I was really in the mood for a delicious sandwich. We were picking someone up at the cottonwood hotel and this place was right next to it, so I decided to give it a whirl. Food: 3 stars– I ordered a 8 inch pastrami sandwich. The sandwich was HUGE! The pastrami was meh, lacking in flavor. All the stars come from the size of the sandwich. The bread was alright and the produce seemed reasonably fresh. Service: 1 star– When I first came in I asked the lady behind the counter how is the pastrami. She gave me an annoyed look and said«it tastes like pastrami». I was looking more for«We make it in house, it’s really good, it’s super juicy, we slice it fresh for every sandwich, etc». All I got was«it tastes like pastrami» which ironically it didn’t. I had two people who ordered in front of me and they still managed to take 25 minutes to make my sandwich. They also managed to add pickles and olives although I was very specific not to add those things. You would think taking so long to make a sandwich they’d at least look at the paper which tells them what I want on the sandwich. INCONCLUSION: I’ll never be back to this place, they should probably work on their customer service/upselling their own product skills. There are too many other options to waste your time and money here. I’m not a huge fan of Subway, but I’d go there way before I came back here. I award you no points and my Zeus have mercy on your soul.

Ordered a salami sandwich and got a pepperoni sandwich. Probably would have been good if they had gotten my order right. Upon leaving I was told to have a good day in a very sarcastic manner. I won’t return.

Great sandwiches. Menu is meat heavy, leaving us vegetarians with limited options. Still, the veggie sandwich was excellent. This is a very popular place and they have the largest variety of beef jerky on the planet.
