Bree the cashier is very kind and has patience! A couple days ago I tried juice it up for the first time, yet today marks my second in a week. Tasteful drinks, I love them!

I’m giving this juice it up only 2 stars because they don’t even make chai tea smoothies anymore… This is the only drink I get at juice it up because honestly it’s the only good one, and now they don’t even carry it at this location? No wonder there are no more around, because they don’t cater to what the public wants. So sad too bad.

Great place to grab a smoothie when you want something sweet and refreshing that isn’t soda. They make their smoothies like every other place and its delicious. Staff is friendly and takes care of your order as soon as possible.

I love coming here! There is a lady that works in the mornings and I think she is there every morning but she is so awesome. She really interacts and hold a conversation and is so welcoming! She is the reason why I keep coming back! Love it there

Product and service are fine. The loud rap music in the morning was so loud I can’t even hear the cashier. You may need some morning music to keep the employees awake but please remember the customers too.

We are regulars, my wife and I come here often… usually on a Sunday afternoon. We always get a fabulous smoothie when we come here, but yesterday was anything but that. Don’t get me wrong the service was great and the employees were very helpful… but the quality of the smoothie was terrible, not just once but twice even after it was remade. It lacked everything it usually has, taste was weak and consistency was watered down. Initially we ordered a Pina Coolada… but it was horrible, staff checked the pineapple juice and they admitted it was a juice/dispenser problem. We chose the same drink but made with Passion Juice instead only to have an even worse drink. If anything the staff should of given us a voucher for a 2 freebies since the beverage was below way below par.

I’m always happy when I come here! The service is great and quick, and everything is always refreshing. I’ve never had bad service here! The employees are always fun and make sure everything is going well for me. This location is located in the small«food» section of the plaza near Target. It’s in the same plaza/strip as Subway, Daphne’s, Aloha BBQ, etc. It is a smaller store(only 2 seats!), and the rest is standing space, but most people just go in and out with their drink. I always get the Strawberries Wave because I’m super basic but I love the taste, but I’m also a fan of the Melon(Madness?). I love how they use a lot of fresh fruits and veggies to make your drink and not a ton of frozen fruits!

Just wanted to write a quick note for the employee that helped me this morning… blonde haired girl with a piercing… just a quick thank you. Even though she was really busy and on her own, she never gave attitude and kept working nonstop to make sure all of us got our drinks as fast as possible. As for the people that complain about it being understaffed, I suggest you come in when you are not running late!

Stopped by this juice it up location for drinks a couple of times before and was never satisfied. Drinks were not up to the standards of other juice it up stores considering flavor and consistency. Service is slow and the staff didn’t really know what they were doing. However, it’s the nearest location to my work office and it gets the job done to fix my smoothie cravings so I go every so often. I decided to visit again today because I found an old punch card that was filled. I wanted to redeem the card for my free drink but the staff informed be that bc they changed their system to the electronic rewards program, they can no longer accept punch cards. I wasn’t asking for them to punch the card after purchasing a drink. Regardless of the company switching the system, they should ALWAYS honor the old customer loyalty program even after it’s been discontinued. I asked to speak to a supervisor/manager but there was no one available at the location to help resolve this.

Let me be honest. I only came here because I found a gift card from 3 years ago. The girl working, or should I say only person working, Kristina I felt bad for her. I don’t know why she’s the only person working but there’s been a line nearly out the door the whole time. Whoever manages this place needs to step it up because this isn’t fair for Kristina. Do they really expect her to take orders AND make the juice? Especially during the holiday season ain’t nobody got time to wait for this.

The drinks are good most of the time, but not all the time. I’m only giving 2 stars because the service could be much better. Always under staffed and the crew never seems to know the menu or how to work the register

No more district employee discount, manager crackin down I suppose. Employees are nice but not nice enough to keep me coming back if they keep charging little fees here and there

The drinks come out pretty fast. The staff is generally pretty nice. It’s a great place to stop at whenever I’m in the plaza. I would recommend the strawberry one. It’s delicious every time! The selection is great, so there’s always something fitting for each member of the family.

I’ve been into juice hard core these days and I wasn’t close to a Mother’s(my preferred juice bar) so I popped into Juice It Up! I have to admit that I always thought this was a smoothie place like a Jamba Juice. I’m not a fan of smoothie bars because smoothies are the worst. Seriously, they’re not that«healthy» for you. I walked inside Juice It Up and ordered a custom drink with apple, pineapple, and cucumber aka the Facial Express. The juice was good, but it wasn’t a full 16 ounces. Not that I’m a penny pincher or anything but if I pay over $ 6 for a juice I expect to have a full juice. And let’s talk about paying over $ 6 for a juice. That needs to stop being a thing. Also, it would be helpful if they let you know you can custom make your own juice. The way the menu is set up it looks like you have to choose one of their blends. It would be cool if they listed all of the fruits and vegetables they have available so you can know what they have on hand to create your own deal. Yea, I clearly take juicing very seriously. Anyway, I was in the area so I stopped by.

—Rant— The staff here are UNBELIEVABLYSTUPID. I tried to order what I typically order from their MUCHBETTERCOMPETITOR, Jamba Juice; a fresh squeezed orange juice blended with ice and protein powder. They end up giving me a fresh squeezed orange juice with ice cubes. I asked them«What about the protein powder? Did you blend that in?» Get this response… ***Her: «Oh, we can’t put protein powder in the blender…”*** My brain stopped for a few seconds. What … The … F**K … Is she smoking crack? Me:“But I order this from Jamba Juice on a regular basis; they get a cup of fresh squeezed OJ, some crushed ice, two scoops of protein powder, then blend it up. It’s pretty simple. I do this at home from time to time as well.» Her: «Well I’m sorry but we just can’t put that into the blender». How utterly stupid is this person? Her IQ must be lower than that of a dead horse. When I motioned to another girl there, she looked at me with the same blank look and said«Um yeah we can’t make orange juice that way, sorry.» DON’T GOHERE. These people are STUPID… it’s like walking into the Twilight Zone and being in a universe where everyone except you is taking stupid pills!!! —Overall— Service: F– Food: B. It wasn’t what I wanted, but it tasted good~ Atmosphere: C, Nothing special, same as any other juice bar

After a hardcore Target trip(I mean come on… everything you need in one store!) I needed some refreshment so I walked around the corner to Juice It Up! I am admittedly more of a Jamba fan but Juice It Up is certainly not sub par. The guy working here was really nice especially with the major blonde moments I seemed to be having that day finding things on the menu. I always go with the Congo Lime when I do go. It’s a great blend of sweet and tart. All in all, a super juiced-up experience!

Same great taste just a different place. Oh, Busta Rhymes!!! I LOVEJUICE! And I love when things go up like my money. So I naturally would love Juice It Up which I do. Strawberry Wave. That is all. No point getting anything else here for me when I the best drink here is the strawberry wave. And no, I have not tried the other drinks here #scarredofchange #didntvoteforobama. Seriously though, what is in that strawberry wave… my guess, that blue meth they be cooking on Breaking Bad. Actually, they discovered a new formula so now its«Red Meth». Huh red meth, they should have method man and red man promote this new drink. Ok now I am rambling. Long story short, strawberry wave ftw. PS drugs are bad kids
