In all fairness I have had less than good results with this restaurant. Today I waited in the drive through for 20 minutes with 3 cars waiting for their food. I paid extra for the steak and when I actually got the meal, there were very few pieces of meat. The majority of the meal was chow mein. I will give credit to the girl at the window, she apologized for the slowness of the store. Unfortunately the store management does not change and correct the problems. I waited six months to return and was disappointed again. Avoid the frustration and go some place where you are valued as a consumer.

Visited December 28, around 3pm. Food is ok, considering it’s a not a real Chinese restaurant. I usually get broccoli beef when I order the bowl. Today I paid $ 5.80 for a bowl of chow mein, some broccoli and I’m not understating this … 2 ½ pieces of beef. If the guy dishing it out was as enthusiastic about serving the food(main reason people go to a restaurant), as he was asking for a dollar for charity, then he’d be a great all rounder. What he lacked in providing an adequate serving of food, was made up for in his procurement of cash for charity. I do give to charity, but I’m sick of those scams where most of the cash goes to line the CEO’s pocket and maybe 10 cents to charity. I’m not the customer who demands extra meat. I expect no more than I pay for. However I feel I paid for more than 2 ½ pieces. The entrée is called ‘broccoli beef’. I doubt I’ll go back. The food’s not that amazing that it’s worth taking a chance again.

I really don’t understand why this place has such a bad rating. The whole building is literally brand new, very cool and modern inside and out. And our food was fresh and quickly ready, with friendly service. Also right next to the Walmart so if you’re driving through town with an RV or trailer like we were, parking is easy, quick to get to off the interstate as well. Definitely a good choice.

I have been to this location 3 times through the drive through and have always had to wait a minimum of 5 minutes on my food. The most recent was 10 minutes of waiting for my food. This is the first panda I have had this happen to me. Their food was not better than the other panda in town. The celery wasn’t cooked in their black pepper chicken.

When I first arrived there were no clean tables & when I asked for a rag to wipe off a table the girl told me she would get someone to wipe the table off & when the other girl came out she wiped all the tables but the one I was sitting at… So we moved tables. The food was good though.

Wow, super skimpy on their main dish portions. The fried rice is more on the white rice side with little flavor.

This Panda is brand new… Very modern and clean inside. I really like the drink cover dispensers(every joint should have those!) and there’s even a worker who comes around asking if we need anything off her tray: chopsticks, napkins, hot sauce, fortune cookies, etc. That’s a great touch! This location also has a drive through. The reason for the knock off of stars? Well, since it’s such a new location, these guys are trained to give as little as possible per serving. OK, I know, Panda caught on from years ago that their employees were giving an ample amount of food per serving. But geez… That’s what hooked your customers, and now you’re going to deprive us?!? Grrrrr
