In-N-Out is pretty good. I had it in Cali & don’t agree with this Unilocal hype of it tasting better there. I think it’s similar in taste to Cali But, my order isn’t what most people get… I get my cheeseburger with no special sauce, ketchup & mustard instead, pickles, mustard fried patty & light onions. Sometimes I’ll make it protein style(no bun, lettuce wrapped) I’m not a sucker for the special In-N-Out sauce. I think animal style makes it too messy & I hate messy food. I don’t enjoy it. The burgers are good ! Not cooked well so if you’re one of those weird ones, make sure to say well done or deal with slight pink. Fries taste odd to people because they’re actually kind of fresh ! I think they’re great with pepper & ketchup. But they don’t beat over processed McDonald’s fries LOL Staff is also very nice! So definite plus. P.S their pink lemonade is pretty good especially with cut lemons

I don’t think it’s the location as much as it is the brand. I guess I bought the hype that it would have been better than it was. The patties are small, fairly greasy and tasteless. I’m all about a good greasy burger but this one was missing the good. You definitely go in there for a burger and fries, mostly because they don’t offer anything else. The fries were nothing spectacular. The atmosphere is diner kitsch. The staff was friendly but not helpful for someone who had never been in before. I would eat there again but wouldn’t go out of my way to find an In-N-Out Burger. Whataburger is better and has more variety and larger sandwiches.

Normally, I would stamp In-N-Out with a well deserved five stars, however locations in Texas are a far cry from Arizona and especially the home state of California. In-N-Out is a magical place with a secret menu, natural ingredients, yummy shakes and the best fast food service and standards you will ever experience. The latter is present but the tastes are a bit off, yet. I long to return to my former home in LA and taste what I have been missing.

I’m not sure what the craze is all about. The burgers are edible but that’s about all I can say. To make the burger descent you have to add jizz sauce to it? I’ll pass, I like a burger that is simple and doesn’t have a bunch of dependencies to be great. I love all things Cali but they can have this back. I’ve had it in Cali as well and I was really missing Whatabuger is all I’m saying :(

Great. As usual. Consistency every time I have their food. Double Double with extra cheese and grilled whole onions. Wish we had this in Houston.

I just have to give In-N-Out 5 stars. I love it. Everything they make is just YUM. This location in particular is fabulous! The employees are all very young, but their customer service is where it’s at. The manager obviously trains their staff well. I wish we had one in OKC… but, the first thing I do every time I go to Dallas is stop and get a Double-Double with grilled onions and cheese, & well done fries! I will say, I think the burgers are a little better out West… but I’m so happy that I can get my In-N-Out fix without flying to Cali.

Pretty good. I enjoyed my experience. It was almost identical to the one in Hollywood, from the food to the layout of the restaurant. Animal-style is the best! I highly recommend this Location!

My husband loves In & Out. He eats there 3 or 4 times a week. Fast, easy and consistent. Most of the time he brings the burger and shake home and on occasions he brings French fries. The fries are not very good cold. He says the burger is just the right size.

I do not eat fast food too often these days, but every now and then I get a craving for one of these burgers. PS — I swear these tastes better in CA. But anyway… I work right by so have gone for lunch and after work. Sometimes the line takes a little bit, but not bad. The kids working here are always so sweet. They repeat your order at the drive through, at the window when you pay and again when they hand you your food. I like the option of eating in your car. They’ll put your burger in a box and give you a place mat thingy to put in your lap. Good fast food that doesn’t leave you feeling ooky after eating.

In — N –out will always serve the greatest burger the only complaint I have is with the fries at times not being cook enough. Need extra crispy…

This won’t exactly be my best written review, but I thought I’d write one up for my first ever In-N-Out! So what’s the big deal? For a fast food burger, it’s presented cleanly and tastes fresh. If you’re from the East Coast like I am, then think ‘a fast food version of Shake Shack that is agreeable in not only quality but also price’. The fries themselves are nothing special, but you gotta get them with the In-N-Out sauce(ketchupy mayo) & caramelized onions. You can go with the ever-popular ‘Animal Style’(the aforementioned concoction with cheese), but the cheese makes it kinda weird imo. ‘Animal Style’ is an option for the burger as well(which is awesome). This location is run really well. The workers are friendly, and everyone is committed to making it a clean and welcoming environment. hashtag first in-n-out. hashtag 50th review.

