I love the service and the large pan pizza with mushrooms and olives. Mmmmmmmmmmmmm. Delivery took less than 30 min. Very prompt.

I don’t get it! It’s 9pm and I stay on hold for 15 min– a girl get on the phone and says please hold and hold for another 10 min! This is unacceptable– I guess Pizza Hut doesn’t need our service– I shall give mine to another pizza

Don’t do it. All the bad reviews on here are accurate.
I ordered online at 1:07pm, called the location around 2:15pm, wondering if my order was on the way. Lady said the driver was on the way and to give them 5 minutes. Pizza arrived 2:36pm.
Worst part was the pizza I waited an hour and a half for, wasn’t even freshly hot. It was close to being lukewarm. Took longer than it should have (I live nearby) and lied to me/​terrible customer service. Never ordering from this location ever again.

Forgot my chicken. Not the first time this Pizza Hut messed up my order. Nice gesture to offer me to redo the pizza at the cost of another 40 minutes, no thanks I’ll just have them «heat» up the chicken on the side and throw it on there. Taste was what I paid for nothing great but was craving a large pizza full of meat. Usually the wait is around 30 minutes or so. Luckily there were a couple ninjas outside fighting while waiting extra 20 minutes. Was going delusional from my hunger almost ate a piece of paper they provide.

Glitten free pizza crust taste like card board box. They were cheap on Cheese on and peperoni. It was very small and cost $ 14 w tax. Total overpriced. Try MOD PIZZA. Their pizza are lije gourmet, bigger, tastier, and cheaper for glutten free. Its next shopping mall over on same block.

My three stars go to the food, everything is always fresh and yummy! Do not order online for a later pick up time. Their system can’t handle it. Showed up and my order I had placed 5 hours prior was never recognized. The gal did everything she could but I ended up waiting for 15 minutes. Good food, though!

I just got my pizza delivered. What an [expensive] disappointment. I read all of the bad reviews but ordered anyway because the weather was too bad to go out and the reviews for Papa John’s were just as bad.
Anyway, I ordered a personal pan pizza and a medium online. My bill was $ 27.88. The guy arrived with 2 large pizzas for $ 38 and some cents. We would have sent them back but we were too hungry at that point. I’ve gone back online to look up the order I placed and «that page cannot be found.» Right after I placed the order, I was supposed to get an email confirmation. The problem could have been rectified right then, before the pizzas were made, but an email confirmation never came.
The pizza was very mediocre — definitely not worth the money.
I would strongly advise anyone NOT to order pizza from this place.

I would give then a zero star if i could. They messed up on a carry out order that noticed it after i got home. I called and this lady named Alma with absolutely no customer service skill was accusing me either being stupid or lying. Not only there was no apology, she kept asking are you sure about it and went on to say that there is no way they could make the mistake. Of course customer will be upset after being accused by the staff and she even hung up the call. Is this the type of service you want spending your money on? I called back again to get her name and told her i am going to contact corporate about her attitude and she hung up again before I finished talking. I am not going back there unless the store either fires Alma or provide an apology and promise retraining the staff. From reading other reviews, it appears that there are definitely some service issues here.

Don’t go here. Service is literally nonexistent. I ordered at pizza at the counter, was told it would take 20 min, and not once did they call me. 20min later, I check in with them and they find my pizza in the warmer… Completely incompetent and rude service.

I have only ever done carryout from this location but it is always a good experience. My order has always been correct and the people I interact with are friendly and helpful.

Very very reliable and consistent delivery from this location for the last 10 years. I still come back to Pizza Hut despite the recent boom in the number of pizzerias.

I don’t give many 1 star reviews. I usually save them for occasions where I encounter crap service like tonight. I came in and ordered 2 cheese personal pan pizzas for my kids. I was the only person in line at the time that I placed my order. It took over 25 minutes for me to get my order. I ended up having to ask them to check on my order (twice) and eventually he pulled it out of the warming oven. Which means somebody put it in there WHILE I WAS WAITING! He had no excuses or explanation other than «sorry about that». Thanks for nothing. Next time I’ll drive 5 minutes to get MOD pizza around the corner. Worst service ever and your pizza sucks too!

The staff at this location is an excellent example as to why it is impossible to pay fast food employees $ 15 an hour.
I ordered a take it pizza and when I came in and asked if my order was ready: (Hi, is order 96 ready?) the woman at the counter responded with «I don’t know.»

