I bought my Chromecast earlier today at a RadioShack in Palm Desert on my way home from Cathedral City. I get home and plug in the HDMI extension to my TV. The cord falls off of the HDMI metal part. I call the Indio RadioShack, explain what happened and ask if I can exchange it there. The girl on the other end asks if I broke it on purpose. After telling her I did not, she tells me she can exchange it. I show up and she examines the product and hassles me over a missing small booklet. I look in the box and find it for her and then continue with the exchange. I think both the employee’s attitude on the phone and in person were inappropriate and a display of poor customer service. I recommend anyone in the area to stay away from this location and drive the extra distance to La Quinta.

Went here to buy the iPhone 5 for my girlfriend for Christmas. Got about $ 90 off for trading in my old iPhone 4 so I walked out of there paying only $ 115 for the iPhone 5. The guy that helped us out was Andrew who was very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. I recommend you go see him. Gonna go take my mom to go get her new iPhone 5 next time I go in there.
