When I’m looking for a cheap quick DIY dessert, Yogurtland is my go to. Main yogurt is tart and if I’m feeling wild, I’ll get the peanut butter or one of those seasonal flavors. HA. Service is okay here. I had an employee tell me that the didn’t accept phone numbers yet for rewards, but the e-mail I received said they did… in another instance, I had an employee tell me they could use my phone number to earn rewards. It is usually clean here, apart from the smudge of peanut butter I saw on the door.

Love that its so close to my gym. Most of the time, after my gym visits, I’ll swing by for a small dose of bliss. When I say small, I try to keep it under 2 bucks. Just a reward for burning some fat off the tush. I’m pretty good about just getting plain tart and peanut butter only. None of the crazy flavors to negate my earlier efforts. Its quite nice and simple. The design of this place is unique though. On busy days or nights, its hard to move around when everyone and their mama just want to sample and not pay for the product. Overall, its nice to have this option in the mix. Refreshing choice versus their competitors. 3 stars for convenience. Staff… well… it is what it is. Love that they try to keep it clean.

It’s a small store here and seating is outside only. Best way for a smoother experience is to get in from the left door and self serve your froyo, then exit from the right door. It got chaotic when people came out from the door everyone comes in from because there isn’t much room to get through. Lots of flavors, and lots of toppings. But my all time favorite is the plain tart with mango bubbles.

Terrible experience at this yogurtland location. The women working here followed me and watched me and my friend the entire time. She gave us both two sample cups and started mumbling as if she was high or something not making full sense so my friend and I just continued on with sampling with our 2 sample cups each. And then when we went to leave the worker ran in front of the door blocking it accusing us of getting more than 2 samples which is impossible because we only had 2 cups and she watched us the entire time acting like as if we had no clue. She continued to block the door until we through away our samples. Also noticed she was wearing excessive amount of makeup which was smearing onto her clothing and she had an odd smell. We also came to find out that she was the manager, Carla. She seemed as if she has some issues to deal with or should not be working in customer service because she does not know the proper way to be working with people and making their experience as great as possible. I am extremely disappointed in this location especially because this was my first time coming into this new location in irvine. Will not be visiting ever again. You should also reevaluate your staff because clearly some of them are not suitable for this job.

The manager Carla has the worst customer service ever you guys need to find a new manager she pushed me and my friend and wouldn’t let us leave the store because she accused U.S. of taking more than 2 samples she was giving a lot of attitude and she kinda smelt bad and didn’t look too clean to be working there.

The yogurt is delicious!!! Only thing is the glass windows cause a sauna like heat in the store especially when the sun hits the shop directly! But awesome service good yogurt!

Fro-yo girl here. Yogurtland’s HQ is in Irvine and so you’ll find Yogurtland everywhere in Irvine. The newest Irvine Yogurtland just opened up at the outdoor shopping mall, the Irvine Spectrum. The new location is narrow but they did squeeze in 8 machines(16 self-serve flavors a day) and the usual Yogurtland toppings. It’s 43 cents an ounce. There is no indoor seating but they have a few small tables outside. Currently they’re running the #OfftheStick popsicle inspired flavors promotion and they have many(too many) sorbets. Froyo/sorbet flavors of the day: * Salted caramel * Chocolate milkshake * Plain tart: Creamy but with a refreshing edge, big on flavor, tastes like yogurt, nice tang with a sweet finish * Big pop sorbet * Chocolate Banana A’Peel: tastes funny to me but I hate bananas * French vanilla NSA * Pistachio * Toasted Coconut: creamy flavor, creamy yogurt, not too sweet, not an overpowering coconut flavor, nice * Fresh strawberry * Double cookies & cream: smooth, creamy, lots of Oreo cookie flavor, not too much chocolate flavor * Dutch chocolate * Strawberry lemonade sorbet * Rocket pop sorbet * Orange cream pop * Grape freeze sorbet * Birthday cupcake batter Toppings do change but you’ll always find syrups, sprinkles, candy, cookie, nuts, fruit, cereal, chocolate chips, popping boba, cake pieces, brownies, cheesecake). The Magic Shell is a limited time topping. Like your typical Yogurtland location, they have a green tiled wall, hand sanitizer, LCD flatscreen monitors and indoor/outdoor seating. Sign up for Real Rewards to collect points and earn free froyo. Take it to go to avoid paying sales tax. This location will have a Candy Crush launch party on July 18, with free froyo from 11AM — 2PM, 2 — 6PM giveaways. Candy Crush is Yogurtland’s summer promotion. You know you love me. X0X0, fro-yo girl.

Was super excited that Yogurtland is at the mall. The froyo is delicious as always but the location is WAY to small. So frustrating that they would put a location at the mall of all places that can only fit five or six people tops! I’ll go somewhere else. Use your brains people.

Great location right across from D&B at the Irvine Spectrum. Highly recommend checking out the latest Popsicle Flavors while they last which include some of my new favorites: Big Pop, Rocket Pop, Orange Creamsicle. So good

I was really excited when I saw that yogurt land was finally coming to the spectrum, I miss the yogurt shops there. But unfortunately I don’t know if I would go back, the girl working wasn’t personable so really nice. She seemed extremely bored like he didn’t want to be there and even walked to the back and I didn’t she her for several minutes while I waited to pay. Although the yogurt and toppings are good and they have a nice selection, I think I’m going to have to go to a different one.

It’s a brand new location in the Spectrum. I think business will be pretty good here; saw tons of customers. It’s pretty similar to the other locations. Lots of flavors and toppings. The yogurt is all lined up in a long hallway and then the toppings and register is at the very end. They swap out flavors pretty often. Favorite toppings are the gummy bears. They also have a mobile app. Prices are good here.

Low stars is because of the awful mangos! I work across the street and have been here already about 4 times.(Just opened) Mangos are horrible! I know mangos are tricky fruit, but c’mon! These are hard with no flavor at all! Tastes like nothing! Please let your mangos sit a couple days longer or whatever you guys do with them!
