Whataburger

Went to get some food with a friend from out town. I ordered a cinnamon roll. After she put it in the microwave, she licked/​sucked her fingers clean. Then proceeded to work slowly and disgusting. Place is just like McDonalds. Nasty employees.

I went there late one night. I got a burger combo, ate it, and put the drink in the fridge, was nice as could be, I’ve worked in food services. Later on I took the drink out, it was a unsweetened tea and poured in into a clear glass only to discover there was a huge loogie in it. I filed a police report with RRPD but the investigation was cold dropped due to no security cameras and a «loose» schedule. Basically RRPD protecting local business. Eat there if you want. They’ll never get my business again. And I’m perusing a lawsuit.

Grabbed a bite to eat this morning. I was really craving one of those Honey Butter Chicken Biscuits. Delicious!
I walked in the store, was greeted by my order taker, and the food was out promptly. Instead of reading the order number out and sliding my bag on the counter, the man walked my order over to me and graciously thanked me. It may not seem like much, but it would have been much easier just tossing my order down and calling out my number.
I genuinely felt appreciated, and my food was warm and delicious! Thanks Whataburger, not all locations take this much care and attention.

Whataburger is always good. This location has always been one of the best of the ones I frequent. The staff is always friendly regardless of drive-​in or dine-​in. Smiles are always present and it just makes it pleasant to be there.

Came in looking for a low carb alternative and found a very nice grilled chicken salad, my wifey took another road and enjoyed some chicken nuggets or whatever they’re called here… yeah I swiped a couple… two decent meals for around 15 bucks makes my little heart/​blood sugar happy.

At 3:40am I was the only person in here, in addition to the drive thru. My food was cold, took over 20 minutes and I asked it for here and it came out in bags… my biscuit for my biscuits and gravy was so old I didnt even eat it. Cheese on my Bob was still frozen… the lady started sweeping the carpets inside as soon as I opened my food so I have the dust of who knows all over my food. Thanks guys, for keeping my immune system strong!

We’re visiting from Cali and Whataburger is always a must when we’re in Texas. The food was very good, but what stood out the most from our visit was the cashier, Greg. He was so friendly to EVERYONE that walked in. Even as we ate our lunch you could hear him talking to everyone. Super star employee for sure! Hope he’s recognized for his outstanding customer service.

Service with a smile. I really appreciated the kindness of the staff… especially Greg. Super polite, looked like he enjoyed his job. Put a smile on my face. Got my to go order and they brought it out with a tray of extras (napkins, salt pepper, etc.) with things to choose from. It was a nice touch. The little things make a difference!

Worst whataburger experience I’ve ever had. The only fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to that wouldn’t upgrade a kids drink. On top of that they forgot the entire kids meal that I ordered when I pulled up to the window. The two employees working couldn’t understand where they had gone wrong and got their manager who wasn’t much more helpful. After 20 minutes they finally got the order correct. No wonder the parking lot was empty…

Normally it’s a 5 star place but not today! There is usually an older black gentleman who takes your order and makes you smile. He is professional and courteous. Unfortunately, he was washing the parking lot. The fool I encountered was ridiculous! I looked for the candid camera crew to jump out twice during my brief yet exasperatingly stupid conversation with her. I repeated my order not once, not twice, not three times. You guessed it 4 times and she still messed it up. I ended up leaving with no food and a headache. Thanks WhatABurger!
Perhaps one day I’ll give them another chance… Hopefully without the terrible customer service from the girl. Managers, if something works, leave it alone. The guy you normally have up there is a ray of sunshine, that chic was hell to deal with and I am a very patient person. That was five minutes I can’t get back. #zerotoleranceforstupidthisdangearlyinthemorning!!!

Just got home and almost half my order was missing. Lesson learned to check my bag before leaving the drive thru.

Best place in the history of ever you should go eat there if you play a sport because it’s even better after a sport gam

I was in the restroom and a manager named Miguel DID NOT wash his hands! This is very disgusting it is ridiculous. I felt very uncomfortable eating my food, I will never eat here again. He did not even put on hand Sanitizer. I noticed he did not do anything at all he didn’t help out his fellow employees, he is a very lethargic employee.

Well, I was there last week and I’m really disappointed with the management team. I was at the front with my family ready to place our order and the «manager» Martha literally yelled at the employee (Yvete, I believe that’s her name) while she was taking orders, for her to clean the tables and take out trash. No team work whatsoever. The managers are just walking around instead of helping teammates. They are so rude to their employees and actually this is not the first time I experience this. There is a guy, I think he is also a «manager» Miguel that is also very impolite and is just walking around and stalking the workers. I’m just not going to eat at this location never again. I rather drive a few extra miles to the one in Pflugerville.

All Whataburgers are notorious for long waits, but sometimes you just have to have their onion rings! Their burgers are good and their chicken sandwich is decent. Oh and how can I forget about their famous ketchup… It’s FANCY! This location is usually clean and not as busy as the I35 location on late weekend nights.

They should be giving free food for taking so long.

If you are in the mood for a pretty tasty burger/​fries/​chicken sandwich/​tenders w/​gravy/​breakfast, then you have found the right place. I normally order the chophouse burger but they don’t serve it anymore. Whatabummer! So now I move on to the patty melt which is just as good. My daughter love their chicken strips with gravy. This whataburger is always clean, friendly and fast service. Glad that I live close for those lazy dinners.

Whataburger is something that had to grow on me. A late night pilgrimage for many Texans, there’s just something about their simplicity and formulaic burger, fry combo that works. We put jalapenos on a burger cause that makes it Texan dernit.
This will never be the best burger in town but it’s one you can find almost anywhere at 1am even in a small town.

What can I write about Whataburger that all of Texas doesn’t already know… I like this location, because it’s on the way to work, I have always received good service, and good/​hot food. This location seems to be managed well, as everytime I come here, I know what to expect. Friendly employees, and hot/​fresh food!

A five star fast food review. Correctly filled order, clean restaurant, and standard Whataburger fare.
The real star of this review was the gentleman (Greg) who took my order. He gave me several lemon packets for my tea and was exceptionally gracious about thanking me for my business.
That’s uncommon service in general these days and exceptionally rare for a fast food joint. Somebody is managing this Whataburger correctly!
