I don’t even like getting fast food but when I do, chicken is usually what my kids will eat. Every time I’ve stopped here, my order is cut off several times while being listened to. I don’t need«is that all?» To be asked after every item I tell you. I have 4 people in the vehicle we need more than one drumstick.

This probably isn’t fair. It was not my idea to eat at this KFC. My 89 year old step-dad thinks this is a great restaurant. I don’t like it. It has a Taco Bell inside KFC. This KFC always has new people working, and they can’t get orders right no matter how care-ful-ly you SPEAK it. There’s always something missing from the bag, or something extra we have to pay for, cause they don’t get it right. The staff isn’t dumb, but they never understand what you order. We ordered 2 chicken breasts, and a meal, and they gave us(and charged us) for 3 chicken breasts, and a meal. The mashed potatoes were cold. The staff are difficult to understand. They are mostly of Spanish speaking dialect. I have no issues with other dialects, that is what makes the world interesting, but this is awful. They are not polite. They are not very clean, either. I would hate to have to order one of their chicken tacos, and have to explain to them to sub refried beans, for the chicken. Their dialect has nothing to do with their actions. I don’t think their staff is trained very well, and I get the feeling they hate being there. There are plenty of restaurants with Spanish speaking people who are very polite, clean, and fun to be around,(go to SWBLVD.) so that is not the excuse. The staff needs to be revamped. I don’t care what language the staff speaks, but be polite for God’s sake. And, enjoy your job. Appreciate your customer. They throw the food in the boxes, as if they don’t like their job. Then they throw the sack practically at you. You don’t have time to ask if there’s napkins in the sacks. As a customer, they hardly give you the time of day, before they are onto the next person in line. As for the inside, it’s okay. Sometimes there’s food on the tables. I don’t eat in there any more. The chicken is mediocre. Sometimes they skip the biscuit. This time we got the biscuit. This restaurant went down hill when they added a Taco Bell inside. There is another KFC down Noland Road that doesn’t house a Taco Bell. From this point on, that is where I’m going.
