If you are spending $ 44 on a tiny ice cream cake, you should have a reasonable expectation that it will be good and decorated correctly, Now, for the second year, it was terrible cake, terrible and just a little ice cream and no decoration as directed. We are finished.

Allie, Brittany, Anjali and the rest of the night crew were very friendly, attentive and helpful. Stone cold is definitely doing something right with the people they hire :) Good service, efficient and friendly. I used to be a fan of Cold Stone Creamery. Unfortunately, my most recent visit has changed my view and will prevent me from visiting again. To start, their prices are ridiculous! The smallest scoop(like it) is $ 5.19! That is absolutely crazy for ice cream that is pre-made. I understand that liquid nitrogen shops are charging such a premium for ice cream made to order in individual batches, but that is not the case for Cold Stone. All of the ice cream is pre-made and simply requires toppings to be mixed in. 1 topping comes free with each scoop, so I decided to add marshmallows to my chocolate ice cream. Sadly, the marshmallows were stale. The chocolate ice cream itself was not that great. It lacked a rich chocolate flavor and tasted overly sweet and diluted with ice/water. Overpaying for terrible ice cream makes no sense. Therefore, I will not be back.

Your website say you close at 10 pm. Your rude employee did not want to take our order at 9.51. Door was open… But she claimed it was closed. Terrible service!!! If you say you close at 10 pm should be 10 pm. Lazy employees. Never come back again, super rude!!!

Love Coldstone Creamery!!! This location has the BEST customer service. They are very friendly and always treat me great!!! Their ice cream and cakes are amazing!!! I’ve been ordering my cakes and cupcakes at this location for years and never have a problem… The manager is very polite and always have my orders on time and make sure I’m satisfied. I recommend everyone to try their new ice cream flavors like their Salted Caramel. Good job guys!!!

Came here on a Sunday evening, surprisingly there wasn’t even a line. Coldstone has ton loads of options, from single scoops to those with wafer bowls and cones. Several people came in after we did and a bit of line was formed but it moved pretty fast. My man and I just had coffee froyo from a store nearby and figured we might want something refreshing. We decided to get their banana caramel crunch and split between the two of us, cause it’s rather a huge portion. Not even sure if we could finish it but doesn’t banana caramel sound so attractive?! :D What we ordered was super delicious and refreshing. Taking a star off because it was overpriced. What we got was $ 9. Ouch, don’t think we will be coming back anytime soon :/

I would give zero stars if possible. We bought a birthday cake for my daughter. The cake tasted old, the wafer on the cake tasted really old, and the sprinkles were mushy. After eating the cake, the next day my daughter felt sick. When I called they said they would give full refund and to bring the cake. I brought the cake but the manager was rude and said he will give ½ refund since it was eaten… Not what he said on the phone. He did not try it to verify my complaint or even break the wafer to see it was soft and mushy. After having me argue back, he finally returned full money. We normally go to Coldstone for birthday cakes but not now. Do not buy their cakes. They don’t even have clear DATE stamps on the cakes. They are OLD and I would never recommend it to anybody. I left message with corporate on their service & cake condition, let’s see what they do about it…

Came here the Friday evening before Father’s Day. The line was super long but there were a lot of girls working trying to get through everyone’s order. The shop was definitely very crowded, both on the customer’s side and the staff’s side. Despite the fairly long wait, my friends and I enjoyed our ice creams. Another thing I noticed was that despite how chaotic it was on the staff’s side of the store, I appreciate that it was at least kept cleanly.

I’m a huge fan of cold stone, so I think any location will make me happy! This place is really small and the line was kind of dysfunctional. When you order, you have to follow the person when they make your ice cream and add things and go back to finish another order, which leads to a lot of people tripping all over each other. Especially since it’s a family place, large parties come in here and it makes it very crowded and disorganized. But. that’s really my only complaint. The ice cream is fantastic, and the service is good. Hannah was particularly nice! Considering the high foot traffic, the place is really clean too surprisingly.

Bought a birthday cake from them… 1. Didn’t have the material to write«Happy Birthday» on the cake(are you serious?) 2. Walked out and realized there was a fly in the cake 3. Gave them back the cake to exchange. THEYREMOVEDTHEFLYANDDAREDASKEDMEIF I WANTEDIT. NOTHANKYOU. 4. THEYPUTTHECAKEBACKINTHEFRIDGE! SORRYFORTHEPERSONWHOWILLEATTHATCAKE 5. Customer service was sub-par. The girls weren’t that friendly and when I came back to return the cake the girls and the manager looked somewhat annoyed. rude. Be careful everyone! I can’t imagine ordering a cake from them beforehand — I would be afraid they mess it up!

