Very disappointed at one of employees. There was a girl with dirty blonde hair and thick framed glasses who had an attitude that day. I simply asked for another pair from the back because the pair I tried on we’re dirty and the laces were already untied. She replied with an attitude, «these are the only new pair and they’re dirty from you walking around in them. I’ll go check in the back.» She then places the box on the counter and the shoes fell right in front of me. Did I mention that they were WHITE. She didn’t even bother picking them up. Seconds after dropping the WHITE shoes, she returns and said«yeah those are the last pair.» So I told her that I didn’t want the shoes anymore. THISISTHEBESTPART She said, «they’re already new, you can clean them yourself.» Great customer service or what

Walked in and within a minute I pretty much had a personal shopper. Kat was amazing and very helpful. They didn’t have the exact shoe size I wanted in store but they promptly ordered it and it is on its way.

The service is so bad. They take for ever to even make eye contact and when the do they ask you what you want and you don’t see the folks for 15 mins and then they come back with the wrong shoes and size. It’s a pity that this just encourages online shopping with free returns. The notion of good service and instant gratification of shopping in store is going away.

Nice and varied selection of shoes. Got myself a nice pair of Nike Pegasus 32s that I couldn’t find at the original Nike store. A nice lady sales associate helped me with shoe sizing. Customer service was on-point. Store layout is pretty straight forward and spacious.

On ½/16, I came into the store to get a pair of shoes for my friend, but they didn’t have her size so they offered to place an order for me. After shopping around the Spectrum a bit more, I found the shoes in the correct size at a different store. I went back to Finish Line to cancel my order and was informed that they could only place orders, not cancel them. I would have to call their Customer Service department. Okay, fine. So I walk outside, sit down, and call the number. I talked to a representative and told her that I wanted to CANCEL my order. This was the same day, maybe only an hour after the order was placed. At the end of our conversation she gives me my confirmation number and tells me that she has successfully cancelled my order. I then asked her, «Okay, so I’ll get refunded to my credit card, right?» She assures me that I will and I thank her and hang up, thinking that’s the end of it. On 1÷5÷16, my friend tells me that she got an UPS email saying that the shoes are shipping. I didn’t bothering calling their customer service again because I didn’t want to waste my time and I figured it’d be easier to just return the shoes once they get here. TL;DR: Finish Line’s customer service is deplorable and I won’t be shopping here again. Edit: In-store staff was nice tho.

Worst customer service ever. We saw a jordan 5 that i wanted to buy my boyfriend in size 8.5 for his birthday. It happened to be defective inside where the insole was all crumpled up hard to the point where it hurts. Asked if they have another pair since this one is defective and the guy who works there says«where?» So we showed him and I guess he went to tell his manager. Another guy, assuming he is the manager, comes back out saying«I’m not giving you a discount on this» We never asked for a discount? Even if they offered a discount, the shoe is not wearable!

Went in this place a couple weeks ago looking for some new nike running shoes and having no idea what I wanted, I was helped by a friendly individual, Anthony. He was super patient with me and gave me the best advice. I ended up walking out with new pair of shoes and new set of insoles. I definitely recommend this store for anyone looking for athletic attire of any sort. Ask for Anthony, he’s super friendly, helpful, and pretty cute.

I don’t see why there are so many negative reviews of this store! I personally had a great shopping experience here. It’s usually busy on the weekends because of the location in the spectrum. I bought my fiancé a pair of nikes at Nordstrom, but he wasn’t a big fan of them and wanted other ones that Nordstrom did not carry. We came here because they have a huge selection of nikes for both men and women. He was able to find the exact ones he wanted in this store and the sales guy even showed him the other colors avaliable. They had some great shoes on clearance too. The socks were buy one get one free also! Since we knew exactly what we wanted, we were easy customers. I will come back here the next time I need to get a pair of athletic shoes before any other store.

Understanding the holiday season is busy, at around 7:40pm on sunday 20 minutes before closing. I called the store to find out exactly when they close, confirming that with the sale rep. I walked to the store at about 7:45pm and was abruptly waved away by a sale rep saying no no. Then 5 minutes later allowing a whole family to walk into the store with no issues. I will never go to this store again. I work in retail and im sorry if the hour are 8:00pm thats when you close.
