Service seems to be lacking here lately. I also got some attitude from an apparently new host/manager that just started working here. When I made it very clear to him that I wanted a table in the corner he just ignored me and continued to walk me to a table that I did not want. Then when I raised my voice toward him and said«INTHECORNER!» he just rolled his eyes at me and walked me over to the table in the corner.

The buffet here is very good. They have a huge selection of a variety of food. Lots of salads, soups, main dishes and desserts. They have a carving station with turkey and prime beef. Both are delicious. I’m not a fan of rare prime but that’s not a problem as the grill is right there and they grill it to your taste. They even have an assortment of sugar free desserts. We go here quite often. The only downside and why I don’t give it 5 stars is because the entrance is not separated by doors to the casino. This means that although you can’t smoke in the restaurant, you can still smell it quite heavily.

Went there yesterday with my family had a very good time the food was wonderful best buffet food from a casino I’ve ever tasted I love their Italian Bar and their desire for it was the very best I’ve ever tasted better than any other casinos around the area I recommend it to anybody and you can take your kids to eat with you too

Great Buffet! Have been here many times, and the food is always consistent. They have everything from Chinese to Italian, Salads to BBQ. I always start out with a fresh salad and slice of pizza and go from there(that alone is more than enough). The only thing that never seems to be right, are the ribs. Ribs are covered in BBQ sauce to the point where they become ruined and you have to fish for them. The taste of sweet BBQ sauce is too much. Wish they would not dump 5 gallons of sauce on them.

This used to be a very good buffet, however we went for Valentine’s Day to celebrate with my family and it wasn’t what we had experienced before. First of all, the food was cold. I really really dislike food that is cold because it means that it’s been sitting there for a long time. Secondly, the food was also really salty. I got some cheese filled pasta and it was so salty that my throat got dry. We drove about 2 hours to get there and it was a disappointment the food wasn’t like we had anticipated. Thankfully we had a good waitress. I doubt I’ll go there again anytime soon.

Supriseingly good for a buffet. The food was great and stuff. They have sections for the types of food(American, Italian, Asian, etc) and have a wide variety. The Italian had lasagna, pasta, etc, Asian had teriyakki chicken, pepper beef, fried rice, Asian pork ribs(AKA pork ribs in orange chicken sauce). American, pork ribs(very very very yummy!) etc… But really, the highlight of the buffet was… THEDESSERT. OMG. OMG. OMG. For all of you dessertaholics out there, this is your dream. They have WHOLECAKES ready to eat! They had tiramisu, pineapple-upside down, carrot cake, chocolate ganache cake(AKA Devils food type cake), raspberry cake(looks like Black Forest cake…) and maybe that was it??? I can’t remember. They also have great cheesecake and cookies. Also they have ice cream. Plus, a chocolate fountain with strawberries, Rice Krispie Treats, and marshmallows!!! Also if you look on the other side of the dessert buffet they have flan and bananas foster for ice cream and something else that I don’t remember. Buuuuut, seriously, they have a killer dessert buffet.(Sorry if your mouth is watering by now…) The buffet was overall great, but it just doesn’t seem worthy enough for a 5-star review. But great place to eat!!!

Breaded green beans were yummy tonight. They don’t always have these, so since they didn’t have samosas, green beans were my fav treat. Turkey was good, always love the grilled veggies. This is one of the better casino buffets in the coachella valley, but it is a buffet, not a 5 star restaurant. Our server was great with drink refills and clearing plates she was younger & possibly newer I don’t remember seeing her before. Very pleasant young gal. My husband likes the seafood soup and fresh shrimp they always have. I enjoy having the pasta chef make anything I like(usually without garlic) to order, this is nice if I just want something bland or different. I love to put the beef stroganoff gravy on rice, it was very flavorful this evening and I enjoyed dinner. Their flan isn’t always great, tonight it was perfect. Bread pudding is good too. The desert bar is decent, but they don’t change it up much always seems to be the same stuff.

