Wow so we placed our order tonight for waffle fries and chicken wings but what we got instead is a soggy sloppy mess of straight cut grease soaked potatoes. So i call to see if they can replace it with something else and they start ARGUINGWITHME! The kid who sounded 12 said«well i have been doing they fryer all night and they were fine» no wonder this place has so few stars! I hope corporate shuts this place down or changes management because im sorry but I paid good money for food that is expected to be as ordered!

I have been craving some delicious, hot pizza in some time. I stopped in to try the twisted crust pizza. The pizza was expected to be ready at 5:23 pm and I sat there waited inside the lobby until it was done. It’s a rainy day so I could see them being busy with orders. Presentation was not impressive when I saw it. Maybe I just expected the twisted crust to be fluffy and full of goodness. I immediately ripped a twisted breadstick off and it tasted ok. The crust underneath the twisted breadstick was super soggy. I bit into the actual pizza and noticed the crust was also soggy. I looked on the bottom and it looked like they could have cooked the pizza longer. The bottom crust of the entire pizza was yellow and not the golden color I am used to. Needless to say after craving pizza this was not satisfying to my taste buds. I know they were busy but wished they would have cooked the pizza more.

Another case of a food chain using teenagers as «shift managers» with extremely poor customer service skills… Ordered a pizza via the online store at 6:49pm and received confirmation that the order would be delivered in 50 minutes. It wasn’t, and at 7:55, I called to inquire about my order to have a young lady fumble around and finally say that my order had been delivered and paid for… I had to repeat twice that I was calling because I do not have a pizza in my hand and no one came to my door. Then I received a magical«oh, it’s on it’s way… 5 mins.» I asked for a discount or free considering we’re 30 mins late at this point and she said«the manager said no» about twice and finally put the«manager» on the phone who said the order would be there any minute and he couldn’t give me a credit because«it would screw over the driver.» I told them to cancel the order and refund my money. He desperately tried to tell me he would have to call the driver to not deliver the pizza in order to cancel the order… I told him I didn’t care and hung up. Awful service!

Ordered a pizza, pasta, and 2 Apple pies online. Received pizza and pasta with no problem. By the time we realized the pies were missing the driver was gone. While eating I called to get a refund for the pies. Talked to a gal, she asked for a ticket number which isn’t in the email confirmation, and on the receipt it’s unreadable(prints over red text pre printed on the receipt). She puts me on hold. Finally comes back with ticket number says she can give me a credit. I say I want a refund not a credit. She says they can’t do that. I insist. On hold again. Manager gets on and says that I have to come to the store to get the refund. I refuse. So ultimately they are sending desert to my house roughly 2 hours later than dinner. Spectacular. Won’t be ordering here again.

Have been ordering from the Hutto store for awhile… out of the last 3 times ordering from them 2 have been terrible… the last one tonite being the worst… we used to get VERY good pizza from this store but not anymore… tonites order was the $ 6.99 special…2 medium pizzas with whatever you want as toppings… pizza arrives and… I have never seen a burnt pizza… this 1 had a hole almost burnt through the middle… the second one only had the toppings in the middle of the pizza… call the store and I get a kid(manager) who answers and uses profanity and tells me I need to report it on the website… really??? The amazing thing is, someone actually boxed these pizzas up to be delivered…

The service is ok but the sauce on their pizza doesn’t taste like it used to. Has a flat tomatoe paste taste. Not sure what that’s about. I picked up two medium pizzas today both with different toppings and both were just ok. The 6 bucks for two, two liter bottles of soda is about ripoff though. Doubt I will order from them again soon. Not the store folks fault on the pricing or taste but their management needs to cut the prices on some soda for sure.

Can I say ridiculous? You now have to go through a call center to place your order now. Say hello to on hold forever. Your competitors however, have no hold and you actually talk to an employee at the store. I can definitely see how Pizza Hut is failing and dying. RIP.

Just want to say thanks to the gentleman at the counter. Was very curtious and very helpful. The food is always great and alwyas prompt. They always give me little spiffs when i pick up. This has to be one yhe best pizza huts in town or around the austin area

Have to say this is the best pizza place in Hutto. Service always polite and they have always hit my quotes. Quality for Pizza is average; However their friendly, timely service is what makes them the best for me. Domino’s never hits their quoted times… That is if they don’t lose your order. Papa John’s is good but usually dirty and all their employees smoke out front of their restaurant… Not sure if they wash their hands after smoking. Pizza Hut is the best fast food pizza in Hutto.

The staff is great today and understanding on what I wanted but they no longer make the small pan pizza’s I had to get 2 personal pan instead. The medium is just to much for one person and I end up trashing half of it. I will always ask for a small hoping they bring it back soon. Besides that I will keep coming by to get pizza if I don’t order ahead on line I will order at the store.

It’s sad, but with Unilocal it’s always customers that have had a bad experience that leave a review. I wish more people left reviews that have had a good experience. We eat here all the time, at least ½ times a month. Delivery is great, food is AWESOME and I love the e-mail coupons :) We have really enjoyed this place. We are a repeat family of 4 for many years now.

