Love this place! Friendly staff/​good food/​good priced. I always come on wing night and every week when the band plays.

Closing over an hour early on a Friday night?! I think that’s the last time I’ll stop by for a while.

This has been one of the best new bars I’ve been in in a long time. Very clean, big and open. None Smoking which is awesome! Bar staff is great and day bartender «Liz» is full of personality and positive energy makes everyone feel welcome & She can make a killer drink… They also have great food, are open early for breakfast too. Definitely will be back! Joe the owner is awesome too! They also have $ 1.00! Beer!!!

Very good place for food! The unique things for breakfast are the hash brown casserole, which is really good. The pancakes are some of the best I have had, in a long time. For dinner, I highly recommend the battered corn nuggets appetizer!

This place has dollar beers and pretty decent food. There are always women wearing hooded sweatshirts and light jeans for some reason every time I go in here.

This a great place. They have food, pool, darts and the best prices in town. Jäger Bombs are $ 4. Nobody can bet that! Lots of TVs if you love sports and a friendly crowd. I love it here.

Good for a bite to eat during lunch. $ 1 long necks is a good way to wash down their daily specials.

$ 1 Domestics Every night in a bottle OK!!! No live entertainment made this place less busy and clearing out before 11pm. A little dull but if you want to sit at a table with friends and get drunk cheap! Heard the food was typical bar fare but not bad. Crowd was mixed and wasn’t ghetto or trashy just Indiana casual. Crowd was 25 to 40 mostly.

The craft beer is expensive, but you can’t beat $ 1 beers during the week.

I have to say we love this place it’s close to home and the drink specials through the week are fantastic! They have great food as well. Taco Tuesday is super cheap at .25 a piece. Thursdays .50 wings aren’t super cheap but they are some of the biggest wings you’ll get anywhere. And the sauces are great!
That being said I have only one bad thing to say about this place. We’ve gone there for over a year now quite a bit. There are a lot of friendly regulars there, so there is always someone to chat with. They have had some fantastic bartenders and waitresses there that have become more than a server to us and management seems to fire them for minuscule reasons. We’re not talking about 1 or 2 people but in excess of 8 – 10 really great (personality and service) people within an 8 month time!
The food is great, the specials are good but it’s the people that make it «The Place» for us. I just wish management would care as much about the employees that make us (the regulars) want to come in to Robby’s and not just the money of a game that might be on.

Robby’s Pub is a nice local bar I frequent close to once a week. The drinks are fairly priced, the food is good and the service is generally pretty bad. I have many stories of servers passing right past my table 3 or 4 times while we were trying to order food and drinks including on my birthday when we had a table of 12 people all planning on drinking a lot and spending money. One time we were asked to close out our tab at 11 when we were planning on staying till 1 or 2 so we ended up going across the street instead of staying.
The poor service is unfortunate because the bar is very nice inside with centrally located television screens. Pool tables on one side and seating on the other keeps it from being to loud if you’re trying to have a conversation.
Taco Tuesday offers 25 cent tacos and their cheese balls with ranch are a reason to visit on their own. I love this bar but dear owners please oh please do something about your terrible servers. We don’t expect all that much. Just to be visited more often than every 45 mins.

I have to update my original review due to some recent changes at this bar.
I still live on the south side, so this place is super close to home and an incredibly convenient stop on the way home from work. Weekdays are the best time to visit Robbys because they have a different special each night of the week. Taco Tuesdays ($ 0.25 tacos) and Coney Dog Wednesdays ($ 0.50 Coney Dogs) are my personal favorites. To top off the cheap food deals, they have bottled beer for $ 1. That’s right, just a buck. You can’t beat that with a stick.
The bar is still smoky, but they have done quite a few upgrades to the bar over the past several months and the atmosphere has improved significantly. The service is still hit or miss, but for $ 1 a beer, I can’t complain, just order a bucket and you won’t have to wait.
