Umm if I could give this location ZERO stars I would! Sarah is a b****. My mom asked if they had sinangag and she looked at mom with a condescending look as if my mom is an idiot. She then says«I don’t know what that is» with a smirk. Really… you don’t know what that is with your accent??? I ALWAYS come here, now I’m driving the extra distance to get better Customer Service in Anaheim. I really don’t post reviews unless I’m really happy or really unhappy, so this is saying a lot.

This is my first time at a Jollibee. They have a wide variety of stuff on their menu and we ended up ordering a kids chicken joy, corned beef side sammich, pancit, and mango peach pie. I thought the fried chicken was alright. It came with rice but the rice was a little overcooked for my taste and the chicken just tasted like regular fried chicken. It goes very well with the gravy though. The kids chicken joy also comes with a toy/utensils! I got a fork and spoon set. The pancit I thought could be better. It had an interesting flavor and had egg and shrimp but all in all it’s a fast food place so it tasted a bit off. The corned beef side sammich came with mayo in a soft bun. Flavor was nice but super salty. I liked that I couldn’t taste any of the mayo though because I hate mayo. The mango peach pie looks exactly like an apple pie. I’m not quite sure what I expected but it tasted like a hot caribbean passion from Jamba Juice… which was a bit weird. The place is clean and spacey but some of the workers there are really nice while others looks like they just want to go home.

I love fried chicken & I used to go to Jollibee in Anaheim or Cerritos to get it. When a branch opened in Irvine, I go there now because it’s closer to where I live. But… The chicken here tastes oddly different. It lacks the flavor & crispiness that I know. At times I could even taste the grainy breading. I wish they could do something about this. This is just my only complaint. Everything else is good here. Love the peach mango pie!

I have always gone here and service has been good not really great but good enough. Today could have been because of the cloudy weather or busy lunch but the service was just not as friendly. Lady who handed me my food was rude and hey actually charged me .27 cents for extra gravy. Seriously who does that??? But the best part was I didn’t have cash on me so they actually charged my card for .27 cents This location must be going down hill, but I’m not surprised.

I was craving Filipino food and found out that they opened up a Jollibee relatively close to home, so I decided to go check it out. FYI, this Jollibee is located INSIDE the Seafood City supermarket; it took me a while to find it when driving around the parking lot. The interior is new and there are a number of seats, though this is smaller than other locations I have been too. The menu and containers seem to have changed, but then again I hadn’t been to a Jollibee in years. I’m not sure when they stopped selling milkfish(bangus), but I used to love ordering that at Jollibee so I was a bit disappointed to see that it was no longer on the menu. The burger steak looked good, but I also wanted one piece of Chickenjoy. Didn’t see a combo option with burger steak + chicken, so I ended up ordering the two-piece burger steak with one side(I picked rice), plus a separate combo of palabok(noodles) with one piece of Chicken joy and a drink. The employee was very patient with all of my inquiries and had a great attitude when I later asked to have pineapple drink instead of a soda fountain drink, plus wanted my Chickenjoy spicy. I also ordered a halo halo for dessert. The food was amazing, though probably not that healthy. xD I was also very aware of the lack of vegetables. Nonetheless, the burger steak with the mushroom gravy and rice was super tasty, the Chickenjoy nice and crispy with just the right amount of spice(I also ate this with gravy and rice), and the palabok was hot and delicious. I was pretty full at the end of this, probably because the meal was relatively rich and heavy with all the sauces. Add to all this more carbs from the pineapple juice(lovely) plus dessert! The halo halo was refreshing, although I should have mixed it up better before eating because by the time I got to the bottom where all the jellies were, it was a little too sweet for me. I definitely kind of splurged on both calories and money(my meal cost $ 18, a lot for a fast food meal), but I left mighty satisfied! Just wish they still had fish! On a future visit, I will probably get one of the pearl coolers(boba) and pie instead of halo halo. Was eyeing both of those during this visit, but decided that I had ordered enough sweets. xD

I checked this place out because I had normally only seen it in northern California before. It’s located inside the Seafood City. It is entirely separated from the main supermarket by a glass wall and even has internal restrooms. The food came out at a medium speed from my observation. They have pagers that will vibrate when one’s food is done. They have nice and comfortable booths one can sit at. Not like those really hard plastic chairs at McDonald’s. What I like about this place is that the food is served on wax paper containers as opposed to plastic.

