Giant Pizza King

Second time ordering and another amazing pizza. The works is by far my favorite pizza and the sizes are huge for the money! Definitely have become a regular now.

Excellent Pizza! My daughter & I were in the area and thought we’d try a new pizza place for lunch. We ordered a meal which included a giant slice, salad or fries & a drink. The salad was delicious, loved the dressing! When our pizza was brought to our table it didn’t look «great» but oh my gosh don’t let the appearance fool you-​it was soooooo good! And I paid less that $ 10 for 2 meals! Definitely recommend this place, great New York style Pizza at a great price.

This will be a short review. Although I haven’t tried their pizzas here yet, I was in awe of how they have gyros on their menu. I ordered a gyro with salad to go. It was a big gyro. They are definitely not stingy with their Tzaziki sauce. I enjoyed their gyro and look forward to another visit to try their meatballs sub. I heard from the locals that it’s really good.

I have never lived in a place where something is as convenient as Giant Pizza King is where we live now.
I think we order it about once a week, some weeks more often than that. Especially when we are entertaining the large size of their giant pizza feeds everyone, and makes everybody happy. It’s an instant party!
Their wings are the best I found, and they even went so far as to accommodate my personal desire for blue cheese dressing. Wing perfection!
They will even deliver to the beach, and this is saved me at many impromptu parties!
Because we are loyal customers, often the miniature will throw in something for free, just to let us know that they appreciate our business. This means so much to me as a customer. All businesses should take note of that!
Their menu has countless options and everything we have tried is very good. The best part of all? Their prices! They are an unbelievable unbelievable value in a day and age were most food, especially in California, is overpriced!
If you’re wondering if you can find healthy food here the answer is absolutely yes! Their salads are great. They don’t offer gluten-​free yet as far as I know, but that would be a great addition to their menu!

These guys are my «go to» pizza boys! Love them & their pizza. Best value in San Diego! Little Caesar’s is cheap, but small & flavorless. Buy a KING & you are set; 1 pizza, full flavor, custom made. Awesome!

Just got home from picking up a slice of pizza for my niece. It is disgusting. Clearly a reheated slice as the bottom is burnt and the sauce and pepperoni are completely dry. My 9 year old niece is currently feeding it to my dog. If u want a good slice of pizza in IB go to seacoast! Lesson learned!

This place has a lot of stuff on their menu which is sort of confusing since you think all they have is pizza. Well, despite the name I ordered a gyro and some buffalo fries. Both good choices for the occasion: a chill day before hitting the drive in.
Prices are affordable and food is ok for what it is.

We went here to try something new in the area. The staff was friendly and we didn’t have to wait long for our pizza. We were a little shocked at the price we paid but figured we were getting something really good which would explain it. We ordered a medium 3 topping pizza. It was good! BUT was it worth the $$ we paid? No. If they lowered their prices some then we would defiantly be returning but we can go to dominos and get more food for less!

Meh. Their pizza is pretty good. I ordered a lasagna and it was mediocre at best. Their breadsticks are awful. $ 5 for delivery is a rip off.

I ordered pizza for my son’s birthday party the day BEFORE and scheduled a 5:00 delivery, just so I could avoid the hassle of doing it the day of the party. I was so amazed when the pizzas arrived at exactly 500. Two GIANT pizzas, 2 sodas, and a very friendly delivery guy. While the pizza is not artisan wood fired pizza (but I wasn’t expecting or wanting that!) — it’s good and the kids ate it up. I’ll use them again and again for future events.

Never again! Wings are small and dry, pizza isn’t nothing to brag about… it was a bit rubbery and the old guy at the counter is so rude! Didn’t offer specials or anything. Spent 28 on small pizza and wings… on the way out we see the special and realized we over paid! Special had wings, salad, drinks and larger 2 topping pizza for 24! Thanks old guy for the heads up total rip off.

Great food and pretty decent salads

The pizza here is good. Better than the average pizza chain restaurant. Only complaint I have i requested my wings a certain way but when delivered it wasn’t exactly what ordered so I compensated for it with what I had in my home. Other than that, the food was delivered in good time and the pizza was delicious even for leftovers the next day. Most pizza places are not next day/​leftover/​microwave/​reheat friendly. I recommend.

The pizza was great. We got a 16 inch pepperoni. Price was around $ 16. Tasted great. The crust was just the right thickness. I was really surprised how good it tasted and the guys making the pizza were friendly and I chatted with them for a few minutes while he was making pizzas. That 28 inch pizza is huge. I’d have to put it in my trunk. It costs like $ 34, not sure if maybe that comes with drinks or sides for that price. I couldn’t believe how big that 28 inch pizza was. The man vs food guy wouldn’t be able to eat half of it.

Great service, fantastic pizza. Sandwiches are ok (not a fan of mustard.) I’ve only tried the pastrami so I’m not mad or negative:) really enjoyed it.

So I paid a visit to my buddies place down in Imperial Beach after work to have a few beers, share a few laughs, blah blah, blah blah. After awhile I said «let’s order a pizza.» Go figure, pizza and beer go well together right? Hey, at least I think so.
I dialed up the Giant Pizza King for their Royal Feast pie. It had mushrooms, onions, sausage, pepperoni, and peppers. What they forgot to add as a topping on the menu was «gallon of grease». The pizza probably would have been good had I not been able to take a vegetable oil shower by holding a slice over my head.
In all honesty, it was a decent compliment to the sub par domestic beer I was nursing. However, the slimy, greasy, soggy texture rubbed me off a little. I’m not hard to impress or please when it comes to edible things, so I guess I can chock this up as a disappointment. Next time I order delivery from here I’m going to be a tougher critic. Giant Pizza King is on the chopping block for me!

This is our favorite pizza place in town… awesome prices, great pizza, nice service, definitely 2 thumbs up! Whenever we want a quick pizza to take home this is the place… they always have awesome deals, tonight we got a Hawaiian 14″, breadsticks, 2 liter soda, and 2 gyro sandwiches all for $ 26! And previously they had a great deal of 2 14″ pizzas with a 2 liter and 10 wings for $ 20! You can’t beat their prices!
We usually get their Hawaiian, our favorite, but have also had the BBQ chicken, which is good but not as good as the Hawaiian. Their wings are also good, and their breadsticks are really good too. And the chicken tenders are good too, we have had them a few times. They have a lot of different food items too, not just traditional pizza, so we have been working our way through the menu, but so far everything we have had here has been fantastic!
The service is very nice too, the people that work here are quick and attentive, and they have given me lots of good deals, even honored one of their deals when I saw it after I paid for my order. I saw the «free 2 liter» after I had already paid, and they let me have it anyway! Very sweet people!
So we have always been nothing but happy with Giant PIzza King and continue to come here whenever we want a great pizza! We definitely recommend them for their quality of pizzas, nice staff, and exceptional prices! Way to go, GPK!

The first day we got to IB this is the place i ordered pizza from. Their flyer was in our welcome folder so i gave them a call. I got the king pizza by mistake and it came with wings a soda and bread… It was the biggest pizza i have ever seen bigger then my four year old, and my husband was not happy with me. The upside is that it was really good so he wasnt as mad.
When you order I suggest you really pay attention to the sizes so you don’t end up like me, because that box did not fit in the fridge :-).