Oh Coldstone. I come to Coldstone only as a last resort, when I can’t find another better ice cream store. Not that it’s bad – it’s fine… but why pay $ 5 for a small at Coldstone when I could go some place cheaper and fresher for a cheaper price? I normally get the coffee ice cream with cookie dough mixed in, but I was disappointed this time that the cookie dough was barely chunked up or mixed in! Also, the Irvine Spectrum location is a little odd – after ordering, the register is weirdly located on the other side of the store so you can’t really put down your bag or anything when paying.

You can find this location tucked in between several other stores within the Spectrum shopping plaza. They have a ton of options from individual scoops to large ice cream cakes for special occasions. We were there over the weekend and there was a bit of a line, but they moved through us pretty quickly. We opted for the Molten Lava Cake to split between the two of us — cause it’s a rather large portion. They heat up the cake on order, and then add the ice cream, whipped cream, sauce and shavings after. The cashier was friendly and helpful throughout. What we ordered was tasty. There are tons of tables on either side of the store that have a great fountain view — so that’s a win also! Overall: A Great ice cream stop off with a variety of options for every sweet tooth.

It’s a chain. If this is your first time at a Coldstones, you might comment on the price. I almost always get the cheesecake fantasy. It is sweet with blueberries, strawberries, and graham cracker crust sprinkled throughout. I wish the fruits were fresh. You can Google the images and compare between the one they advertise and what you really get. Huge difference lol. The fruits are probably frozen, I guess that saves them money? But they’re already charging so much for it… Also if you get their waffle cone that sits over the cup, by the time you’re done with the ice cream… it may already be all soggy. but that’s not their problem, it’s you deciding you wanted to eat ice cream in a cone and not eating it fast enough. You can always smell Coldstones just walking past it, yummy. This location can get pretty busy because it’s in an outdoor mall. The service has always been good and for those that are unfamiliar with Coldstones, if you tip they always make a sing certain things in unison. It’s kinda cute.

The Staff is so awesome. They were humorous and sweet. They let me customize my signature creation. I got the Pie Who Loved Me with Sweet Cream instead of Cheesecake(which I don’t like), Oreo Cookies, Graham Crackers and Heath Bar instead of Fudge = My favorite creation! The Strawberry Blonde, Apple Pie A La Cold Stone and Banana Caramel Crunch are some of my other favorites. SIgn up for their email club and get buy 1 get 1 free coupons.

After the 2014NPC California State physique Championships and 2014 #MuscleBeach #internationalclassic physique comp this past #memorialdayweekend, I was craving some bomb ass ice cream after that famous 7 week @junglefitnessoc contest prep of nothing but chicken and broccoli. My first stop was at #costco where I picked up a $ 50 for $ 40 gift card set for Cold Stone Creamery which I plan on dispensing in full before my next contest prep. Cold Stone Creamery is my go to ice scream spot when I’m craving something quick and creamy since there’s one literally across the street from where I live at the #IrvineSpectrum. Stopping by this past week I was in the mood for that warm cookie/brownie paired with that creamy vanilla ice cream and drizzled with that warm chocolate syrup and they luckily had just that. I like the fact that they warm up that cookie and brownie right in front of you as they start pounding away at that creamy ice cream on the cold stone. Was sooo good. Highly recommend this place for its vast availability/locations and #pizookie knock offs.

I feel that it’s overpriced and the flavors aren’t that amazing. I had the Cookie Minster… it was a little too sweet and not minty enough! I rather go to other ice cream places that have cheaper and better flavors!

This place gets a one star. If I could give it zero stars, I would. I ordered the chocolate chip cookie with ice cream on top. What I got looked nothing like the picture– judge for yourself, see pics below. The cookie was stale and indelible. I will not be coming back here.

Too expensive for what you get. Normally I love Cold Stone ice cream. In fact, I did really like what I got here; a small«like it» sized scoop of coffee ice cream with heath bar and caramel sauce mixed in. He mixed in plenty of heath bar but not much caramel and it cost over $ 5.(is it that expensive at EVERY Cold Stone? I don’t remember…). It took him longer to make it than it took me to eat it. Service was sucky. I walked into the store and there was no one there. No customers or workers. I looked over the flavors(around a dozen) and the mix-ins(a couple dozen) and decided what I wanted. Then I stood and waited a while. Then pulled out my cell phone and took a photo of the empty counter. I then decided to just go get a milkshake at Ruby’s(wish I would have) and started to walk out when an employee burst out from the back room and yelled«can I help you?» I almost kept walking but turned around and decided to go ahead and order. Like I already said, the coffee ice cream has a great flavor and I enjoyed it but I probably wouldn’t come back to this location.
