This is a follow-up to my post of 9÷10÷2015.
It is not uncommon for the level of service provided by vendors to degrade over time. They often develop a sense of complacency and do just enough to keep homeowners from catching them at it. It is the complete opposite with Vacation Pools. They continue to provide superior service that only has gotten better over time.
I don’t know how they do it, but somehow Vacation Pools has found a way to improve upon perfection. Thank you, Vacation Pools.

This past weekend was our first weekend being able to use the pool! And what a great weekend! The finest finish on the bottom is soooo amazing it is definitely the way to go! It is so smooth and easy on the feet! I prefer this to our friends pool that has pebble! Pebble is hard on the feet! Saturday night we had a horrible wind storm come through and our pool got so much dirt in it and luckily I purchased the vacuum and hose and I’m glad I did! Low expense and it works wonders! Was able to vacuum all dirt out with ease! Definitely recommend buying the vacuum!
I also want to add how friendly everyone of Gerald’s staff is! Just great people! Juan the service manager is a great respectable, knowledgeable man!
Happy we chose Vacation Pools and looking forward to doing more business with them in the future!

Pool technicians nickel and dime everything. Keep an eye on the costs. They add up. Had to eventually replace pool company, could not afford.
