This place is close to my job so that why I come here. The last time I came here it was early in the day and I asked for pancakes I asked if there was syrup in my bag before I drove of and the lady who’s name tag was illegible started with an M… said yes come to find there was no syrup sorry but I don’t like just butter on my pancakes so I drove back I was gonna complain since now I only had 10min to eat my food but she looked scared and apologetic maybe she should stop chit chatting and not make customers waist their time driving back. But today this awesome chick took my order her name I believe is Alondra she is nice smiles and made me very happy only reason this place gets two more stars than I originally planed on giving it

I think the customer service is good. But they always run out of something for the salads.

Say no to the chicken fries — eww, eww, EWW. Probably the most disgusting thing I think I have ever tried. I commend Burger King for trying to be innovative, but they were gross. The nuggets were OK. but what happened to the good olé chicken tenders that Burger King used to have? Bring them back! Came in on a Sunday night around 7:30PM, was the only one in there, so… at least my food was fresh?

I’ve been curious about these ads for their chicken fries. Since I’m working this week-end I thought I’d sweep through and try them out. Damn! Expensive! Whopper $ 4.79. Chicken Fries $ 3.19. Large iced tea $ 2.29. When a drive-through fast food comes to $ 11.09 it’s surprising. doesn’t Jack in the Box have chicken nuggets for $ 1.00? Anyway, the chicken fries were dark brown and dry. Very thin and over-cooked so they tasted like bread sticks. Yeech. Their million dollar ad campaign fooled me. Never again!

Poor customer service. Unfortunately they started charging for sauces(BBQ, etc)…a desperate move that has now cost them a customer(and my family). Though I only go there 2 – 3 times per month, that 25 cents per sauce just cost them $ 25 per month. Penny wise and pound foolish

I read the previous bad reviews and can totally understand where they are coming from. I go to this BK about once a month and have experienced every on of the complaints, but all in all they are ok. Obviously because they are the only 1 around I have to give them some slack. Although this time I needed to point something out. I got the 2for$ 5 deal, new pork sandwich and Big BK, which is supposed to be their version of the big mac. I was very disappointed in the size of both. The Big BK was the size of a cupcake, and the pork sandwich in the commercials on tv and print, look like you can sail across the ocean on it as a canoe in size, the meat stacked at least a couple inches high, spilling off the buns, but in real life, I will let the picture attached say it all, the pen is placed on the bun for a size comparison. Otherwise they are nice enough in customer service.

Went here yesterday for a quick late afternoon bite between meetings. Just ordered the chicken fries and a cup of water. Was told that they would not give me a cup of water. They offered me a bottle of water for $ 1.59. Outrageous. This is Irvine — I drink the tap water at home, I’ll drink the tap water from your tap too. Well, no dice. They flat out REFUSED to give me a cup of water and then had the gall to tell me that it was«Burger King policy to not give out water». An absolutely ridiculous policy which I have a hard time believing is true. So I slowly and carefully choked down my dry chicken fries on the way to a meeting and, to add injury to insult, today I’m home sick with some serious gastro-intestinal distress. The only other thing I had to eat yesterday was a fresh lunch-meat sandwich from home, and some chips and salsa(newly opened jar) later that night. So I’m looking at you, Burger King. Not only is your«no water» policy outrageous, I strongly suspect that your food is down-right dirty. 0⁄5 stars. Not only am I never visiting this location again, I’m swearing off Burger King entirely.

Shitty review. Paid for meals and didn’t get a full meal. My hash browns were left out of the whole order on the two meals I bought.

Let me set the stage: 8:15pm, I’m the only one in the restaurant. Now, I don’t eat fast food much so this may just be normal but I got the only $ 6.50 burger on the menu as well as one off the value menu. They both came out the same size, same bun, same meat — So basically I paid $ 4.50 for some A1 sauce. And it took 14 mins to cook with 4 employees. 0⁄5 stars.

They have a Coke Freestyle machine which I love because it has caffeine-free choices. This is one of the very few places that doesn’t have the radio or TV blasting which I appreciate.

