending $ 20 and drinking our own beer at home.

First time at a rib crib and it was fantastic! For being the first week open the service was fantastic and very quick. We didn’t have to wait long on food. The only problem we had was with the soda fountain. We tried both coke and dr pepper and they were very weak in flavor.
The food was typical bbq. Nothing special but it was good. Our waitress was Robyn and she was awesome! Thank you Robyn!
