Literally every single time I come to this location they mess something up. I would rather drive out of my way to a different sonic than to waste my time and money here. I work in the food industry and understand that stuff does happen, but it shouldn’t happen as often as it does and the staff should really learn what good customer service is.

A few weeks ago I stop by this sonic with a group of kids to get some drinks. It was fairly busy but we waited more than 45 minutes for drinks. I spoke to the manager and she was very nice and apologetic. She gave me all of my drinks for free and even gave me some coupons for future visits. Since they were so apologetic I decided to continue patronizing this location. Tonight I stop by to get dinner for my daughter and myself. When I got home I unwrapped my sandwich in the bun was molded. I don’t know how anyone could possibly have missed it when they made my sandwich. Disgusting. Added a picture.

Yes the service was sub-par way back in the day but every time I’ve been lately everything has been quick/accurate and the staff always friendly. Really like the new menu boards.

I have never had a bad experience at this location, but tonight’s service was exceptional! I’m «one of those» people that has a huge order to begin with and then I had to add on an enormous order of tots. Not only was Devon polite and friendly about it, he assured me it was not a problem, got the entire order perfect AND sent out a coupon for my wait. And the wait wasn’t long at all!!! It was totally reasonable with a big order. Thank you to the entire team at the Gattis location for making my day! This is a fantastic store.

I went to this location on 8÷14÷2014 at 1:45 in the afternoon while out running an errand. I was laughed at by a young girl when I asked if I could get the #6 meal. Then when I asked what came on the American dog a young boy came on and made noises/sounds like I had a mental disability. I have 2 autistic children and I am incredibly offended by the behavior of these young and immature employees. I don’t typically eat at Sonic and you can bet that I will not ever spend money at this location again. The manager who was on duty called and apologized for their behavior and I do appreciate it, but that still does not take away the issue with these workers. Want to make a difference? Make this childish boy participate with the mentally disadvantaged. Come volunteer at the Autism Speaks Walk in Austin, TX on 9÷27÷2014 and grow a pair.

Food is consistent with other Sonics but WOW, they need to train their employees on how to answer their drive threw. I’ve been here 3 times and not one time has someone answered the drive through in a timely manner. When I pulled up the window the last time after having waited 5 – 10 mins, I was told they didn’t answer because of my vehicle. Um, ok…3 different times in 2 different vehicles… OR you all just don’t know what you are doing. Won’t be going here again.

Got there at 10:40. I understand you close at 11 but it’s your job to wait on the customer. I went through drive they waited 2 minutes for acknowledgement. Felt rushed to order and like I was a bother. No one else was there. How do you not have change for a 20 seriously. They already had drawer pulled to count. Waited another 3 minutes to get change. This is worst sonic I been to. And worst service. It’s your job to wait on people get over yourselves. Again rushed two nights in a row Also tonight they gave me cup kid not on good and soda all over sides. I spilled it when I got it in car and she rushed off. The person on speaker was Jules. I’m never coming here again

This Sonic is the worst. Every time I eat at this one my food is usually cold or burnt. The time before last my hit dog was ice cold in the center and the bun was stale, my last trip here the tater tots were burnt. I’ve lived down the street from this Sonic for 2 years and have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but in the 3 times I have they just fail harder. Avoid this Sonic, go to the one at 79 and AW Grimes instead.

I enjoy the food and usually have no complaints. But I had a horrible experience this last time. The problem was when the car hop brought out my food, she managed to some how spill my large drink into my lap. She apologized and went in to get me some napkins and another drink, but that’s it! So I left with a half ass apology and some wet sticky pants.
