Burlington Coat Factory

We have a new Burlington Coat Factory. It could’ve been the new Ikea, or maybe something cool like Century 21 in NYC… I know, I’m asking too much.
I am familiar with Burlington Coat Factory, having visited one in North Kansas City and also in Lenexa. I’m a fan and frequent shopper of Kohl’s. I like it when you open the doors, and everything is sort of organized, and says, I’ve never been a huge fan of Burlington Coat Factory but I should be.
It has everything I like: Pants at a reasonable price, purses, shoes and towels, all at reasonable price. Clothing at a reasonable price. The luggage department was pretty darn good.
But it doesn’t look organized. For a new store, it looks blah, and screams «I’m Blah!» I shouldn’t complain. Heck, I’ll go there before Gordmans. It’s just not polished. It doesn’t even look new.
I wasn’t happy with the shoe department. They were everywhere, like a hurricane came through the aisle. I’m oddly picky on shoes. And Burlington Coat Factory doesn’t quite hit the mark.
The selection isn’t as great as it should be. It’s only about 2 weeks old. It’s a great addition to this area, but I hope they get it looking better. I’m just not enthused about it., but I will buy clothes there, cause the prices are affordable.
