Ordered into Hyatt at 1 S Capital Ave in DT Indy. Worst pizza ever. Order was obviously rushed and delivery guy wanted his money and didn’t want me to check pizza. Now I know why. Worst pizza ever. Salt bomb. Never ever again. Order anything but this

Love their Gluten Free pizza! Always baked perfectly! And always made as specified in the order! So much better than the GF pizzas from other places nearby! Especially for the price! Thanks bunches!

Ordered an obviously vegetarian pizza(pacific veggie) that had numerous pieces of sausage hidden underneath the cheese. While the manager sent a new pizza upon a complaint being made my vegetarian wife choose not to eat it, I can’t blame her. Grow up.

Very nice pizza and delivery. They were blocked by the hotel from delivering to the room.

Fast, accurate delivery using the phone app. The new pasta bowls are surprisingly good. Alfredo sauce with bacon, ham, and Parmesan cheese. Voila! Pasta carbonara from Dominos!

Embarrassingly, this Domino’s is our lazy, guilty pleasure. So we live directly across the street — so whats better for lazy days than a quick pizza from Dominos?(Well probably a lot — but did I mention we live across the street and we can be lazy?) We have probably ordered from there 5 – 10 times in the past few months and our order is always right! We don’t expect gourmet pizza, because we know its a fast-food pizza chain. But the taste is decent and the selection works for us.(We normally get parmesan– bread bites with our pizza.) The order is normally delivered within 20 – 40 minutes, and we can track it online with«Pete the Pizzamaker.» Lets just say this place gets the job done. Thanks Dominos! ;)

I would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered a pizza and cheese sticks at 1145pm, estimated delivery 1225am-1235am. It is now 137am and the place is closed. I have not received my order, no1 ever called my cell or my room, and my card was charged. I am now hungry as he’ll with no options. Horrible service.

It’s Dominos, it’s not gourmet, but it’s cheap and hits the spot. They have never messed up my order and they are always friendly when I carryout. There is much better pizza in Indy, but for a cheap, chain pizza– not bad!

Where do I begin??? Let’s see — I ordered a small, gluten free, dairy free pizza. Marinara sauce, green peppers, onion and mushroom. All estimated to be here in 30 minutes. What do I actually get??? 50 minutes later, a regular crust, cheese pizza with green peppers, onion and mushroom. Due to food allergies, totally inedible. Thanks a lot. Never will order from this location again.

I have ordered from here quite a few times. I always pick up my food, since it’s nearby, so I don’t know about their delivery. The pizza has always been prepared well. The customer service has never been eye popping, but it’s also never been bad. I consider that a win in a carry out pizza place.

I am not reviewing the food from this Domino’s, I never received it. DONOT try and order from this location. I placed an order on-line, however never received a confirmation email. I tracked the order on the website, where it was not updated. I called the store and was placed on hold three seperate times. The last time I called, I asked if I could check on the status of my order and they hung up the phone. I guess all of the time and money that Domino’s has spent on improving their image has not translated to this store. What a joke!

I think this store came the long way. They have not just improved their pizza, but also the overall operations. The service is fast. People are friendly. Food is great. Price is affordable. I eat there once a week even if there is a problem, they are quick to fix it no questions asked. I highly recommend this location!

Wow. Just wow. The sandwich that the baker made was UNBELIEVABLY delicious. He or she went all out to make that philly cheesesteak an incredibly diving experience for me to eat. The deliverer with a unique name was just a sweetheart. If I had a million dollars I would’ve tipped in half of that. He had a nice friendly tone on the phone and he was super patient waiting for me to take the exasperatingly slow elevator down to the first floor to pick my food up. He had a smile on his face and wished me to have a good evening. I was 100 percent charmed by the such charismatic friendliness that he just exuberates. It was like a breath of fresh air.

After driving around in several circles and two semi circles and noting that every place within a mile of downtown might be busy tonight, my friend and I decided on Dominos. I’m like mmmkay– while giving lots of side eye and shoulder shrugs because I would have been fine with a box of fries(I’m missing my tv show!) or even a pack of ramen. I fished around for my card and walked in. No one seemed to acknowledge that I was there other than a nice lady looking over and saying, «Hey be right with you ma’am.» I stared at the menu for a moment, and James came to the register to help. He was very kind and knowledgeable of the carry-out specials. Of course I didn’t know what I wanted, and took a moment to order, sorry! Still, he was patient and polite. We got a pan crust with Italian sausage and peppers. Honestly, having ordered several times to work, going inside is a lot better than delivery. I waited in the car singing to the radio, and 15 minutes later we were ready to go. No complaints for the food(besides being skimpy with the cheese and sausage) the carry out was alright. For the price, they aren’t bad at all.

Granted, it’s probably been a decade since I last ordered from Domino’s, but I got suckered in by their claim that they«no longer suck»(or some such) and their $ 7.99 carry-out deal. I have a hard time thinking of a worse pizza anywhere in town. Soggy, bland crust. Metalic sauce. But worst of all was the«cheese». It was so loose/runny/foamy, it had to be some cheap imitation cheesefood product. To beat it all, the print on the box goes on and on about their«quality» cheese, and it being«100% Wisconsin», or something. I’m sure there’s a whole lot of cow shit that is also«100% Wisconsin» as well. That doesn’t mean I want it on my pizza. But I can’t imagine that even that would make their current pizza any WORSE. Avoid at all costs.

this is the worst dominos that I’ve eaten at. I ordered two bread bowls, and they came with signature raw crusts. After eating these atrocities, I contracted a stomachache and possible diarrhea. Only time will tell. Next time, instead of trying to deliver as fast as you can, try to at least cook it first.

The new cheesy bread? «It’s so cheesy I’m going to die!» It’s SOCHEESY! I just tired their cheesy bread and it lives up to the commercials. I’m a sucker for Domino’s for a few reasons. One, it’s pizza. MJ loves pizza. Two, MJ is a graduate student at the Purdue School of Engineering. He is studying process engineering and TQM. Well Dominos uses continuous improvement. They keep striving to get better. They tossed out all the old recipes and literally started from scratch. They also use total quality management. The pizza tracker tells you who is doing what with your order. The employee’s name is attached to each step in the process. That gives the employee ownership in the quality process. I am impressed so much from a process management perspective. The outcome, well engineered pizza. Very well done. Switching gears to 1st person, I know I’m going to catch some hell from some of my Unilocal friends for saying such good things about a chain. Scotty Z loves his bazbeaux and thinks there is nothing better. I’m not hating on bazbeaux, I think it is great. However I think every food business that has large volumes of orders can learn something from Domino’s Pizza. TLDR; New cheesy bread is cheesy. MJ is a geek for pizza process engineering.
