The night staff speaks Spanish, started talking about us, saying the credit card machine was down & they only take cash (said they were lying in Spanish) and I caught them. I called them out, and they were upset. I am going to make sure cooperate finds out about this. Their attitudes are absurd, they need to hire people who really wanna work.
