I ordered a veggie pizza special and a jalapeño pizza. I was really happy to open the box and see fresh cut veggies all over the pizza. The crust on the bottom is thin so the pizza isn’t all bread. The sauce seemed to be made in house because it tasted and looked like blended tomatoes, just missing herbs and spices. Overall very impressed with this because the ingredients were so fresh and they weren’t greed with them.

I looked this place up on Unilocal and decided to give it a try. Glad I did! I got a half veggie half ranchero chicken deep dish that was delicioussssss. I ordered online and it was exactly the way I ordered it. Great flavor great crust, plus most places don’t offer so many veggies or pizzas with chicken. I also got buffalo wings which were very tasty but could have a been a little more crispy and the cheese bread was pretty good just not the best… HOWEVER it’s called Golden Crust Pizzas for a reason. The pizzas is delicious and the staff friendly. You’ll enjoy it much more than a cookie cutter chain

Worst pizza ive had in the long time. We couldnt even finish one slice. We just threw it out and made frozen dinners instead. Big waste of cash.

I just happen to stop by to get gas and decided to try a pizza from here. The smell and golden crust was so good that I didn’t get to finish my pizza alone. The family ate most of my pizza. It was the best pizza I have had in years. Way better than those chain restaurants.

Cannot get an order right after expressly told not to put certain toppings on a pizza. Twice I have paid for overpriced pizza that is the wrong order.

Tried to place an order for pickup using the ap available on the android phone. Was unsuccessful so I called to place my order. The lady had a really thick accent and sounded flustered. She would not honor the coupon that was on the website or ap. She yelled at me and said I just work here lady when I asked why she wouldn’t honor what was advertised. Then I asked for the manager and she said I am the manager. Needless to say we were not able to order after she hung up on me. Very dissapointed. :(

My family enjoys the food. However, my email said pizza would be ready at 6:00 pm. Showed up at 6:05 and my order was not even started yet. They also messed my husbands pasta order up.

How did a pepperoni and mushroom pizza end up being fifteen dollars when a 1 topping large special was advertised as $ 7.99? Mediocre taste and light on the toppings. I am unsure of the greatness touted here as in other reviews.

Drove by this place multiple times but would always go to Papa Johns and forget to try it. Which is funny because this place is actually closer to my house. When a coupon came in the mail I finally remembered to give them a shot. Wow I’m glad I did. Amazingly good pizza and even better Peperoni rolls. Growing up on DoubleDave’s peperoni rolls these are just as good if not better. They always have coupons by the register or they will just give you the discount without asking. A bit pricier than the other guys but worth it. Because they are next to a gas station I can place my order then get beer fill up my car and they usually have my order out by the time I’m ready to leave. I will try other stuff on the menu before giving them 5 stars.

Best pizza I’ve had in a long long time. Forget pizza hut, dominoes and papa john’s. Unbelievable flavor and texture. And the price! Wow! Will not order anything different.

I consistently get a great pizza from Golden Crust. They offer flavors that you don’t usually find. I tend to order their meat pizzas a lot, but during lent, found that their veggie pizza was just as good. I did find that their hot wings have to much fat, but that is an easy fix. Pasta is great as are the sandwiches. Sure I can order a pizza from all the chain store, but these guys are on par with the rest, plus as a Hutto resident, I like to spend my Hutto dollars with Hutto owned businesses. In closing I end this message with… in my opinion. P. S. Golden Crust tastes even better cold for breakfast the next day after a day in the fridge.

Meh. I ordered a large pepperoni. Usually we go to Papa J’s because I have the rewards thing so we like getting free pizza from them or awesome coupons. However, this time we saw a coupon in the paper for $ 6 large so we went for it. We kept saying we would try it some day but never would. Well, it wasn’t good. It was just ok. The dough was a little too tough for me and it had barely any cheese on it. Actually, it had barely anything on it. It was just ok. I probably won’t get a pizza there again. I’d rather wait for Papa J’s to send me emails with coupons or for Spurs night for 50% off. This just isn’t very good.

