Carl’s Jr.

The drive thru took 20 minutes. At around 15 minutes in, I decided that I did not want to get Carl’s Jr. anymore, but that was out of the question since I was in the middle of two cars. Get to the window, they take another 5 minutes or so. FOR ONE SPICEY CHICKEN SANDWICH. I’m done with this places *tableflip

I live 2 minutes away from this place and whenever I’m hungry I always come here.
I spend $ 20 on food and when I got home I realized they forgot my burger. I called to let them know I was going to come back to pick it up. I came back to pick up the missing sandwich. The lady apologized and asked if I wanted free fries or a free cookie. I choose the free small fries.
It was a bit odd but she took a long time to get small fries, but I noticed her employees were shrugging and smiling as she brought the fries over to me.
I knew something was going on. Next thing I did when I got home I threw away those fries and I didn’t even bother eating my sandwich. I felt like they spat in my food or something.
I would not trust this place and I’m never going that place ever again.

So today I decided to stop at this Carl’s Jr. And get some food for breakfast
I got me a famous star and a loaded breakfast burrito.
When I got my food I asked for mustard and they didn’t have any mustard so I was like okay whatever I’ll eat it without mustard
So I asked for salsa for my burrito and the guy was like oh there’s salsa in the bag
My mistake was that I didn’t check the bag cus I was in a hurry to get to work
So right now that I got to work I took out all my good and what do I find in my bag???
Just one little bag of salsa
Not even a bag of ketchup for my burger

Usually, this location is great.
But they have forgotten a burger TWICE in a row within a week! We would order 4 burgers and they would forget one! Probably because of the «2 for $ 5.55» deal.
My fault for not checking the bag before driving away, but ugh.
Anyways, just check your bags before leaving to be sure they didn’t forget one burger. Otherwise, this location is like any other Carl’s Junior location.

At this specific Carl’s Jr, the layout is that the seats are not in view of the cash register, but during this specific visit there was an employee that kept walking up and down the aisles, cleaning things, and saying thank you to anyone that exited. That is nice, but sometimes I would prefer not to interact with anyone while eating.
I used a coupon and they accepted it without hassle. The food was fine.
During the weekend I was here, there were almost no people parked next to the place. One could drive up here and eat without parking problems. The same could not be said for the other side of the plaza.

needs new mangement it bas taken over an hour to get thru the drive thru line. not to mention there systems seem to be down all the time they are losing business cause there service sucks. WTF NOW THEY SAY THEY ARE OUT OF CHICKEN SERIOUSLY THIS CARLS HAS A HUGE ISSUE THAT MANAGEMENT SHOULD TRY AND FIX.

Fairly simple.
I enjoy little gimmicky foods, so I stopped in for a «Most American Thickburger». The restaurant itself was small but clean, and the staff were nice enough, but when I got my burger, the frito kettle baked chips were not on the burger, which I didn’t check before leaving (my fault) and noticed when I opened up my sandwich at my friend’s place.
Very disappointing, since it was then just a burger with a hotdog on it, not an American Thickburger. Minus 2 stars for this mistake, otherwise I would have given it a solid 4.
EDIT:
I went back and ordered the same thing, which they now got correct.
The restaurant is clean, the staff is nice enough. This second experience was what I would hope is much more to the norm.

Pretty smelly place .
Once i had fries which were not so good.
Next time i ordered a shake which was decent.
They charge an extra buck for debit transactions.
Ridiculous.

Haven’t eaten all day and decided to pass by Carl’s JR on the way home from work cuz I was craving a big Carl. Placed my order and when I got home I had taken out my burger only to find out it was NOT a Big Carl. I ate it anyways because I was starving.

Late night run for a burger. Asked for no mayo, extra mustard. Order was right on the screen. Got home to no mustard and about 5x the normal mayo. We’ll that was money wasted.

Disgusting. The BBQ chicken sandwich was full of gristle. The fries were barely lukewarm. The ketchup dispenser was sticky with ketchup. The women’s room had toilet paper all over the floor, nearly overflowing trash can and pee all over both toilets.
I threw my food away partly eaten and walked out.

This place needs to hire someone at the drive through speaker that knows how to speak English!

I was contemplating writing this review, because I would have to admit to myself and the Unilocal community that I have a ‘rare’ craving for fast food: P However, I had to write this for excellent service I received from one of the Cashiers named Olivia H. As I entered the establishment, she welcomed me with a very friendly, energetic hello. She was efficient and accurate in helping me with my order. I commend this location for having great employees like Olivia.

You have one job to do. Get the order right. They repeated the order back and my party was still missing onion rings when we got home from the drive-​thru. So…

This place is horrible. Missing items 4 times. Never going back. Emailed corporate and of course didn’t get a response back.

Yeah I agree with Nicole H, I love Carl’s Jr. but think place just doesn’t live up to the name.
Many of the times I have come here, their registers could not take cards due to technical difficulties. A major inconvenience for a fast food joint. It should be priority to get these problems fixed. Missing items from my order despite being charged for them is another huge problem at this location. Its happened about 3 times that I’ve lost a burger. Unacceptable.
I’ll just go to the In and Out in the UTC from now on. I don’t recommend coming here.

DO NOT TAKE COUPONS… I repeat— DO NOT TAKE COUPONS TO THIS PLACE! It’s such a BFD in here! Otherwise, you will wait at least 20 minutes for your order! I apologize for the short review but I have to get back to work!

I really wanted a burger at like 4AM the other day and usually my first choice would be McD’s, but they only had breakfast food. So instead, I stopped by this Carl’s Jr. location and they were open — with hamburgers! I love how they serve them all day long, even during breakfast hours!
The guy at the drive through was really nice! I ended up ordering a few combo meals to go. The burgers were perfect and not sloppy at all. The lettuce and tomatoes were really fresh and the fries were crisp and delicious, as always. He even added extra napkins and ketchup in my bag before I asked him!
I always get Carl’s Jr. coupons in the mail but never think twice about using them. After this experience, I’m pretty sure I’ll be back!
PS — the burger with the pineapple (the teriyaki burger?) is bombbbbb! I’m not too sure if they still serve that though.