Holy SHIT! Tonites dinner sucked. Felix — Eric — «girl that answers». And, I rarely give bad reviews, man. This was THE worst pizza experience ever, BUT for what it’s worth, manager Felix tried very hard & for that, the owner of this store needs to commend him and get his store in order. First & foremost. The pizza sucks. Really. After eating a few pieces of each of the 3 ordered, idk who chooses to eat this chain. I was SO glad we ordered 2 orders of wings. At least we ate. So on pizza alone, they earn a 1. I swear they use a nasty marinara as the pizza sauce. Worst flavor ever. If seriously rather have a Totinos. Or CiCis. On presentation, they get a booty rating too. Just on principal man. SO. Aside from that. I call the PV location only to be told the Hutto location is the right store. Cool. Call Hutto. It takes an act of Congress to get these fkers on the phone.(Proven as well later by driver– Eric!) I finally get thru & the girl, she has NONEED to be fielding calls. Period! I’m sorry, but give that young woman something else to do. From the time I called, till the time she opted to get her manager because she couldn’t get our address right &THOUGHT they don’t deliver to us, it was about 5 minutes.(Had to take pix, threw me!) SO. Felix says they don’t, but they will. RIGHTONDUDE, thank you! I made sure to let him know I appreciated him taking care of a customer. Pizza ordered, all good. 9:09 is the expected delivery time. 9:19 rolls around & no pizza. At 9:23 I call to see what’s up. Train(which always happens on 79, cool) weather is apparently bad in Hutto, ok I get that. Again, took forever to get a person on the line, and had to deal w the girl again first. Felix let’s me know what’s up & it’d be here any minute. 9:32 the delivery driver can’t find our house. He’s on our street. I give him a variety if descriptions, go outside & wait. 2, 3 mins later he rolls up fr essentially the wrong way. He’s clueless, but this has nothing to do with him. Backtrack. I gave«girl» my address 743 times, got it wrong, but Felix confirmed it correctly and yet it goes in wrong. Poor dude! Now were @ 22ish mins late. I ask him what they do in a situation where it’s pushing 30 mins late. He says he doesn’t know & wants to call his manager. 77 minutes later, Felix is back on the phone. I said, «SEE! You can’t get thru to them for nothin!!”– SO. Felix totally voided the whole transaction. I offered ½, but was VERY happy with his trying to right this. I gave Eric his $ 5 tip and that was that. He apologized, was a cool kid. Thanked him & that was that. Pix do the rest. Do I like their pizza? NO! Do they need better processes? YES Was Felix helpful? Saved the damn day! Was the driver cool? Totally No one in the house, 5 of us, enjoyed anything more than the bread rolls that were the crust! Shoulda called Papa Johns or high ass Yaghis. Now we know. We gave em a try.

I again gave this place another try because I do really like there stuffed crust pizza. My mother and I used to order it all the time in Florida anyhow and it was good there. This location though simply does not know how to follow direction. If you ask for extra sauce on the pizza you will never get it. I am giving it 2 stars this time for this place because when I did call down there to complain, the manager apologized and comped my meal as an in house credit. So at least he tried. When I had my wife call down a week later to repeat our order again she asked to speak to the manager to make sure the order was completed properly. My wife was placed on hold form several minutes, hung up, called back, placed on hold for several minutes again waiting for the manager, the manager still never came to the phone. I told my wife to just go down there and she did. Once she got down there she could see why they did not pick up. They were super busy and on one order had about 50 pizzas to do, and all other orders from other people were coming in at regular times, making this place to get extremely backlogged. Still this was not our problem. Pizza Hut has been in business for a long time and should know how to take and properly time orders. When my wife did get down there to talk to the manager he took her order, and that was the end of it. The pizza we not only requested extra sauce, but for it to be well done. My wife had them stick it back in because it appeared to be hardly cooked which she said seemed to piss off the cook once the girl at the register told him to stick it in for longer, especially with them being so busy. So they cooked it a little longer, but to my surprise when we bit in to it, there again was no sauce. At least if you order from dominos or papa johns they put sauce in there pizza. I am done giving this place multiple chances and never again will return. I do appreciate the manager comping us upon returning, but it was also a chance for them to show me the food was made right this time and they failed miserably.

We love the personal pan pizzas. Needless to say EVERYSINGLETIME we order them we ask if they have them. Always reply with«yes». Then comes our order at least 30 mintues late and low and behold… never a personal pan pizza. Most of the time, not even the correct toppings. This has happened so many times that we finally called a manager. He refunded our money. We tried again a month later, same thing. So this time the manager refunded that order. Oddly a $ 30 credit somehow turned into $ 8. When we asked to speak to a manager we heard him refuse our call and tell the employee that the credit is $ 8, and that was that. Left a comment for the corporate office, and a month later not response. The entire staff has no idea what is going on. It’s a shame this place is so bad, with little options in this city they are really missing out.

We ordered a super supreme and a pepperoni/mushroom pizza. They told us it would be less expensive if we drove over to get it. The pizza tasted ok but was very short on toppings. One pepperoni per slice placed on the edge of the pizza. I used to work for Pizza Hut and expected the same quality. My husband feels that this is their way of saving money since they were $ 10 pizzas. We will not be going back to this particular Pizza Hut anytime soon.
