Not the best layout. zero privacy. I could hear what the lady eating across from our table did last week! Food was ok not the best. not the worst. I probably won’t be back unless I end up stranded on that excact parking lot for some strange reason and I’m starving.

I arrived at 12:10pm and was greeted upon entry. They opened at 12. I was by myself. The girls that work here are very nice and attentive. They quickly say me and gave me a menu. Within 2 mins they took my drink order and not once out of the three times that I needed a refill did I have to ask, which was great! I ordered the Mango Tango roll and the Shrimp Lover roll… The shrimp lover roll was so so… Nothing really exciting there but when the Mango Tango roll arrived… The presentation was great! It had a little spice to it which I was unaware it was going to have but over all… It was good.

Must try the desert dots and heat attacks! People are great and the food is reasonably priced.

There sushi is not that great it falls apart and its way too expensive for something that falls apart and its not that good, i say it ok for something like fast food status but not restaurant status, and i travel to places to try different types of sushi, also the spicy tuna roll was not good

Had the Ben to box. It was ok but nothing to write home about. The salmon served with it was a flat disc versus a think flaky salmon steak.

The quality of the sushi here is only second to the portion size. It is the freshest sushi I have ever enjoyed. I believe it to be the best sushi restaurant in the Coachella Valley. The people working there only made my visit more enjoyable because of their attention and good attitude. I recommend everyone give this place a try 10 or 20 times.

I have tried 3 different Sushi places in 4 days. Ordered the same 3 rolls at each place. Sushi Kitto is by far the best. Very fresh, right down to the grains of rice. Excellent service, and excellent sushi! Definitely my go to Sushi place!!.

From the moment we walked in, lets just say, If you want good sushi go where(and i say this with the utmost respect) where the Japanese go. there were numerous families there, I knew we were in for a treat! The Aroma was wonderful, Service was never lacking, and the food was perfect! We have found our new Sushi Hangout. Great Job Sushi Kitto.

I would give them a zero*if it was available. They advertised as being open until 9:30PM. We show up at 8:30PM –doors open – sign says open, and the manager says«I’m sorry we’re closing early tonight.» We won’t be back

I love this place. Been here a few times. Food is good and fresh. Chavelas were bomb too. Best roll you must try is the Mango Tango. Staff is great, friendly and attentive. Love the décor, great atmosphere. Will be back soon!

I recently moved to Indio from the high desert and saw this place while driving to my new living quarters and thought to myself, «I want to try that place!» Tonight I went with a friend to satisfy a sushi craving. I really liked the décor and the colors of the place. We shared a couples boat from the sushi bar and both ordered some rolls on the side. She got a spicy tuna roll and I ordered a sushi pizza. We chose a cali roll and a philly roll to go with our boat and it also came with 4 pieces of sashimi and sushi. Everything tasted really good which is a rare find in the desert. All the sushi definitely hit the spot. The only thing that we kind of didn’t like was we felt rushed to leave since they were closing in 15 min. I totally understand wanting to go home and I hate being those people who take their sweet ass time to leave when a restaurant is closed. However there was 15 min left and my friend ordered green tea ice cream(also good) so she would’ve had time to eat it but they placed it in a to-go box. I’d come back to this place and next time earlier in the day

Arrived today(July 10) at around 6:30pm ish. Was immediately greeted which was great and had attentive servers. For the appetizers we started off with the popcorn lobster, edamame and miso soup. I was surprised that Sushi Kitto even had such an appetizer(popcorn lobster). Living in NY I have had a fair share of sushi locations, and having been in Indio plenty of times this was the first sushi location I entered that served surf clam(aka artic clam). Service was okay, but my only complaint was that the servers did not greet us out as they did to other patrons, really made me feel inferior. Also they should not stand around gossiping how slow business is today and how little they’re making because while they were doing that, it took someone 10 minutes to take our bill away. There was not a full house and there were at least 4 – 5 waitresses standing around. My hubby really enjoyed the avocado rolls and I actually really enjoyed my ramen. I was glad they did not use the instant ramen because I can actually taste the difference. The ninja roll was delicious as well! Will be back in the future when I have spare cash because it was actually slightly expensive but very filling.

Arrived around 7 P.M. on a Tuesday without a reservation and was seated promptly. It was a packed house and had a lovely atmosphere with a guitarist as well. Ordered the Salmon Lover roll and the Koma(salmon). The roll itself was not as spicy to my preferred taste, however, it was overall appetizing and good. The Koma dish was extremely moist and succulent. It was delicious and definitely worth a try. The staff was friendly and helpful and the chefs had a good rapport with guests.

Went for lunch, sushi bento box. High quality fish, the sashimi melted in your mouth. There weren’t many pieces though, only 4 sushi 4 sashimi which I found a little whimpy. I’d go back and order sushi singles.

Quiet, pleasant atmosphere, conductive to good conversation(depending on your company). Food is delicious. Have not encountered anything I do not like! The«heart attack» is to die for… pun intended! The jalapeño adds the perfect kick to keep your taste buds awake and ready for some more sushi! Albacore is a good staple, as is their spicy tuna!

I decided to try this place out because it only has one review and I was feeling adventurous. We went on a Saturday evening around 6pm for dinner. When we got there we were the first at the restaurant. The décor and lighting is nice and the music isn’t too loud. The hostess was prompt and attentive. We ordered their roll of the day Shrimp Tempura Roll, Calamari Roll and a crispy Siracha roll(I forgot the name of it). I usually eat sashimi or rolls with fresh sushi but the boyfriend has his reservations about sushi. Throughout the evening the restaurant started to get full and lively. This place is quiet and their sushi is good. Give this place a try!
