This place has awful customer service. My friend placed the order on the phone and was told it would take 20 minutes. I got to the restaurant 15 minutes later and when I said I was picking up and order her only response was «That’ll be $ 22» I paid immediately, next to the BIG SIGN that says NO REFUNDS. 15 minutes of waiting went by and I asked the cashier how long and she said a few more minutes. 30 MINUTES later, she said a few more minutes. Over 45 MINUTES LATER (1 hour after my friend called the order) I was given my food. My friend called them back while we were on the way home, complaining about how long we waited. The cashier told him over the phone, oh… we told him we were waiting on the ranch dressing and he (speaking of me) was waiting patiently. WAITING ON THE RANCH!!! Supposedly they make their ranch homemade and INSTEAD of asking us if we wished to wait 45 minutes for THE RANCH… they didn’t tell us anything so they could GIVE US RANCH. Wanna hear the worse part about it??? OUR FOOD WAS COLD WHEN WE GOT HOME becuase we were WAITING FOR THE RANCH. How about you tell your customer what’s going on and offer something to compensate waiting more than twice the given time for waiting. I love this place’s cheesesteak but man, they need to get their stuff together.

This is one of the best wings spot in Inglewood. There chicken is so good and fried just right I’ve been eating here for years and it never tasted so good lol. And the ranch is a must have as dipping sauce. Heads up to the impatient its best to call in and pick up because it’s a 20 minute wait, however it’s worth it. There wings are cooked to a yummy fried perfection and the lemon pepper taste better than wingstop this is the real deal!

First off:
I used to have bad service here, but good food so I would still go back. Until one day it was over the top and proceeded to write a review here to warn everyone else and I thought I was done with this place. Then I received a message from the manager/​owner or… Apologizing for the service and to give it another try. I said, what the hell and waited a while and gave them a try, this is what happened.
New Visit:
A complete turn around, the food was ready when they told me. Food was hot and good as usual. The service was extremely good. Polite and on it! All the condiments were in there. Thank you Arts for improving. But this was one visit, will have to happen a few more times before I give it 5 stars.
Recommendation:
–Get the lunch special with hot sauce and get zucchini as your side.
–Call in your order! It takes time for it to cook. Either you call ahead and 20 minutes later you pick it up. Or you go there, order and wait there for 20 minutes. The choice is yours…

I’ve been eating these wings since I was a kid when they were located in Crenshaw. Really really delicious authentic perfectly sauced chicken wings fried broccoli oh and the sandwiches MY GAWD I used to ordered 40 pieces when I was pregnant extra sauce AND WOULD NOT SHARE. I cried at 9 months because the doctor told me no more I was addicted and yesterday I got my fix

I love the mambo barbecue wings. Service is HORRIBLE. I don’t care if you call it in, it’s NEVER ready and you are waiting FOREVER. Other than the wait, the food is good and love the lunch specials.

Thee slowest place I ever ordered from in my life and then she couldn’t break my 100 dollar bill so upset

My boyfriend ordered takeout and was there around 930 and got our order an hour later! Pretty sure they gave someone else our order. That is unacceptable and we will never come back. No refund policy should not apply to their mistake! If I was there I would’ve spoken to the manager. Wings aren’t anything special, don’t waste your time and $ here.

I’ve got to say yes the wait time is long but that’s not a problem for me seeing as how hot and fresh my wings are when I get them and since I know this I order and pick them up around 35 minutes later because it’s expected. BUT the wings are GREAT! I’ve had lemon pepper and hot (well that’s the only wings I like from anywhere ever) and have no problem finding something to do until they’re done. I also like the fried cauliflower, broccoli and mushrooms. I don’t get why everyone seems upset about the customer service they’ve always been very sweet to me and I’ve always appreciated it. Toni is the fricken best! Don’t let a few non regulars and sketchy reviewers spoil your curiosity THIS PLACE IS GREAT! So. Order much earlier problem solved. Thank me later

Sooo not worth the wait. A friend told us to try it on our lunch break. For a order of 10 wings it took 50 min for me to get my food. So now I can’t even enjoy them because I have to get back to work. to top it all off they offered us a certain soda then at the end said they were out of it…

So after I made my last review the owner contacted me an apologize for my experience. She advised me she would be doing some training with her staff to provide better service. So I decided to give them another try. This time calling in my order. I have to say it was wayyyy better. Food was hot, ready and delicious. I have been back several times now because I’m hooked on the broccoli and the lemon pepper wings. I even brought them new customers. So far I have been extremely satisfied. Great job on acknowledging the problem and quickly fixing it. If your in the inglewood area. Please stop by this place. The food is very flavorful. FYI: call in your order 1^st. The wait time hasn’t changed but the food is cooked to order so it’s to be expected.

