This place was so empty that I walk by it and didn’t even notice. Anyway, it was one of two open places to get food a Thursday at 11pm, so I keep looking on maps until found. The beers were good, prices not too bad. The Lobster bisque was probably the best I’ve ever had and the rest of the food was really good too. I’m glad I found it, I would probably return when in the area.

Delicious burgers and caesar salad. Great place to eat with friends or watch the game. Mojitos were ok. Service was perfect.

What kind of bar on a main street in a major tourist area only has one bartender the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend??? Walked out without even ordering anything because it was clearly going to take forever.

What a great place. Sat @ the bar and had another pizza. Tonight was Nacho Grande. Some beef, banana peppers and a tasty sauce. Shelly is a great tender. Sheryl asked for an Italian Margarita and Shelly nailed it. Talked about much of downtown adventures. She’s been here for 3 years and says it’s the best place she’s worked. Met Bernie one of the owners also working behind the bar. I told her she should be sitting off counting the money. She laughed and said it was more fun to wait on customers. The Ashby not Mashpee Unilocaler loves this place!

This place is nothing special at all. Me and my family went there based on the reviews but we were very disappointed. My wife had the veggie burger, my daughter had the kids pasta butter, my son the kids grilled cheese and I had the Tuscan chicken sandwich. The food had no flavor. Overpriced for what it is. I would not recommend this place.

Wow, what a bad night here! We stood by the door for more than 5 minutes before the waitress finally shouted across the room that we can sit anywhere. The. She continued to neglect us, insisting we order a drink as soon as she brought our menus(ummm, can we decide first?) and then slammed them down on the table without a napkin or coaster to slop up the spill. Then our food arrived, it might’ve been ok but the amount of salt used was beyond tolerable. The French fries had so much salt I am sure my blood pressure has spiked. My salad had brown strawberries and my friend’s fish was stinky. Skip this place!!!

It’s astonishing to me that anyone would rate this place as good, let alone multiple stars! If there were a negative star rating, that would be the appropriate choice based on my last visit. I’ve been twice, hoping the second visit would redeem the first. Simply put, it is awful. Had several appetizers with intent to order lunch food afterwards. The apps were so bad, we didn’t bother with any more food choices. The chicken tenders were basically previously frozen dried out pieces of chicken, deep fried with buffalo sauce splashed on top of them. The nachos… wow, how can anyone screw up nachos?! The chicken we chose to add to the nachos was also over-sautéed, or however they cooked it. The chef needs special training apparently in how to bake the cheese atop the nachos as that too was congealed and dry. The«ginormous«wings…dry as dirt and had the indication of being anything but fresh. Save your time and money, and your digestive system! There are plenty of better options nearby.

Where the locals go… Good food, great drinks, the crowd maybe a little rough… Go for the filet pizza

Hidden gem for really tasty food. Pretzel sticks are delicious, and the food in general is really well thought out and inventive. Staff super nice, reasonable prices and good portion sizes.

I’ve been coming here since I turned 21 almost five years ago. From the first time I walked in until today and the future(I’m sure) they’ve made me feel like family. They feel like my «cheers». The only bar I feel safe not only leaving my drink unattended to use the restroom but can come alone and know there won’t be any problems. The bartenders and the wait staff and bouncers and cooks always take care of me and make sure it’s a safe and inviting atmosphere. Their food is top notch. One of the only places around that serves their FULL menu until midnight. Huge portions. The price reflects the quality. And the quality is above and beyond. Never any problems here. Great place. Great food. Great drink.

So much gluten free goodness, I can’t even handle it. I know hearing about all the«gluten free» shit gets annoying, but when you have an actual allergy(Celiac Disease) and can’t eat it, a 5 page gluten free menu is like heaven. Even my gluten-eating girlfriend, who ate off the gluten free menu, agreed that this was beyond delicious. Trust me, it’s way more than your average gluten free menu listing salads and burgers in lettuce wraps; Sandwiches on GF buns, GF fried pickle chips with their own dedicated GF fryer, and Bloody Marys. The service is great, the staff is knowledgeable about gluten allergies and more than willing to ask the chef if they’re not 100% sure, the food is SO delicious, and it’s an awesome place to watch football. This was definitely a great find that I wish we had found sooner.

Amazing food! The chef created a very diverse menu. It’s mixed with all different modern ethnic dishes. Their roasted chicken breast was surprisingly succulent. I think this was the feature entrée! Their mashed potato is good. Death by bacon and Mac and cheese was really cheesy and generously portioned. I had the grilled chicken sandwich. And my FI got the paddy melt. Everything is good. There’s something for everyone.

I really don’t understand the reviews of this place. My husband and I came here for a late night dinner, expecting wonderful things. His fish tacos were awful. Stale tortillas and very little fish. My sandwich(BLT) was ok. Fries were ok. Everything overpriced. Ten dollars for fried pickle chips? Waitress was hard to find, despite it not being busy at all. Maybe an off night? I don’t know.

