Love this Subway! The employees are always so welcoming. I love coming in when Cynthia is working. She always gives the best service and makes my sandwich perfect! I work a couple stores down so I will definitely be stopping by here more on my breaks!

Horrible, incompetent service. I used the subway phone app to make my order. It had me select what type of chips I wanted and what side I wanted for my 2 kids meals(apples). When I picked it up, they didn’t include my chips, they didn’t give me a fountain drink, they forgot the apples in my kids meal, they forgot my kids drinks, they forgot to put mayo on the sandwiches… seriously, there wasn’t a SINGLE thing correct on my order. I called them and they said I should have told them to give me all the missing things when I picked it up and that it was my fault. Never going here again.

Manager and staff are clueless. My son has egg allergies and asked a simple question on if I can see ingredient list of their bread. Instead of showing me ingredient list they said they would check. She walks out in less than 10 seconds from the back saying all their breads are made with eggs. This seemed really odd so I looked up ingredients off subway website and almost all their breads DONOT contain eggs. Wish management and staff could be alittle more knowledgeable about the product they sell.

Never coming back! Came with my two kids to grab dinner. Got them both kids meals $ 4.75 each =$ 9.50 somehow they managed to charge me $ 10.50 for them and to top it off they didn’t even have the kids meal bag which is technically the«toy» that comes with the meal. So they ripped me off twice there. Then I go to order my sub and they are out of what I ask for so I had to get something I didn’t really want. Service from the two employees was not good but I didn’t say anything since maybe they are not responsible for ordering supplies and food to be fully stocked. Next time go to the one in the mall in palm desert they even give the kids a cookie with their meal and they don’t rip you off.

I LOVE this subway! They are super fast and super nice. Sanswiches are awesome. Fresh veggies on sandwiches and salads. The soups and cookies are also good. I have gone when its super busy and the quality and service remain just as good.

Blargh. Mediocre food. I don’t even know why I went to subway to get a sandwich when there are other perfect sandwich places nearby. What’s even worse — took 20 minutes just to place an order because they were short on staff and some lady ordered about 8 subs. I had the subway club and it looked like they ripped me off by giving me so little meat, usually it would be packed. The«fresh» vegetables didn’t taste fresh either. Blargh. I won’t come back to this particular subway as I did not really enjoy their sandwiches. Only reason why they deserve a 2 stars is despite the amount of customers, the service still managed to keep a positive upbeat mood.

Horrible customer service! Before today I had never been to a subway that would not let you get a kids meal on flat bread. Here it’s white or wheat only. I order a regular 6″ flatbread for my daughter. When I went to pay I asked if she could have a kids bag and you can for one dollar and eight cents. When she handed me a cup I said that it was ok because I was going to get a milk. Thinking like every other subway what drink you choose doesn’t matter. Not here that will be 50 cents please. If your going to stop here don’t bring your kids and don’t forget your nickels and dimes!

Food and service were great! Restaurant appeared clean. Bathroom filthy: floor wet and dirt and trash strewn. And, no ass gaskets at all as in not even a dispenser! Ew. Restaurant was not busy, there were no customers in line, and employees in the room next to the counter that is visible chatting it up. No problem with that had the bathroom been cleaned. One star docked for the bathroom.

Eat fresh! That’s the slogan of Subway through out. Everything looks fresh and taste fresh. Can’t complain. The only thing I notice is the employees seemed not to happy with what they are doing. Are guys sick with what you doing? It’s like telling me to hurry up already and choose which sandwich I need to order. I would understand if there is a long line but it’s just me. Minus one star for not smiling.

Like everywhere I go, I walked into this establishment with a smile because I find that a little smile can go a long way in someones day(and it helps me to get exceptional service), but apparently this rule does not apply to this Subway. My bright disposition does not have any effect on disgruntled employees who take turns to assemble my sandwich. I have only gone to this Subway twice so far and both times it has taken them twice as long to serve me as other Subway locations. I’m not the type of person who is always in a hurry, but I think five minutes of staring at my half assembled sandwich before it is decorated with a mess of lettuce and other greens is a bit too long for anyones taste. The cashier took twice as long as well because he kept pushing the wrong buttons, but at least he was a pleasant person. I just wish I remembered his name so I could give him the proper credit for having a good attitude.
