I love Taco Bell great food in the morning… In the night it’s not as good. The girl Maria in the morning is so rude every time I come. She give me attitude and don’t treat employees right that I have seen from dining in. I also see her eating without washing her hands. Gross. And I’ve seen her give free food away. Don’t think that’s right for the company.

The smothered burrito was good. The line fairly took a while, but I got my order in; despite someone who was complaining about something. The staff were quick to fix the order and get my order out with deliciousness in every bite. Also, I was very satisfied and happy when I asked a question with the knowledge of the cashier taking my order. She offered the smothered burrito while I was on my way to work. I only was disappointed, when someone else didn’t listen to me. Otherwise, it was a good experience!

Fast food chains mainly disappoint so why do I bother? It is «fast» and cheap, also literally the only stores open at 12:30AM. I stopped by yesterday to try the captain crunch delights and hubby wanted a mountain dew baja blast sold exclusively at Taco Bell. Upon arrival, the location looked like it was closed despite the hours listing to 1AM.(I think they did that just to detour the customers so they can have a chill last hour). But we pulled up to the drive thru order area and they gladly took our order. There was a lady in the back whose face looked like she hated working and she glared at us when we drove up to the window. Got the drinks and my delights, it was disgusting. They advertised it to look so awesome, do not try it. Hubby and I liked his baja blast, only reason for 2 stars.

Even though it can take FOREVER in the line at this Taco Bell, the customer service is awesome! The food is fresh and my order has never been wrong.

food was like any other taco bell, so no surprises here. The problem is the long wait. When you are on the highway, 20 minutes to get a few bean burritos is way to long. If I knew the wait was that long, I would have gone to in and out

Poor customer service. December 28, 2014 at 8:05 pm it tried to eat at this Taco Bell. The doors were locked. The staff were inside and 3 guests were eating. There were 4 workers plus a manager in the store. On the outside the sign on the door said open until 9pm. The employee opened the door and said they closed early because short on staff. Hard to believe with only 3 people eating and 4 staff members plus a manager. I told them I was going to call corporate and they didn’t seem to worry about that. Seems to me they would have just made an exception but I guess good customer service is not important to their management.

It’s a taco bell. Maybe a little slowness at the drive through but nothing like 30 mins for a taco. They do have consistently good food here just wish they would bring back that Chipotle sauce and the volcano burrito!

I love taco bell but this particular location takes for ever. I waited in line for 28 for 2 regular tacos nothing special just regular. This was done through the drive thru. Obviously I don’t have time to get down so a drive thru should not take long. This is the only location I have experienced this situation at.

What a horrible place! Not only is the food just mediocre at best, it took upwards of 30 minutes to have the order filled. At a fast food joint, that is unacceptable! Not coming back.

Stopped here passing through on a road trip on a Sunday around 3pm. Not too busy, only 2 other tables besides mine. It took 15 minutes for our food to come out!!! We only ordered a quesadilla, bean burrito and a nacho supreme. It should not take that long!!! On top of the long wait, the restaurant was disgusting. There was food and trash all over the floors and tables. The bathroom desperately needs an overhaul. The only plus side was the food met my normal Taco Bell expectations.

Walk-in to eat dinner at 6:20pm on Monday evening, driving back home from visiting Arizona. Lobby was empty — it was not busy inside the lobby. No one was at the front counter. Drive-through & Food prep associate looked directly at us & said nothing not even«someone will be right with you» Never acknowledged us. A Line formed behind us and We waited for 10 mins before we were helped or before anyone even came up to the FRONT counter. We bought a $ 20 giftcard so we could get a free $ 5 meal(it’s the promo their running right now) & the store shift leader(s) Leticia & Kyle did NOT know how to activate the card. Had to wait even longer for our giftcard and then for our food. Finally when I got the giftcard I ordered my dinner(the first meal was for my husband) I ordered the XXL Nachos because I saw them on a commercial and I wanted to try them, after 20mins when I finally got my food, it was packed with tortilla chips and an itty bitty amount of toppings, needless to say, most of the chips I ate were dry and had NO toppings, it was VERY skimpy on the toppings and didn’t look anything like the awesome commercial, I was totally bummed! Expecting a friendly, fast, & convenient stop for dinner — because that’s the point! It was NONE of these things. Not a single associate showed a sense of urgency at all — we were looked at like the bad guys for ordering the PROMOTION that THEIROFFERING!!! It was frustrating and took WAY too long just to end up getting food that was a total DISAPPOINTMENT. We’ve ate at other Taco Bells and had wonderful experiences. I don’t know what the problem was, but beware going in to this one for dinner on a Monday evening! Only positive this is that the store shift leader, Kyle, was polite.

Nice big Taco Bell off of the 10. It was empty!(Well I did visit on Father’s Day… might be why) Food was good. Fresh ingredients in terms of Taco Bell standards, friendly staff. overall a very nice experience. I just ended up getting the $ 5 Beefy Melt Box. Good variety. Like the burrito, get a Taco Supreme AND a Chalupa? Sounds good to me. Oh, and Baja Blast still rocks.
