(Subway restaurants are all pretty much the same in taste, in my opinion, so this review is strictly about the service at this location) I went in 3 days ago and it took over 15 minutes for me to get my order! There was only one gentleman in front of me! The man that helped me, Joel, clearly was in no rush to get me in and out of the restaurant. He reluctantly started to serve me and he was more concerned about the soccer game on the television than about the customer. I had to repeat my order multiple times because he kept interrupting his other coworkers to cheer on the soccer game. Not only was he terrible at his job, another male coworker was sleeping on the table in the dining area on his break.(Management, if you don’t believe me, look at your security footage dated 6÷5÷16). This makes your franchise look so trashy. I will never give business to this location again!

First of all, the front of the store smells like shit. Which basically matches the customer service. Wow talk about unfriendly. I have always been meh about subway, but now I’m going to avoid them(especially this one) like the plague. There are too many great sandwich places out there to waste my time on this loser chain.

I’d usually stop at this Subway once a month for their tuna and concluded that my last visit would be my last visit indeed. Ordered a 6in tuna and the sandwich maker gave me 2 half scoops of tuna. They weren’t even in the shape of a ball like a full scoop would make them. So when I mentioned it to the 2nd sandwich maker adding the veggies and asked her for another scoop of tuna,(making it what it should be) she told me it would be an extra dollar. I told her it shouldn’t be an extra dollar because the first sandwich maker didn’t make it right to begin with. She just gave me a blank stare. Idiot. Instead of walking out(which I should have but I was hungry and irritable), I told her I’d pay and to give me the tuna. When she added the 2 scoops they were of normal size and I told her if she had made the sandwich in the first place, I wouldn’t have requested additional tuna. I get to the register and ask for the manager who conveniently wasn’t there. Smh. The girl at the register asked if there was a problem and I told her and was hit with another blank stare. Smh. Basic customer service, communication, and problem solving skills aren’t required of these ignorant kids who think they’re grown! And to add insult to irritation, she charged me $ 1.50 for the extra tuna and not the $ 1.00 the 2nd sandwich maker quoted. Unbelievable!

What a rude employee! Filthy dirty! Never going back… No greeting, not even a smile. Two other employees were in shop. One was on a break and the other, who appeared to be the supervisor or manager did not seem to react to girl/woman’s behavior. It would seem to be the norm… Too bad!

I’m with Patty M. on this one. Holy cow, this woman working there was the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with and will not be coming back. I used to work at a Subway back in the day and know it gets tough, which is why I am very polite. As she walked over I made eye contact, smiled and said hello. No response. Just grabs the paper for a sandwich, glares and says, «What.» I ask for a salad. She rolls her eyes, stomps into the back, comes back with a bowl and slams it on the counter. The little salad chopper thing almost flew out. The whole interaction was like this, so I won’t go into details. But, wow. Even on my bad days, I was never this rude or dismissive of a customer. As for the salad. It was ok, but the menu said something about new chicken strips, but I ended up with one of those chopped and formed patties. Which tastes chopped and formed. Meh. And the only real low cal dressing option was fat free Italian. The rest of the options would have made getting a salad a waste. Not sure if it’s just this store, but that’s gotta change.

This Subway does not participate with breakfast all day long. :( Lousy selection of chips.

Don’t get me wrong, it’s just a subway I know. But the biggest thing I always like and respond to is customer service. The people making the sandwiches were polite and speedy with my order.

Petty thief works at this subway name of Rosy — mexican girl thief. Rosy the petty thief pocked 8 quarters during the Holidays 2012. How low can you get to pocket change and make you at fault for not counting every quarter in front of the cashier. I gave her 16 quarters worth all in one hand swoop into the thief’s Rosy the clerk’s hand. Rosy the thief spreads the coins out on the cashier table saying only $ 2 worth of quarters were given only 8 quarters. Where did the other 8 quarter go – into the petty thief’s stolen piggy bank. The thief stole 8 quarters. I complained and reported to the manager of this subway, Louis. Sam is the owner and he was unavailable to report. Shame.

I’ve never been to a better subway. This location has fast and friendly service, fresh and delicious ingredients, and clean seating. Warning: parking can get pretty bad around lunchtime, so park farther away and walk here to avoid the hassle

Convenient location. Staff is friendly. Service is quick. Ingredients are fresh. Can’t go wrong during the specials/deals: any foot long sandwich for $ 5.

Love this new location. Plenty of parking, clean and new store and fast service. You don’t have to repeat everything six times and correct the sandwich maker. Tell them once and they got it! Will definitely drive the extra mile and a half to come here instead of the one right next to work that employs people with bad attitudes.