Came in here on a Saturday night with my girlfriend and her kids. No one was dining here most likely because the food is horrible at this location but also because it’s mainly an industrial area. We ordered our food and I let them know that I did not want the fries which were sitting there under the heat lamps. After this I noticed as they were bagging our food they still gave me that order of fries along with a few other orders. When I got home to eat my food the fries were excessively salted to the point where the salt looked like rocks of crystal gleaming off of the potatoes. The great chicken sandwiches I remember enjoying as a kid we’re not the same they were extremely salty and the bread they were on was like dried rubber. It was topped with wilted lettuce and a lack of mayonnaise. It really makes me realize that Burger King overall has just gone down the crapper as of recent years. And definitely shows me a reason why there is a lack of the franchise in the South County area. The high class yuppie community in this area would be disgusted with the quality of food coming out of this establishment. I also noticed that they don’t offer gluten free items for young yuppie college students. What a shame I think I’ll stick to the OG Burger Kings in Santa Ana. Where the employees still care about the product they put out. And what happened to those delicious strawberry cheesecake singles? #Disappointed

I’m not trying to be a Debbie downer. I come here maybe 1 time a week just due to the lack of drive thru fast food in Irvine. Anyway the biggest problem I have here is the slow drive through. In addition they almost always get your order wrong. A light strawberry lemonade how freaking hard is that they have one of those machines and every single time they get it wrong. Then they argue with you its a soda not even a regular lemonade. Then seriously wtf they give me half full when I bought a large. Aaaagh I just took off. I should learn the 3 stars are only because I think the guy was new only because of that!

This specific Burger King is frequented by employees from the surrounding businesses, but since I came at afternoon tea times, there weren’t a lot of people. Parking here is kind of weird due to the layout and remodel of this plaza and there’s not a lot of parking specifically in front of the building – you might have to park slightly further in the parking lot. They have a new Coke Freestyle that replaced those old fountain dispensers that malfunctioned all the time. It seems to have been a recent addition, as there’s still a power cord on the wall hooked up to nothing and a small hole in the wall where the original drink dispenser used to be. Though not as up-to-date in decoration as the Burger King next to the Marketplace, at least the windows are nice and big, and one can see them from the cash register so one can decide on their daily specials on the windows(although you will have to read backwards). The staff here is nice even though it took me a painfully long time to decide, although I didn’t purchase a lot so there was less chance of error. I gave them a coupon with no hassle. The food tasted fine with no problems unlike the Tustin branch, so I’ll rate it higher than them for the lack of potential allergic ingredients. I think they have a lot more tables compared to them as well. Interestingly enough, this location is a proxy StreetPass location, but you don’t get many Miis here.

This location is kinda tucked away & it’s getting even harder to find with the growing development in the area. My biggest complaint is I’ve been there a couple times and every time I do, I seem to just stand at the register waiting to place my order while the employee stand just off to the side talking to another employee/manager. It’s always about the business, but come on. Shouldn’t they stop to take care of their customers first?

Might as well add my negatively-tinged $ 0.02 for the new year… I love BK. LOVE it. At least I used to, when they had a real value menu, consistent service, and didn’t screw up people’s orders on the regular. For fear of starting to sound eerily like my parents’ generation, $ 7+ for a small combo meal? Are you freaking kidding me??? The FK and I eagerly came here to spend a hard-earned holiday gift card. Thankfully we must have timed our arrival correctly with the heavens because the«value meal» of that particular day was the Whopper — sandwich, small fries and small drink for $ 4.99. Done. FK tells our lovely cashier that we would like two of those with cheese. Small or medium, she kindly asks? We look at each and shrug. It’s a gift card for chrissakes. Go big or go home. Medium it up! I suppose that negates the whole«value meal» idea, but whatever. So what do you suppose happened? Yep. No cheese. FK brings out sandwiches back up to rectify this error, and our lovely employee once again tells FK that for them to add the cheese on, it would $ 1 more we’d have to pay. I couldn’t see my handsome man’s face, but I’m sure it went aghast. Fortunately for us, the kind manager overheard as FK explained that we had originally ordered our Whoppers with cheese. Whatevs. The manager apologizes, offers to make us new ones, but instead for the ease of mind of all involved, FK suggests just putting cheese on these still freshly-made ones in hand. Done. Maybe we should have checked our receipts. Maybe we should have clarified at the end. But I am pretty sure that out of the hundreds, perhaps into thousands, of times I’ve patronized BK, the question is ALWAYS«and would you like that with cheese?» Whatever. BK burgers have lost their luster, and so has this location. Once my favorite go-to guilty pleasure after the gym across the way, now it’s just a joke, and apparently according to the other reviewers(I mean, 2008? 2009? really??) I’m the last to get the punch line. Boo on you BK!
