The very very very young MALE waiter seated us. We talked about daylight saving, and the fact that«I t’s a school nite!» The Salad bar was great! Very Fresh. Guy in grey sweatshirt looked at me. He is Funky Fresh. I Dig Rye Croutons. A+. Cheers! I’m glad for MALE waiter.

Kids eat free past 5 pm because the food is such poor quality they can afford the loss. Everything I ate reminded me of old lunchroom food from high school. The fries, burgers, quesadilla. You can get a better quesadilla at Dairy Queen. The prices are ridiculous for the pre frozen, pre packaged food they put in front of your face. Never again. The customer service department reach out to me by posting a comment to my review. This is is only posted to give the look that they care about my review and want to make it right. I emailed them as requested and I have never received a reply. Ruby Tuesday is a mess. Stay away.

It’s been a while since since I’ve been here. Food was over cooked. Beer was cold. Bathrooms need attention.

Has went down hill in the last year or so. The last two times I have been here it’s been slow service and there are flies everywhere. Was told that I can’t share my food or give my salad bar that I purchased to my girl friend since I didn’t want it that’s weird and I almost walked out. There is a last time for every place I guess.

I only went here because two of my friends were excited about the salad bar offerings! I do not ever sign up willingly for taking food out of a public trough that every tom, dick, and harry, and their children were able to breath over… bleeccchhk… I ordered up a few things directly off the menu –a baked potato and the deep fried green beans – apparently my drinking increased because I paid 35.00 for the pleasure of my visit and although I enjoyed visiting my friends – the atmosphere and the food did nothing for me.

The hickory salmon and spaghetti squash are amazing! The food came quick enough, drinks came right away and the staff are friendly.

Decent, nothing special. I always said why Unilocal when its nothing special but, here I am doing that very thing. Came on a Sun nite. Not crowded. Tacos decent but not a large portion. Salad bar good. Service good. But nothing extraordinary. Good luck. Most Rubys are similar.

Very disappointed that they discontinued bringing«to go» meals to the car. When I called to place the order, no one told me about their new policy. By the time I realized I had to fetch my own dinner, it was cold!!! I wonder how long they would have let me sit in my car! The bartender told me they were concerned about the safety of their staff delivering food to cars. I didn’t realize IGH was so dangerous at 6:00 in the evening. Too bad they don’t have the same concern for their patrons! I wonder if they walk their workers to their cars at the end of a shift. Anyway, the burger was cold and the sweet potato fries were soggy.

We have been here several times. I love to go when I get a $ 10 off when you buy two entrees coupon, but lately we’ve been getting 25% off your order coupons(not as great, but still ok). Last time we went using a $ 10 gift card we had gotten for Christmas as well, so at least that helped us save a little. I pretty much always get the turkey minis with the salad bar. I absolutely LOVE their salad bar; the croutons are the best! Nine times out of ten, I fill up on the salad bar, and a few fries, then take the turkey minis home for lunch the next day. The hubbs likes the full out burgers though. Last time he got a bacon cheeseburger, but also ended up taking the whole thing home, since he filled up on the salad bar as well. They have also started serving biscuits that somewhat remind me of Red Lobster’s biscuits that they used to(maybe still do? I haven’t been there in ages!) serve. We gave our 9-month-old little pieces of the biscuits, and she loved them as much as we did. This last time we went though, the hostess asked for our names. She wrote them down on a card and placed it at our table. We thought it was kind of strange, and asked why. She said it was to get to know their guests better, but then our waiter never used it or anything. Nice idea, but poor follow through. Plus, she heard my husband’s name incorrectly, and wrote down another name.(Maybe it’s a good thing the waiter never used our names then!)

Typical american food chain restaraunt. Kids menu, salad bar, full bar, 2 to 3 star pricing.