Tried because the reviews were good. Maybe I hit it on a bad night, but this was the worst pizza I ever had. Was so bad, we just threw it out and got McDonald’s. I won’t go back again, not worth the money.

Didn’t like. Crust was anything but golden… More like doughy cardboard. Sauce tastes like salty canned crap. Veggies clearly not fresh. Considering how many decent pizza joints deliver out here, including Austin’s Pizza, we won’t waste our money again.

The pizza is great. But, the sandwiches are on the small size for the price. Plus, I ordered a Philly cheesesteak sandwich, usually you shouldn’t be still hungry after one of those. The meet potion was the smallest I have seen on a Philly… Yes I order these everywhere. My family loves the pizza though! The crust is perfect.

Hands down the best pizza in Hutto! We were tired of ordering from Domino’s or Papa Johns and can’t stand Pizza Hut. I saw a post on Facebook about this place and thought I’d do a little research on ratings… and every place I looked they were rated 4 – 5 stars. I visited their website and after taking a few minutes to figure out their wonky online ordering system, we placed an order for a «Bronze» and a Pepperoni Pizza and also an order of Cheesy Breadsticks. They called to let me know my order was ready and I picked it up. Pretty seamless. Got home, opened up the boxes to beautiful golden crusted pizzas and cheesy bread! The pizza was amazing! Loved the sauce, the toppings were perfect, and the crust, «oh my gosh», I usually don’t eat the crust, but enjoyed every last bite of theirs. The dough was perfectly cooked(got the hand tossed on both). Then the cheesy bread. Another«Oh my gosh» moment! Wish they offered a larger size of the bread, would def. pay more for more. So delicious! I’ve lived in Hutto since 2004 and not since Maggiore’s was here(now closed), have we been blessed with such amazing pizza! Yes Golden Crust’s pizzas are a little higher than the chain stores here in Hutto, BUT they are worth every dollar with the amazing taste! We will order again and again!!! This is a order and either pick-up or get delivered kind of pizza place only. I wish they had a full restaurant space since we don’t have a pizza place like that here anymore, but hopefully if they’re successful, they’ll venture into a bigger spot with seating, at least I hope they do!

Excellent crust both crispy and pan. Yummy sauce. Two medium pizzas for less than $ 16 with a two liter of soda. Pepperoni and sausage were fresh and yummy as were the mushrooms. Definitely will be supporting this locally owned and operated Pizza Joint. Kudos on quality. Better than Dominos, Pizza Hut or Cesar Cesar! Be back soon. Keep the pizzas hot. On a side note, need to cut through the crusts a little harder. But the best I’ve had in ages.

Let’s get the obvious out of the way first: It’s an independent, non-chain pizza joint in Hutto — and likely the only one in existence. Hutto is a great town to *live* in, but unless you are looking to rotate your tires, get an oil change, or buy weed and feed for your lawn; you’re starved for food choices. Don’t get me started on the Walgreens being the de facto grocery store of the city, but that’s besides the point: The pizza here is actually, dare I say — «good.» I ordered a thin-crust pepperoni and they hooked it up at coupon price. They also cover the face of the pizza with parmesan prior to the oven bake, so you’re treated to golden-baked crumblings of cheese on top of whatever you order — if you’re into that sort of thing. The ingredients were plentiful and didn’t taste overly processed or long-stored, although I think Domino’s reboot sauce has conditioned me towards a sweeter sauce. The thin crust was fantastic, and decently baked — without being flimsy or doughy. Yes, there are many places in the Austin area that will give you flimsy, doughy, wanna-be NY /seedy parts of NJ ‘thin crust.‘ I will be returning often, because frankly — it’s either this or Dominos. Edit: I fundamentally disagree with hamburger /ground-beef on pizza, but that’s not these guys’ fault.