So this location is inside of a supermarket, a bit weird, but practical after shopping I guess. Service was nice, but a bit slow, though I get the chicken joy is made to order and being the only protein I like here, it was worth it. Fries are good here, I always get extra gravy, makes for a filling snack I crave more than I should. Prices are fair, portions small and quality not great, but the food is heavy and a meal is plenty really. One of those bad for you things that you should not have but need in your life every once in awhile.

It’s more like 3.5 rounded up to 4 stars because they don’t serve Miss Colombian whine. Thank God they don’t use Filipino chickens. Having been born in the Philippines and visiting there in 2011, those skinny birds are lean and mean, but Melissa McCarthy of chickens they are not. Their chicken here is plump and juicy, especially if you get it after it’s just deep fat fried in all those Omega 6’s in the oils which probably causes inflammation of the heart and joints. But I digress. The chicken breading is crispy and light, but as greasy my car’s oil pan. I always ask for extra napkins. Perhaps the chicken is either brined or pressure cooked or both. If you want a breast, and who doesn’t?, you have to wait for them to make it most of the times I’ve asked. So, I got stuck with the usual dark meat combo. Ordering is easy and quick because their menu is small enough. And most Filipinos and non Filipinos would probably just order the chicken, not daring to try their spaghetti made of hyper sweet hot dogs. I’m not a fan of that dish, no matter who makes it, but it is popular in the islands where ground beef is rare If you found it, it would mean water buffalo, not Texas cattle. There are a few other choices. The other dish I LOVE is halo-halo, which in Tagalog means mix mix/Get a glass of the shaved ice in evaporated milk, preserved fruits, mung bean, gelatin, and topped with ice cream. Mix away and you have a tropical smoothie that you can eat. I bet is must be about 500 calories. You would be Melissa McCarthy if you ate one of these a day along with their friend chicken 2 piece(probably another 500 plus calories). They recently raised their prices. Their 2 piece meal with one side(I usually get the mashed potatoes obviously made from a box) was $ 5.50 today, a dollar more than a year ago. It comes with extra decent brown gravy. To make a more healthy meal, go across the way and get an order of vegetables at Grill City, Their bathrooms are usually clean, as is their soda bar. If they’re busy, they may not bus the tables. Also, during busy times, you may not find a place to sit. So i always wait till after peak hours. Overall, a decent break from KFC but IMO no where near as good as Popeye’s and some other great Fried Chicken places in the greater LA area. It’s not the Miss Universe of chicken, but as fine as the runner up Colombian.

I think I came here at the best possible time — when they had run out of chicken. I’m only half joking. When I arrived here around 2:00 pm, the lunch rush had already passed, and they had run out of prepared chicken. But it would only be 6 more minutes, I was told, as they were making more. So when my order came up, the chicken was fresh from the fryer and ripping hot. It was juicy and the grease had not yet started to coagulate. So I have to say, it was pretty good. The side of mashed potatoes, however, were awful. It was some kind of instant potato product and tasted thin and like movie theater«butter.» But for $ 4.99, the C1 — 2 pieces, a side, and pineapple juice — is not a bad deal. Just make sure you come when they are out of chicken.

Their fried chicken is delicious! Very juicy and crispy! Came super(temperature) hot. We got togo the first time and was surprised how juicy and crispy the chicken. Second time, we came by for dinner than off to Walmart to shop. Again the chicken were very juicy and crispy. Really enjoyed it. Overall impression is the chicken seems less salty which we like. Popeyes and Roscoe’s have good chicken but sometimes a bit overly salted.

This location is like super busy. We came in about 630 and the line was steady, we went shopping inside Seafood City and the line was still to the door. Same Jollibee flavor nothing less nothing more(for those who knw what Jollibee food is suppose to taste like) Kinda bummed out they don’t have Banana Langka pie but they did have the Piña drink. Halo halo was good but the wait on that was a bit long but like I said this location was like non stop.