This isn’t a review about the whole restaurant. It’s good. Good food good service. You should eat there. This is an stile about one item: the banana cream pie. I hate that I’m giving this away, but it must be done. It’s that good. Seriously. This banana cream pie taught me how to love again. It taught me how to be a human in an increasingly hate filled and desolate world run by hipsters and the unironic. This pie is the answer to what ails ya. I could write about the delicate interplay if banana to cream to chocolate(yes, it has chocolate!). Just take my word when u say it’s good. Damn good. If God made anything better, He kept it for Himself. Go. Try. Eat. Repeat. You’ll thank me later.

What a great view! No other buffet has such an option of sitting outside or enjoying the outdoors like the Fantasy Springs buffet. The food is good and they have a large variety.

My most favorite place to eat in the valley! Always fresh food, so many choices. The lines can be a bit longer sometimes, especially on weekends. But it’s worth the wait. I definitely get my money’s worth here when I feel like binge eating.

Staff is attentive. Hubby not impressed with most of the food. Vegas this is not, I give you, but the fruit was excellent, the veggies and salad were fresh; I went up twice for the grilled squash. The chocolate cake was good; the flan a little disappointing. I had the trukey frlm the carving station and it was moist and tender. I think I was happier that he was, but I also stick to the«whole foods»…the salad, veggies, fruit, shrimp cocktail and roasted meat and I shy away from the casseroles, sauced dishes and pastas he goes for. Personally, I probably would have rated it closer to 4 stars, but, I guess it depends on your buffet-style of eating…

Great price and selection. We always stop here after Coachella for mimosas and buffet. We have had the same waitress the past 3 years and she is very attentive and sweet. Wish they still had tofu in the eggplant stir fry. But they have a great deal of selection of foods and tons of desserts.

Pleasantly surprised by the quality of food and service. The variety of food was good, consisting of Italian(nice offering of various pastas and pizzas), Mexican(which included tamales), Asian(no sushi though), and American(good BBQ selection) with a fresh salad bar and a dessert station that had moist and tasty cakes(including a yummy sugar-free chocolate cake), soft-serve station with waffle cones, and a tantalizing chocolate fountain for strawberry, rice krispies, and marshmallow fondue! The moist and flavorful pot roast was my surprising fave, as I try to limit my red meat intake, as well as the prime rib which you can request to re-grill to your desired doneness. The only drawback was the smoky air seeping in from the casino, which we could’ve avoided had we 1) opted to sit outside(as their patio area does have heat lamps outside overlooking their beautiful garden below) or 2) waited for a table further away from the casino. We opted for convenience and sat at the first available indoor table. Overall nice dining experience.

This is one of the best buffets in the area. I just ate lunch with my parents. Huge selections of American, Aisan, Mexican and Italian food. Wide selection of different types of salads in the salad bar. Wide selection of desserts with a fondue fountaian. Nice size buffet area, not as big some of the others. Very friendly and curteous staff.

I went last Monday evening around 7:30 pm. Dinner costs $ 18.99. It is very clean inside and service is impressively good. The server and busser were right on top of their job all the time. I started with fruit plate with feta cheese and blue cheese. Second plate was shrimp cocktail which was pretty good. After that I tried some pastas which I liked very much. And for desert I had a cheesecake and coffee. I didn’t try most of the dishes because they looked old and dry. Since this is not a very busy buffet I think they should focus on quality over the quantity. There was some dishes were siting there for a long time and nobody even tried them. I also had turkey and meat carving station . Be selective, if something does not look god it will not taste good. Tip: sign up for rewards card to get $ 10 discount

Came for the prime rib buffet on Sat night, the prime rib was good. Though it was more of a medium than medium rare. The meat was tender. Rest of the offerings were your standards, stuff that you’d see at any other buffet. Perhaps just more of it at other casinos. You go to a buffet to stuff yourself silly, throw you Michelin star expectations out the door.

