Metro Pcs is the worst, someone should start a class action lawsuit seriously, they offer a $ 30 per month plan always a glitch and a lie. Stay far far away from this bad service provider. They also charge you a $ 3 fee for a payment which is ridiculous no matter how you pay cash or debit or credit card and no explanation on the fee.

Plans offered starting at $ 30 rate plans with unlimited data talk and text up to 1GB LTE with taxes and regulatory fees included. **(This is not true, I purchased a phone at Metro PCS, then another both phones needed $ 40 plan, and The Samsung Galaxy & iPhone are even more. I had six friends and two acquaintances try to get that $ 30 plan, the results: not one phone was eligible with their supposedly $ 30 plan.) Leads to believe false advertising. I will file a complaint with the BBB.**