Food is SOO very worth it BUT the wait and customer service is a fat ZERO. You call in your order, wait the 25 minutes they say and when you arrive, it is still not ready. Never an explanation, No complimentary nothing. You just get what you get.
The wings though, are plump, not pigeon looking things you get other places.
If they can get the ordering process and customer service to match the food, ooh wee it would be something to talk about.

How did a vegetarian friend of mine get me hooked on wings n things!!!
It’s real simple the wings are pretty good here nothing spectacular. BUT their fried vegetables are on POINT!!! The mushrooms and broccoli are amazing and the zucchini is very good too. I know the sauce they give is not regular ranch dressing, I really think they put their own twist on it I can’t put my finger on it. These fried veggies are a must try and a few chicken wings on the side won’t hurt either.

My bf got lemon pepper & sweet & sour they were the best, especially the fries love it here don’t go to wing stop anymore go here!!!

First off let me start this review off with THESE ARE THE BEST WINGS IN LA!!! Now I know that’s a heavy duty statement and most of you will argue that there are better places such as Wingstop, Alondra’s, Hot Wings Café and whatever other spots you feel MIGHT BE better.
But I have been to them all and searched high and low for the perfect wing and this my fellow Unilocalers is the home of the best wing in LA.
Now when you come here, please don’t expect this to be a 5 star dining experience also do not think your ass is getting in and out in under 10 minutes. It don’t go down like that here and there is a reason for that, THE FOOD IS COOKED WHEN THE ORDER IS PLACED!!! Also, everyone and their mom eats here so they are constantly cooking multiple orders. If you want to try and get your food post haste then TRY to place a phone order, keyword TRY. Once again they are busy as S#!T so the phones can get tied up, just keep calling cry baby. LOL.
Now that’s settled, when you go here you have to try the Lemon pepper wings and of course the good ol’ fashioned Hot wings. THE BOMB​.COM!!! Also make sure to get a side of home made ranch for the wings, gotta have the ranch.
All in all a good little spot that I was lucky to stumble upon when I was working at the Sprint store down the way. Owners are way too cool and very friendly if its not chaotic, if you have ever worked with customers when its busy you will know that putting on a smile ²⁴⁄₇ is not an easy task. So QTIP (Quit taking it personal) if you don’t get red carpet service. Just eat the amazingness that is concocted in the back laboratory known as the kitchen and enjoy.

I will not be returning here. It is extremely rare that I get a completely negative review but in this case it is well worth it. The service was horrible I never even got my food I had to leave after waiting 25 minutes and then was asked to wait an additional 3 to 5 minutes. No thanks Art’s

Nostalgia! Omg what you thought? ART’S Wings and Things… Talk about throwback. I haven’t had this delightful food for a while! OG ART’S on Crenshaw Blvd. now has a spot in Inglewood! Take my advice and treat yourself!

I was craving wings one day and found this place which opens late. It’s a small space with limited tables so ordering to go would be your best bet. I ordered ten piece spicy (buffalo) and lemon pepper with a side of fries to go. Their fries were too oily. The wings, however, were VERY meaty. You can actually taste the lemon in the lemon pepper wings, but I could have used more sauce for the spicy wings. Your meal also comes with carrots, celery, and bread which is a plus! I will be back as soon as I get a wings craving.

Ate there yesterday (5÷19÷15), had the cheese steak sandwich and some wings, the food was awesome. I went with the suggested wings from the lady working the counter (said they were her favorite), they were perfect. I wish I could remember her name. Going again now, cant get the cheese steak out of my mind. I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 for not having a website or an online menu, I hope this changes soon. The pics of the menu here are just to small, might take some while Im in there.
*Edit — The lady working was Kida, she was great!