They came right on time and delivered a fresh pizza. I got the Veggie Liver pizza with stuffed crust. ITS THE BOMB, PEOPLE!

I ordered earlier today at 6:50 pm online.
I ordered a large ½ pepperoni and tomato and ½ cheese
I also ordered an 8 pc buffalo mild bone in wings
First, they said it would be ready by 7:04…We got there at 7:15 and still had to wait another 15 – 20 minutes since our order wasn’t ready
We finally got our order and went home.
The pizza was horrible!!! I have had way better frozen pizza than this garbage. I only ate one slice and threw it away!
The crust was flat and crispy (I ordered an original hand tossed) It was very «oily» and the pepperoni was super thin sliced and had no flavor!
The wings were even worst … wayyyy too much sauce and was way to sweet with little flavor to it, The chicken itself was skimpy and over cooked
This is the first time I ordered from this location prior to their move across the complex and I am not happy.
In the past, Pizza Hut was never great nor was it horrible,
BUT this was just plain old BAD!!!

Their job is to make pizza to order. I ordered a 2 topping pizza online and it was delivered with only 1 topping…
Anyways, I was too hungry to send it back.

I’m not a big pizza eater. 90% of the time I eat healthy. But for that 10% (once a month or so) I do get a hankering for it. Growing up as a kid, Pizza Hut was a family staple. With this one being under 4 miles away from me, it seemed like the obvious choice.
The two stars of this review is for the online ordering and delivery. 100% of the time, my orders were accurate and delivered on time (if not early) by friendly delivery staff who always offer cheese and peppers at the door. But then again, it’s pretty hard to screw up a simple two-​topping (mushroom and spinach) pizza. I’m a no frills, traditional kind of pizza guy and am not buying into all these new options like adding flavor to the crust or sauces on top of the pizza. The pizza always made it here hot and delicious, although sometimes I felt they skimped on the cheese, and sometimes the crust could have baked for a couple of minutes longer.
Unfortunately, that’s as good as this review gets. The bad is that this establishment has jacked up its prices, seemingly using these new «enhancements» as a justification to do so. Two months ago, I was paying about $ 13.50 (before tip) to have one large pizza delivered to my door. Now it’s $ 17+?! That’s a 26% price increase for the exact same product. And if I buy into the hype and order some of these enhancements, it’s now well over $ 20 for just one pizza. If I’m going to pay that for pizza, there are local nearby restaurants that will deliver far better quality (and quantity), or restaurants that I can order carryout from.
The draw of Pizza Hut, at least for me, was decent «fast food» pizza on a budget. With this absurd price hike and no change in product quality, I’m sorry to say that its red, white, and blue rival down the street – who has had essentially the same pricing for over a year, more topping selections, an online delivery tracker, and is open later every night – will now be receiving my business.

When it was at the previous location I had a much different opinion, it was much more efficient and welcoming. Now it takes forever, almost as if this location is too small to handle all the orders. It seems like they’re trying to be like the local Papa John’s in this area, which is not why people ordered from this Pizza Hut.
Originally it was a special place to go, we know the pizza isn’t the best around but the service and atmosphere made it work. Now it gives me the same vibe as going to the bank on a busy day, this location is much worse as well and as soon as I enter the front door I want to leave. Sure, the original location was remodeled and lost it’s charm with all the historical paintings along the walls, but at least it felt like a place to sit down and enjoy your meal.
Now it’s not only lost it’s charm but I’ve had so many orders take too long and most of the time they screwed up my orders. I’ve been overcharged on orders with mixed toppings where they basically charged me for another pizza. I’ve also made side orders like bread sticks where they didn’t bother including the marinara sauce.
It’s been too many times that I had to drive back to this location for things that I’m done with this place. I think the relocation was an early sign that business has taken a turn for the worse and is trying to cling on loyal customers who are now currently being screwed over by poor service. It was nice while it lasted but this is merely a shell of what was, and that’s not saying much since it was a Pizza Hut to begin with.

I ordered take-​out from here a few weeks ago. I used their online ordering and got a great deal. The wait time was 30 minutes, which is pretty standard for pizza. I got there to pick up the pizza and the guy working was pretty nice and gave me extra plates, napkins, parmesan cheese and chili. The pizza itself was alright… nothing special. I got the stuffed-​crust though, which is delicious! I also got free marinara and garlic sauce yayy! A lot of pizza places charge for extra sauce nowadays…
Too bad this location’s a bit far for me. I’ll probably get delivery next time.
