I own a local flooring and window covering business and recently had a client who needed some major structural remodels due to snow weight loads partially collapsing a wrap around deck. This is completely out of my expertise. I heard about Jim Borelli through a local business group called Tahoe Business Exchange. My client called him and he was able to fit her in and had a quote to her within 24 hours. I was working on an install when he came by. I was quite impressed with his friendly and professional manner. He was quickly able to assess the situation and describe in layman’s terms what went wrong and how to properly fix it. He even had some suggestions on how to expand the house without going over the current coverage allotment. (Any of you home owners who have had to deal with TRPA will appreciate Jim’s efforts to make the permit process easy.) As another business owner in Incline Village, I was really impressed that Jim was courteous, clean cut, and prompt in all of his dealing with myself and my client.