Pub atmosphere, but very good food! Great menu with plenty of variety and even some more fancier options. Get the Seaside stir fry with chicken and shrimp. Sooo delicious! They also have a good dark and stormy for those who like that drink :)

Walking with a friend down Main Street on a Friday at 11pm. Stopped at 3 bars and they all stopped serving food and told us to go here. Walking in was very off-putting. It’s a young, loud, obnoxious crowd with loud music and sticky tables. I really didn’t want to stay but no where else was open. First we seated ourselves because the hostess was nowhere to be seen. When she finally came over we asked for menus and she had a lot of attitude. Leaned over the half wall to give us the menus. Um? Looking at the menu and judging from the environment, I didn’t want to spend too much. We ordered drinks from the waitress that were really good, so if the drinks are good I figured I could try the food and not just get an app. I couldn’t commit to anything except the Baked Chicken Something which was $ 18. It took awhile for out food to come, but when it did we were very surprised. The presentation was great, I applaud the chef. Then I tried one bite and it was absolutely amazing. It was baked chicken with cheese and tomato, in what they call a tuscan sauce on top of a bed of zucchini noodles(which I’ve never tried before. Now I’m obsessed). The zoodles were cut like… lillypads? instead of spaghetti and I liked the texture. I was full but I kept eating cause it was so good! The bread with it was fresh and good as well. One of the best meals I’ve ever had. We ended up getting 3 double shots each which were also very good; they did not skimp out on liquor. I really hated the environment, the crowd of people and music. I did not appreciate out bitchy hostess but our waitress was fine. I really wanted to leave and just starve for the night but I was very impressed by the drinks and the food. Without the food being so amazing I’d swear to never return. The food and drinks are the sole reason this place gets 4 stars and not 1. I’ll be back for that dish again.(Can’t find the name online on Unilocal, their Facebook, or their website)

Seaside Pub is a great place to eat, whether you’re visiting Hyannis with your family or just friends. If you’re going to buy an appetizer, get the fried calamari. It’s the best I had in Cape Cod, and I ate a lot of freaking calamari. The burgers are really good, cooked to perfection. If you can’t decide which one to order, there’s an option to build your own. Two flops occurred during my visit. My BF ordered a coconut mojito and got a regular one. I ordered truffle butter fries and was given the traditional ones instead. Regardless, we kept both items because they were so delicious. However, they lose a star for not only making 1 error, but 2. I would definitely visit when I’m in Hyannis again. Very delicious!

I don’t think of this so much as a seafood pub but rather a pub which has some seafood on the menu. Also, if I could give bonus points for the most creative ways to add more bacon to menu items, they win hands down. I came here with a large group on a Saturday evening. While we had a reservation, it was before it got busy, so we had no problems waiting, or being seated. In fact, we were able to rearrange our setup more conveniently. You have a view outside to the sidewalks of Hyannis from just about every table if you want to people-watch. The menu has a lot; start in the back with the cocktails and beer list. There’s something for everyone on both the cocktail and beer lists; the cocktails are generously sized and reasonably priced. Next comes the decision-making trying to find something from all those menu options. I opted to build a burger with Swiss cheese and Irish bacon(they have 2 types of bacon available for your burgers). It was ordered medium, and it came out medium-well. It tasted fine, though I would have liked a little more«char» on it, leading me to believe it was grilled rather than flame-grilled/broiled. i also opted for the loaded fries, which come with cheese and(wait for it…) bacon, served with a side of sour cream and garnished with chopped scallions. Everyone else in our group also enjoyed their appetizers and dinners, and especially the soups. Service was fast, friendly, and extremely professional. We had a great waiter.

I was not sure what to expect when I walked into the Seaside Pub. The ratings were great but the place and menu reminded me of a Denny’s or Chili’s. While the place certainly has a bit of a «chain» or diner aesthetic, the food and friendliness far exceeds the first impression. After reading a nice review on Unilocal about the drunken fish and chips, and because something in my body really needs fish and chips when I’m in Cape Cod, I went for it. An extremely large piece of fresh cod goodness arrived at my table in a golden crunchy batter, and served with a heaping plate of fries. It wasn’t healthy, but it exceeded the typical small cod /pre-made frozen pieces of fish at other places. The meal was fresh and large in portion size. My server also was attentive and friendly, making the overall experience a good one.

Drunken Fish N Chips, my people. Drunken Fish N Chips. Which, is not to say, that I was drunk while consuming their fish n chips(athough I did enjoy an exceedingly freaky fabulous cocktail called a «Mango Paradise» WHILE enjoying said fish n chips) but, rather, that one of the dishes they serve is called: Drunken Fish N Chips. I mean… where do they catch this supernaturally large cod? Beautifully battered and so ample as to be reminiscent of something Fred Flintstone might have had on his dinner plate(I’m a dork). Amazing. I’m sure they have other wonderful dishes. I’m even certain my dining companion enjoyed one of those dishes. I just have no idea what it might have been as from the moment my plate was placed before me, my sole focus was on the drunken battered, fresh to death, golden fried deliciousness that was to be my dinner. It WAS my first meal on the Cape. And, it WAS the first bite of Fish N Chips I’d had in many a moon. But, still, I feel certain it was pretty much the golden snitch of pub food. Which, is to say, exciting once spotted and ensuring complete victory once obtained(I mentioned I’m a dork?). Yes. The sort of pub grub that will leave you feeling victorious. That’s right: Victorious. And, inexplicably wanting to exclaim: «Hot damn» while squeezing your dining companions hand and pounding your fist on the table. Surely, it’s not just me? Surely not. Get to it!
