I came with some friends and found the store to be closed after the event from 4 – 7. One of the workers came to the door and said they would reopen at 8:30. We waited outside for about 15 minutes, and at that point it was a few minutes passed 8:30. The workers were messing around and taking photos and eating the yogurt while about 20 customers waited outside. It was very rude and unprofessional.

We are for sure Yogurtland fans in our family, but this location is, by far, the worst we’ve ever been to and only go there because of its proximity to work. Least options of flavors of any other location, staff is unfriendly and unhelpful — I don’t think I’ve ever encountered one there who is pleasant.

This Yogurtland is small with no seating inside. The flavor selection is minimal but they always have your standards: Plain tart(my favorite), fresh strawberry, chocolate, etc. Many of the times that I’ve been here the frozen yogurt was been very slushy. I appreciate the topping bar! There are lots of toppings to choose from! Location: UTC next to Cha for Tea

I enjoy going to my Yogurtland back at home in Milpitas every now and then when I have a frozen yogurt cravings, but I never have that here anymore when I’m back in Irvine. There’s no seating area, although UTC has tables outside. The inside of this Yogurtland is quite small. In fact, there’s less flavors than the one I go to back at home. They have the regular flavors, and I guess that’s enough. but sometimes I want to be adventurous, you know? Haha, kidding. Toppings are decent. some don’t look as good as they should be. Usually 1 – 2 employees working on the counter, and it doesn’t seem fun working so props to you folks for doing your job and making the customers relatively content. I don’t know. The atmosphere, vibe, and environment of a restaurant makes the food tastes so much more different, and in this case, it’s not as good as I expect it to be. It’s average, though. It’s not bad!

This particular Yogurtland is inside the University Town Center. There are five frozen yogurt dispensers here for a total of 10 different flavors, not including mixed. They have a coupon for buy one get one free on the Irvine Company website, as opposed to the buy one get one 50% off, compared to other branches(like the one at the Marketplace) and other local froyo places. However, the drawback of this location is that there aren’t as many flavors as other branches. There are 8 dispensers at the Marketplace branch for a total of 16 flavors. During this visit, they were nice and conducted our transaction appropriately. But she felt the 10 flavors were not enough variety. I concur with that opinion.

This particular location has a kind of weird mix of flavors, so it can be hit or miss whether anything appeals to me.

This one is in the middle of UTC. I like this yogurtland but the selection is very limited in comparison to other Yogurtlands that I’ve been to. The flavors don’t seem to vary too much, and the design of the store is pretty awkward. There’s a large empty space in the middle and a guiding bar for the line. I like the selection of toppings because they have a lot of fruit and nuts. They have happy hour now too, so be on the lookout for that. I believe Mondays is BOGO.

Really craving frozen yogurt, despite having indulged in gourmet gelato, extraordinary cakes, and other fancy desserts. Sometimes you got to have what your stomach is telling you — even if it’s froyo over gelato. Delicious! Just wish they didn’t run out of my favorite topping: whipped cream.

I’m not one to write complaints, but i feel it must be done. I love everything about yogurtland, except this location. Every time I’ve gone in there’s something wrong, a topping missing, employees that look like they don’t want to be there and aren’t the friendliest people to be around. I go to this location because it’s convenient to where I live. Last weekend was the last straw for me. I took my gf there with her 4 year old son because he asked for it. We go in, get our yogurts all prepped and throw them on the scale. Right when I go to hand the employee behind the counter my card he tells me that their card machine isn’t working. No signs, no warning when we walked in. There was a line behind us waiting and I was extremely embarrassed. Without so much of an apology we had to walk out without our yogurts. So I wrote corporate and complained about it. It has been a week and still no response. I love yogurtland so I hope they straighten this location out quick.

It’s gone up a bit in price but being able to choose what you want to isn’t bad. One thing I like most about yogurt land is the choices for mixing and matching and options. There are tons of copy cats but yogurt land is where it’s at. Whether you like chocolate, sweet, tart, cookie flavors, etc., they have tons of options as far as flavors. Toppings range from cereal and cookie bits, to fruit chunks, giving you a little bit of a «healthy option». Usually on a day that I’m feeling like I need some flavor in my life, I will get coffee or cookies and cream, and pack it with cookie dough, Mochi, Oreo cookie crumbs, stuff like that. Other days if I’m feeling like I want to avoid diseases and an early death, I go healthier and get a little bit of mango yogurt and dab it with fruit. Cheaper and healthier. But please yogurt land, lower your prices by 10 to 5 cents. And please bring back red velvet. Delicious flavor. That is all, stay awesome!

