Hardee’s

I got the ham, egg, and cheese frisco sandwich with tots and an orange juice. Orange juice was fine (it was in a carton). Unfortunately, my tots and sandwich was cold. Not even warm. Pretty disgusting. I called and spoke with the manager Shay. She never apologized. Just said I could come up today or tomorrow for them to remake it. I said «okay, thank you» and she just hung up. Customer service is number one to me. I didn’t get that. I probably won’t come back for a while.

Hardees on Noland Road in Independence, Missouri… I have been eating there every morning for three years. In the last 3 months their personnel has went to pot in a handbag. There employees all now have a very bad attitudes and could care less if you eat there. If you place an order from the drive through the chance of you getting the order correct are one in a million. If you call them or bring the order back since the order was incorrect they act terrible. If you report how unhappy you have been with their service to their district manager a lady by the name of Claudia, she gets nasty and hateful and doest not care in anyway to what you may want to tell her. I then reported it to another district manager named Paul Puddle he makes it real clear that he does not want to hear complaints and then Paul and Claudia tells me I’m no longer welcome at the restaurant. I was shocked. I then called area vice president for this area, he did listen but as the two district managers was not at all concerned… So now I am not welcome to there restaurant because I let them know that more often that not they fill your order incorrectly. I was shocked by this Claudia telling I was no longer welcome at this restaurant. (District Manager) This Paul Puddle also treated me as I was the one at fault, he could care less attitude. THIS IS A POOR COMPANY WITH NO APPRECIATION OF THERE CUSTOMERS. BAD BAD BAD.
