We were in the area car shopping and dropped by to get some tenders I live the spicy sprinkles. But they had run out .
Just want to write a review to see if the manager or owner can keep a good stock of spicy sprinkles next time. other than that food was great …

The only reason I come to golden chick is because my husband loves it. The only thing I eat from here are their corn nuggets. Every single time we are in the drive thru, they ⁴⁄₅ times forget my corn nuggets. Shame on me for not checking my order but after the 3^rd time it became ANNOYING. Anyways, if you’re gonna eat here, I recommend you get down because most likely they will get your drive thru order wrong.

Never fails they seem to always forget something in my order. Maybe sham on me for not checking.

On the home from Houston yesterday we stopped at Golden Chick at 5 PM and got a tub to take home. There was not a single car in the parking lot. Seemed strange. The chicken was very dry and tasted like it was overcooked or had been sitting under the heat lamp too long. Also on the expensive side — 8 pieces for $ 15 bucks with no sides.

My bestfriend and I came here yesterday! I love eating here. The food is always fresh and hot. The staff is very friendly and always smiling with pride. I like to eat here any time I am hungry for some fried chicken. The facility is very clean and so is the kitchen. You will enjoy the food you receive here.

One of the best fast food places for Chicken strips. They are always hot and fresh, and good gravy as a side. They are very busy on the weekends, so be patient with the drive through. My kids love the mac and cheese, and the fresh yeast rolls! yum yum. Great place to pickup up a quick dinner for the family!

My wife and I happened to show up on one of the 2 days they do chicken livers and gizzards, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. She says the fried chicken livers are the best she’s had in the area. She wanted to try the chicken and ordered one individual chicken strip. She loved the livers and chicken strip. She was glad she had ordered the small order of livers. Their idea of small is a lot. Could only eat half of it. I devoured some of the tenderest, juiciest chicken tenders I’ve ever had, the #1 came with a side, 4 tenders and an awesome yeast roll… the gravy was awesome. They also have cones and vanilla ice cream for dessert included in the price. We will be back, just like Arnold and MacArthur.

Great chicken and consistently friendly service. This is our favorite chicken place and it’s convenient to the house.

I don’t know how they stay in business. We go there once in a while. I love wings. Hot wings. They do not have them. The chicken is just ok. The sides suck especially the mashed potatoes and gravy. I say boo to Golden Chick. U have to be stoned or stupid to eat there.

I was scared.
I was scared that going to Golden Chick 30 minutes prior to closing that I would receive food that had been sitting under a lamp.
I was worried that my fried okra would be spat in, because there are a lot of people ready to get the hell out of work, and do not want to deal with any customers in the last hour that they are open.
I shouldn’t have worried.
What an awesome night crew. They took the time to reconstruct my all-​over-​the-​place order into a neat family pack that saved them time and me money. They did not act at all in the least bit annoyed, and I’m sure I over apologized, but each apology was waved away and returned with a smile. They did this with 2 cars sitting behind me in the drive thru, as cool and collected as a fast food crew could be that close to closing. The food I got was HOT and definitely fresh. Blown away by the measures these guys took to make sure I got the best deal paired with hot, terrible for you, food.
