If there was the ability to leave Less than one star I would. This store is quickly gaining the reputation of being one of the absolute worst for customer service and rude employees. While it is an official Verizon store, choose instead the store at 25th and Main. They’re more pleasant to deal with and give much better service without the rude attitude.
