McDonald’s

Waited over 20 minutes for my food and I only ordered two breakfast sandwiches. The staff were rude except for a nice blonde girl named Hannah.

It’s McDonald’s. I should have low expectations I know. We were on a road trip home and the kids were starving. They were super busy, the bathroom was nasty, the TP holder was broken and tp was falling out. Trash cans were overflowing.. I asked if they still made the small snack wraps. The girl said yes. I asked for grilled and ranch and she said ok. I paid with cash. Didn’t get a receipt. They said they’d call me when it was ready. 15 minutes later they called me up. they handed me the bags and said have a nice day and walked away. I called the lady back to ask if the milks were in the bags. Nope they forgot them. I get to the car we get on the road and I open my food. and I’ve got a large premium wrap in my bag some sweet sauce and the chicken was weird. Not sure if it was really supposed to be grilled or crispy. I did finally find a receipt in the bottom of the bag, got charged 4 for the yucky wrap. Pretty bad when a McDonald’s is way worse than a normal McDonald’s.
Oh and the trays where the straws and such were are very dirty. As was the soda machine. :-/

Stephanie is a great manager she always makes sure my full order is complete before I leave the window.
U have another manager there looks like she has more time to but all that make up on her face and make her self look good then to make sure her employees are making sure the orders are correct. girl wears so much make up If u use a napkin u can take a grip load off. she should work els were. great job Stephanie the food is all correct when your working .

There are only a few ppl that work here that are actually nice, the rest r rude and always look annoyed by whatever you ask. this morning nobody was in line, the gentleman said to pull up to the first window and they literally left me sitting there, two girls passed by the window n saw me there n never told me to pull forward. other times they never get my order right, only reason I go there is cuz it’s right next to my job.

The staff here is always rude. The drive thru takes forever. And the food is always cold. Skip this one and find another.

I commute 88 miles from Temecula to Indio for work everyday and have made several stops for breakfast at this McDonalds. Always see the same girl, always with a rude attitude. Managers, please give Sara Marie some training in basic customer service skills like a nice pleasant smile and a warm welcoming greeting. Be cordial and thankful that I stopped by. The last time I stopped there was really the last time. Sara Marie looked at me & asked if I paid for my items and demanded to see my receipt, which I quickly provided. Really? You are a piece of work! You see me all the time and now I am going to dodge payment for a measly McDonald meal, which by the way takes forever & a day to prepare? You should be removed from the window and hide behind a fryer or heating lamp, you should not be allowed to interact with customers.

Here is why I am reviewing a MCDONALDS.
Their frigging big breakfast with hotcakes come with bacon at no additional cost!
Who the hell doesn’t like bacon?!
I have had big breakfast with hotcakes in the east coast (NY) but they don’t come with the bacon unless I add it to my order.
They substituted my muffin for mcgriddles without rolling their eyes, kudos! I always do that and so many cashiers roll their eyes at me. I hate the muffins at Mcdonalds, I only eat the mcgriddles!
The drive thru is always long, so if you want to cut yourself some time, enter through the store and order there. I will definitely be back to this Mcdonalds as it is close to hubs place.

These people have a war on condiments. Ask them for an extra BBQ sauce and they give you this look like you just announced World War II. I went there a few days ago and through the drive thru, ordered 20 piece chicken mcnuggets and they gave me 1 tiny BBQ sauce. I found out before I drove off and the lady at the window gave me this look like I just insulted her or bombed Pearl Harbor and gave me 1 more BBQ. So I told her 2 wasn’t enough for 20 pieces and she told me it was against policy to give out more. I just drove off and have now decided to blacklist the place. Never, again.
To boot, the nuggets were half cooked.

Place is dirty. They don’t clean often in the kids play room. Sat for over 30 minutes and no one cleaned up the mess on the floor or tables. Just disgusting, and the place wasn’t even busy. Not coming back. That’s for sure.

I love that this location is 24 hours! I work nights and often find myself in their drive-​thru after work. Whether I am ordiering a simple dollar beverage or a late night snack, they are always friendly and speedy! I would like to give special recognition to Trisha, who always remembers that when I order fries, I ask for ketchup packets as well. Now, I don’t even have to ask anymore because she always says with a smile, «…and ketchup, right?!?»
Considering this location is off a busy freeway exit, the store is clean and the staff friendly.

Traveling back from Phoenix, we stopped at this McDonalds for a pit stop and to get a one dollar diet coke. I am not fond of the way their dining room is set up, nor how the entrance is around the corner from the parking lot. Hence, the 3 stars for that.
It was about 2:30 and they had a huge sign that said 6-​piece McNuggets for $ 1.50. (Ok, don’t judge me). I ordered some, because I was feeling a bit peckish since I had not eaten since breakfast. The food took a while to get, and my friend had to wait even longer because they either ran out of fries (and had to make them) or they forgot about her.
Its an A ok stop.

Ordered for 5 people. Got all right except 2. On the one, 2 burgs were supposed to be plain. They came regular. One order was a combo, large, they omitted the fries. Waited an extra 2 minutes for straws. Pretty much a failure when you are in the road.

Worst McDonald’s ever… wait time is ridiculous… never again… horrible customer service

Worst mc donalds I’ve ever been to. They always get my order wrong, I get cold food. Never fails always something wrong with this place!

Dirty, milk shake machine down during daytime and S… T wifi signal strength.

While my double double cheesy burger with no ketchup was on point… they forgot the diced onions. Seriously!!! those onions make this damn sandwich and leaving them off makes me beyond sad.
Also…this location can be a little sketchy. We stopped here on a road trip and the bathrooms were filthy. Screaming shoeless kids running in and out of the restaurant. Location was super dirty, no clean tables and the floors were littered with food and trash.

I ordered two things and you managed to fuck up 66% of what I ordered. I ordered spicy chicken sandwich, and you gave me double cheeseburger… I asked for sweet and sour sauce with my nuggets, you gave me bbq sauce congrats!

First time in my life that I am disappointed with McDonald’s breakfast! First off they got my order wrong, overcharged my card, then gave me back the difference in quarters! But anyway, things happen so I wasn’t too bothered by this. But when I got my food, the sausage mcmuffin looked and tasted like it was made two days ago and reheated in the microwave. Not to mention the burnt English muffin! Yeah, definitely won’t be back

This seems to be a newer store. Restaurant and restroom were clean early in the morning. Sausage biscuits for the road were correctly prepared. The counter person looked at me real funny when I tried to hand him my travel mug (lid removed). I had to actually stop him form wasting a paper cup. Not being from the area, getting back on the freeway was not intuitive.

This McDonald’s was our stop on our way to Phoenix, and on our way back to LA.
While the facility was nice and clean… the service was impossibly slow.
For breakfast, we went into the restaurant with our take-​away order. we waited over 10 minutes.
On our return, home — around lunchtime, we opted for the drive thru. They didn’t have our order ready in the time it took for us to get to the window (which included about a 5 minute wait), so they had us pull into a parking space until they had the sandwiches ready to bring out. This was also about a 10 minute wait.
Cleanliness — good
Food quality — well, it’s a typical McDonalds
Wait time — terrible! With all the options out there, next road trip, i’m going someplace else.
