This particular store is a lot smaller than some of the other Office Depot stores where I have gone. It’s a good sized store, just a little smaller than the usual stores. It’s nice, neat and clean on the inside with a very helpful staff if you have any questions. It is stocked with all the same items that you would expect for an Office Depot store, but because of its size, their inventory isn’t as big as other larger stores. That’s not bad either because you can always get what you need there when you might need something. I have never had any problem finding or getting what I need when I go there, and I like the fact that it’s nice, neat clean and well organized. I go to this store when I need anything like pens, copy paper, computer stuff, and anything kinda business related for work or for my own personal use at home.

I frequently go to this store, the last time for IT assistance for my computer. The lead technician was fantastic! While the store is 1⁄3rd the size of its former self, it still carries all the basics one would need. Staff is friendly and competent. I, for one, am glad this Office Depot sore is where it is! The Independence Malls(where the bigger stores can be found) are miles away, and this store is convenient for me. I live just north of the«Square.»

It is in a bad part of town. But it’s a nice store and the people are pleasant. Its fine as far as I can tell. They have all the products you’d expect to find. They also have a tech department and can post things as well.

Office Depot has downsized to the magnitude of a Radio Shack store, with less merchandise. A couple aisles of merchandise and cheesy employees. What brought me in this time was a dire need of an appointment book. I needed one quick, and, as my last review stated, smart pen refills. I was surprised when I drove into the parking lot, that a tool store«Northern Tools» had taken over Office Depot space. Office Depot is now squished together like a can of sardines. The next thing I thought is, «They are making it tough for anyone in this area to get printing done, without driving clear to Office Max.» Fed Ex/Kinkos is down Noland road, but costs .12 a black and white copy. We don’t need another tool store, for God’s sake. Truth is, we don’t even need Office Depot. We can go all the way to Office Max. I go in, and am met by 5 employees trying to help me with calendars. A couple of months ago, before the store shrunk, I knew where the calendars were, just didn’t need one. 5 employees, all have a bored smile. I then ask about smart pen refills. He said all the pen refills are down that aisle. I said, «It’s not down the pen aisle, but it is on Amazon.» He insisted the ink was down the ink aisle. I passed by maybe 3 computers in stock, and a largely stock printer aisle. There’s an aisle of assorted paper reams, and opposite of that, childrens school supplies that look they are made for preschoolers. There were only 4 appointment books. None of which were sufficient. No refillable organizers. Never again. I did go to Office Max and found the appointment book. I went on Amazon and ordered my ink. From this point on, I’ll be going all the way to Office Max to get office supplies, at last resort, Amazon. I’ll have to update the picture next time I’m over there. One thing is certain, we don’t need another dang tool store… geez.