In-N-Out is consistently good across the country. This location is no different. I greatly prefer this to California locations because there is never any battle for seating. Great clean location with delicious food.

After falling in love with In N Out this past summer in CA, my husband and I were excited to grab a bite while passing through Dallas on our way to Houston! We’re both still learning exactly how we should order our burger and fries. But we certainly enjoyed everything we ate! I got a protein wrap cheeseburger with grilled onions, raw onion and their sauce. The only thing I’d do different next time is skip the raw onion. We also ordered animal fries to share. Next time I would just stick with fries and In N Out sauce because I’m not crazy about them with cheese. I also tried a bit of my hubby’s Neapolitan shake. I can’t say I tasted much of difference between the«flavors» and it was a bit too sweet for my tastes. But that doesn’t matter, because I’ll be coming back for that burger!

After years of listening to peoples undying love for In-N-Out I was excited to see one near my hotel. I hate to be «That Guy», but I was let down by my double double. It was tasty, it was well presented but I didn’t experience this«over the top» love for my burger. I liked the cheese fries better than my burger. The place was clean, the staff was friendly but somehow I didn’t experience what others had experienced. Maybe next trip.

For greasy fast food this place is great! They are open late and the food is delicious! I get the burger animal style and fries and that is a huge meal. Definitely try this place at least one!

Yeah… no. It took literally 30 minutes to go through the drive thru. Yes, literally. and the line was not long at all. The food was okay, but not half my lunch break okay.

I’ve had In N Out several times but never care to leave a review because its super mediocre. There was a big hype when they came to DFW but I didn’t think they live up to the hype the first time. It’s still better than McDonalds and I do eat it when I’m hungry and in a hurry but want something not so bad for you. I think In N Out is healthier than McDonalds. Its conveniently located on my way to school so I can grab a bite to eat from work and head on to class at night. I don’t like the animal style. I just get a plain cheese burger with fries and a chocolate shake.

As a frequent and repeat customer, I am unsure I will be returning. My family ordered 5 burgers and fries through the drive thru tonight and to say we were horridly disappointed is a gigantic understatement. I am generally a very patient person and understand mistakes happen, but tonight’s service and product were a major screwup! 1. I plainly ordered our burgers and fries in a very clear manner, saving my order for the end as I’m gluten intolerant and order it «protein style» with some accomodations. I ordered everything well done as usual. When the order taker repeated it, I had to remind him it was protein style due to an allergy to which he apologized. Everything was still fine. 2. We drove to the window and I asked him if they were well done to which he acted like it was the first time he heard that. He double checked and said they were. 3. After waiting for at least 7 minutes(no biggy), he gave us one box with our burgers. I asked him if my GF burger was in there; he said yes. I told him it shouldn’t be touching bread. He asked if I wanted it redone. Umm… by this time there was a line and we had been there 10 minutes and I was irritated. I told him no, just get me a bag. 4. Prior to leaving as a heads up I advised they pay special attention to gluten allergies and separate the product. He told me he knows but he just didn’t hear me say that. Well, if there is an In and Out manager reading this, you need to rethink who you place at the order counter because there was no excuse for him not to know as I had to correct him upon the initial order. If this franchise were in California, this would be a lawsuit waiting to happen! 5. We left and thought, «well at least we can enjoy fresh fries, hot out of the oil». WRONG… they were hot and soaked with grease, floppy and burned. 6. I ate around the top part that touched the bread but my stomach still hurts. Oh… and the icing on the cake? Part of our burgers were pink and not well done. What a waste of time, money, and a drive… I am so upset. This needs to be rectified. Never have I had an order go so wrong. This was THEWORST. Grapevine represents much better… this was awful.

You either love IN-N-Out or hate it. I love it. If you don’t, it’s a deal breaker. The burgers and fries are made fresh with fresh ingredients. The chocolate shake is creamy malty goodness. Bar none best chocolate shake I’ve ever put in my mouth. Animal style is the way to go with your burger. Get rowdy with it and get it animal style on the fries too. You might die of a heart attack, but you’ll go happy. Buns are toasted, fries are salted to perfection. Not greasy and satisfyingly still taste like what was once a potato. The special sauce is delightfully tangy. It lives up to the hype.