So where do Las Vegas residents go when they’re spending the week in Indio(when they thought they were going to Palm Springs?)?? Why, a casino, of course! Not relishing the thought of another 30 mile drive to P. S. — and 30 miles back, we decided to try the closest place to where we were staying, and that was Fantasy Springs Casino. Dutiful low-rollers that we are, we each signed up for a player’s card, figuring we’d get some goodies, and we did. Ten dollars to gamble with(but only after we’d gamble $ 10. What the hell, we were on vacation). And $ 10 off for each of us at any of their restaurants. Being Indio, the Fresh Grill Buffet was pretty much the only game in town at nearly 10 pm. So off we went. And we were very pleasantly surprised. I expected everything to be displayed in traditional steam-table mode, with metal pans serving up unappetizing and tired food, but most of the items were attractively presented on large white platters, making the food seem fresher. The salads were very good, and most everything else was pretty tasty, too. I never get steak or anything from the carving station from a buffet, so I can’t speak to their quality. But there were also a lot of very good desserts. Without the discount, it would have been somewhat overpriced, but with $ 10 off, it was a deal. And a good one at that!

Really only 3 stars? For being a buffet in the middle of a resort in Indio, CA I couldn’t complain. I enjoyed every single bite of food they had to offer and the staff was extremely friendly. Maybe this is weird but I also liked that they would provide a new silver wear set for every new plate you’d get. Anyways, for $ 18(dinner) I was extremely impressed such great variety. The dessert area is super tempting & the dripping fondue tier is just genius.

I’m really surprised by all the good reviews for this buffet. We came here at the suggestion of the front desk at the resort we were staying at, and were all fairly disappointed. There was a group of five of us, and while they had no trouble getting us a table, or sorting out our desire to pay separately, the dining experience itself left a lot to be desired. We got there at about 6 pm on a Friday night, starving and hoping for some good options to get us through the night. I felt like we were lied to by the name of the place — «Fresh» was nowhere to be found. While there was a good variety of items, there was way too much that looked old, or like it had been sitting out for a long time, to be acceptable. The spinach in the salad bar was mostly wilted. I had to dig around the bowl, but I saw too many leaves that looked suspect, wilted, or one step away from slimy to make me feel comfortable in consuming it. I ended up going with the vegetable lo mein(a bit too crunchy for lo mein), the shrimp tempura skewers(surprisingly delicious), the fried gyoza(tasted stale and were too hard to bite into), orange chicken(not horrible, but not great) and a small sampling of shrimp cocktail and mussels on the shell(probably the best thing I got that night). On my second pass, I made my own salad(steering clear of the sketchy spinach, which was a bummer), and that was decent. The other girls with me seemed a little underwhelmed by the food, as well. One of my sisters got the steamed pork bun, but when she got back to the table, proclaimed that she wouldn’t be eating it. When we asked her why, she picked it up, and started knocking it against the plate. It was hard as a rock! The service was mediocre. Our waiter was attentive to every other table, and to the two girls at our table who ordered booze, but for the rest of us(two who were good with water and one who got a soda), he was almost non-existent. I had to flag him down to ask him for a refill, after he’d passed by our table a few times and completely ignored my empty glass. i guess we just went on an off-day. Maybe they were having a problem with their food supplier or the person who prepped the food before it went to the floor. All I know is that it’s unacceptable to try to serve old, hard, wilted or slimy food to your paying customers.

It’s not at the same level as a Vegas Casino buffet but it is a good alternative to fast food or when you have a group that can’t decide were they want to go. The selection is pretty good, the quality is at the upper end of buffet foods and the food is fresh. Soups, salads, meats, desserts, Asian, Mexican, Italian, pretty much something for everyone. A nice stopping point on the way back from Arizona before you get too close to LA. Price is reasonable considering the selection, and if you really think about it, most resturants are going to charge you $ 10-$ 13.00 for an entrée, $ 2.50 for a soft drink, another $ 4.00 for dessert and here you get it all for under $ 20.00 and you can try a lot of different things and have more than one dessert item. And then after you are done eating you can spend an hour or so on casino games before you hit the road to LA and get stuck in traffic.