My Filipino friends eat here a lot. When I come to Seafood City I normally just go to Grill City for food which is pretty good. My Mom warned me about this place, but I wanted to try it for myself. The place was filled with a few people, but the wait in the line wasn’t that long. The lady that took my order was really reserved and seemed like she didn’t want to be there. It was interesting because they gave you a pager that tells you when your food is ready. Don’t see that in most fast food places. I got the chicken joy with a piece of fried chicken, filipino spaghetti and a drink. The prices are super cheap, I got all that for about five bucks. They don’t have many fountain soda options here. I wish I had gotten one of their specialty drinks instead. The only cola drinks they had were Pepsi and Root Beer and I don’t like either of those. Normally when a place has Pepsi they also have Dr. Pepper at least. I opted out for Pepsi even though I don’t really like it. My friends and I got some good seats by the front door. The place is pretty clean so I can’t really complain about that. It’s just the food… it came in good time and I was really excited. Most of my friends really liked this place. I tried filipino spaghetti for the first time and it was a funky spin on spaghetti. I knew it was going to be sweet because my friends told me so. It was alright, the noodles were cooked well and the hot dogs were in a nice bite size. It was just kinda weird is all. I didn’t have the taste for it. I ate most of it because I was hungry, but I felt like the spaghetti was really missing something. I couldn’t get myself to finish it, it was just meh. My friends say that when they make it they normally put onions in it. They really should put onions in their spaghetti. I think it would help. Just to give it some texture because it really is just one note, sweet. As for the chicken the skin is the only good part. You can see from their advertisements that they really take pride in that crispy chicken skin. It’s just the actual chicken meat is bland, juicy, but with no flavor at all. I’m really sad that I didn’t like this place. I really wanted to, but I can’t say that I did.

This is a Filipino fast food chain spot that is located inside a Filipino grocery store called Seafood City. I just wanted to try the chicken. So, I ordered the two piece with no sides which came with sides of gravy. The chicken had a fairly nice crispy skin with a crispy coating. There was a little spice in the flavoring of the coating. The meat was moist, tender and flavorful. With each piece, I received a little container of gravy which was pretty cool. I ended up liking the gravy. It tasted good on the chicken and even by itself which says a lot. It is different in flavor and texture of the crispy coating than KFC. But, still good just the same.

Finally gave this place a try with my brother! It’s good to know that I can finally get some Filipino food nearby instead of trekking all the way to Long Beach or having my mom bring home cold food that needs to be re-warmed lol. The Jollibee is located in the Seafood City Market along with Red Ribbon Bakeshop. You can also do your grocery shopping after eating! Pretty convenient right? I ended up ordering the C1 which was the Chicken Joy combo that came with 2 chicken pieces and 1 side order(I got the mashed potatoes) and a drink(I opted for the pineapple juice instead of the standard soda fountain drink) which only came to $ 4.99! You also get gravy as a dipping sauce for your chicken which was pretty cool(a nice change instead of using ketchup lol). The fried chicken was decent, but I would have preferred to have a crispier outer shell. The pieces I got were smaller compared to what I have seen at KFC and Popeye’s, but I guess you are paying for a different flavor profile. The meal was actually satisfying, but I also got Halo-Halo after because there is ALWAYS room for dessert! The only sad part is that it cost about $ 4 – 5 which is basically the same as what I paid for my meal lol. Either way, I think it was a good investment. I was kind of skeptical at first because they come pre-made and are just sitting in the freezer waiting to be eaten my people like me. The Halo-Halo was still pretty good because of the ube and the red jelly blocks! If you haven’t had Halo-Halo, you must try it at least once. It’s one of the more famous Filipino desserts.

This Jollibee is located in the Seafood Market, directly to the left when you walk in. Customer service is two thumbs up at this place. and when they say fast food, you really do receive your food quickly. I went around noon and had a couple people ahead of me. I was tended to quickly and received my food in less than a minute after ordering which is nice when you don’t want to wait around for your food during lunch. I ordered the«C1»(chicken and a side of your choice, I chose mash). If you opt out of the drink, the combo is a dollar less. This chicken was nice a moist and the mash is your ordinary out of the box mash. Quick, affordable, decent lunch meal that won’t put you in food coma status.