Can be a bit crowded. At all times. But, I love it. They always have the flavors I like AND they crush up their Oreos.(The Yogurtlands that serve full Oreo cookies. NOT a fan).

I love yogurtland! This location has less flavors though because it’s smaller! But the flavors keep changing which makes me want to come back every couple of weeks and they always manage to make even the weirdest flavors appetizing! I love the choice of toppings but wish they would have blueberries again!(They haven’t had them the past few times I’ve been). Overall, my favorite froyo go to place. Ps. Sign up for the rewards card. It’s WORTHIT.

During peak hours, the main flavors tend to run out, but it’s in a real good location right next to UCI. I guess the staff is pretty helpful, but it’s a typical yogurt land franchise. They sell frozen yogurt and condiments(candy, fruits, etc) based on weight.

Love yogurt land and every location has top notch service and flavors but I must give this location a low score until they fix the problem of it always smelling like dog poop inside. Not sure if their toilet or sewage or what is wrong but I’ve even asked friends to make sure it’s not just me having B. O & they say the same thing. Really kills my appetite please resolve!

Very small and cramped store but in a good location. Considering that the variety is very important to me it’s really only the location why I went to this store. No problem with staff, food quality, price or anything else. So my suggestion is that if you are looking for a store in the area, try another. If you happen to be parking on campus or for something else in the area and don’t mind the lack of selection and cramped quarters there are no other major issues. — Small selection — Small and cramped store — One of the machines was broken, making the selection even smaller.

I love this place. I’m sad to see the local branch down the street closed. I love their salted caramel pecan. They have amazing strawberry sorbets and you can’t go wrong with the plain tart. My special ingredient is always gummy bears! You have to add gummy bears, as long as they aren’t 3 pounds like a Christmas gift from a few years ago.

Conveniently located in the hub-bub UTC plaza, this Yogurtland is subpar to the other locations that I’ve visited. I love it’s location because there are so many other restaurants and shops located in the plaza that you have the option to take a few steps and grab some yogurt after dinner or on a hot summer’s day. But other than that, this Yogurtland is A-OK. It’s much smaller, and I mean much, much smaller than the other locations that I frequent. You can tell once a crowd starts to come in and people wander up and down the yogurt machines to try different flavors. The counter that divides the«lounging» area from the«yogurt line» really cramps up space because you’re elbowing the person right next to you, granted if it’s busy. This location lacks in flavor options but they do have the classics such as plain tart, taro, and cookies and cream. They have seasonal flavors that are switched out ever so often but other than that, you have a solid 8 flavors to choose from. Their toppings are pretty much like every other Yogurtland. CHEESECAKEBITES!!! The fruit isn’t the freshest but I’ve never been to a yogurt shop where the fruit ever was — it’s usually bruised and tart. A lot goes a long way when it comes to yogurt! Beware! The workers here are nice though. There isn’t seating indoors but that’s not something to complain about because there are literally tables with plenty of seating all around UTC. It’s also open late so that’s a plus for anyone who’s craving for some yogurt at night.

Whenever we visit UCI, we stop at Yogurtland. This Yogurtland is pretty small, and customers begin to bust out of the doors at peak times. Not to worry though, the line goes pretty quick. They also have interesting flavors at times, along with traditional ones. Each time we have visited, the service has been friendly and professional. We also like the fact that the topping stations are plentiful and organized.

This yogurtland is really sticky and the toppings bar is pretty dirty when I usually go in here. The yogurt is really good though. :) However, I believe that this store is way too small and needs to be a little bigger. When there are a lot of people here, it gets really long and gets really cramped in there. And sometimes, the fruit here is… questionable, so I usually pass. At least its 35 cents an ounce! I still go to this to satisfy my froyo cravings, and since it’s so close to UCI, it’s easy to come over here.