What the heck there’s a Jollibee in Irvine? This is located inside the Seafood City which is a Filipino super market. Oh yeah! Another reason I will just smile and laugh when I hear that Irvine has no good Asian food. I will also think you are crazy but won’t say it. I hope I didn’t offend anyone but I am talking about you. I only heard about Jollibee because I remember trying it many years ago in Puenta Hills and San Francisco. I didn’t remember if I liked it or not but a recent youtube video I saw talking about Halo Halo hooked me. I like Filipino fried chicken. I really hope for a Goldilocks in Irvine but that might not happen. Never say never because 10 years ago in Irvine there was never a Jamboree plaza. It will only take another 1 or 2 percent increase to make Asians the majority here. For better or for worse. I heard Jollibee is a Filipino McDonald’s but that doesn’t do it justice because McDonald’s is nasty. Spaghetti and fried chicken! It might sound strange but it makes more sense than Chicken and waffles. Sorry Roscoe’s it’s lunch time and meat spaghetti beats waffles. Plus roscoe’s is a but overpriced for what you get. After eating here you could say I was a Jolly Bee! Adding a Halo Halo with my combo made my fast food a little pricey but it was worth it for something different and taste. If you are going to break a diet or have a cheat day, go hard or go home!

Filipino Fast Food! As a child, this is the McDonald’s of the Philippines! I swear! As a child, we would go to Jollibee to celebrate birthdays, accomplishments, and special occasions. It was interesting to see it so accessible. Anyway, came here because the cousin and I felt it was time to reminisce of the good old days… here comes the dancing bee! We each got the combo#2 which is rice(of course) and 2 pieces of chicken with gravy. We also got spaghetti, which was pretty good. Now, Filipino spaghetti has ketchup and hotdogs! Yes, we put ketchup in our spaghetti sauce. It’s the Filipino way! We skipped on dessert, but I so wanted the peach/mango pie because it is so warm and gooey! The best part about Jollibee is the chicken joy! If you’re looking for greasy and crispy goodness, this is the place. The 2nd best part are the people. The staff are just amazing and friendly. They are so respectful towards everyone. I like this location because it is super clean!

That was some delicious fried chicken. For something fried it wasn’t that oily. Just the right amount. I’d say this is light years better than KFC and quite comparable to Popeyes. The chicken meat is clearly a lot better. I ordered the bucket on a Tuesday and it came with their spaghetti as part of their Tuesday deal. Grand total was 14 bucks after taxes. Thats a bargain. Their spaghetti is a bit different. I had it over at the Anaheim location so I got used to it. Its sweeter, still delicious and very saucy. The store is clean, I mean really really really clean. Spotless clean! Im sorry I still can’t over how clean it is ahah. The service was ok… average. The store was relatively empty so there really wasn’t a line. Its located inside the Seafood City market. Good choice Truong

HOT. TENDER. SPAGHETTI-SWEET. Wanna know what your man is really thinking? Wanna know what us guys really talk about? What really beckons a man’s urge to splurge? Well, it can only be one thing, Jollibee. I had Filipino food for the first time in my life. Filipino fast-food to be exact. Incredible! All the familiar comfort foods from home along with the tasty twist of Filipino seasoning, care and love. Mountains were moved, cloud 9 goosebumps, toenails curled; can one recover from being deliciously devastated all in the first bite? I ordered: –The Ultimate Burger Steak: A large Salisbury steak on a bed of golden fries/rice, one crispy sunny, all drenched in a sweet-mushroom gravy. Very juicy, tender, and so good with that gravy. –Signature Jolly Spaghetti: A sweeten sauce filled with cuts of ham and hot dog sprinkled with cheese. If blind folded would taste between a cross of beanie weenies and spaghetti. Crack with noodles, that what it is. –Chicken Joy(Fried Chicken) — I felt was ok to good. It really tasted like Churches done right. What they offer: –Fried Chicken, spaghetti, breakfast(rice/eggs/corned hash/beef tenders/pork around 11am) and desserts(boba, pies & Halo Halo) Cost: –Inexpensive, but what does it matter? Love don’t cost a thing right? Location: Inside Seafood City Supermarket/Filipino catered. Really clean, bright/warm, has two bakeries and Grill City(BBQ/rice/dessert drinks) So if you’re looking for a good time, I mean a really good time. If you’ve been waiting for that one thing to set your soul on fire; that fresh taste to fan your flames. then ONLYJOLLIBEE draws the veil that will leave you TICKLEDPINK, ANDSENTSTRAIGHTTOHEAVEN.
