Jimmy John’s

I used to love this location until today. It took almost an hour to be delivered but aren’t they known for being «freaky fast»?! They left me on hold for almost 10 minutes and then they messed up our order. Save yourself the trouble and go to Jersey Mikes.

The only reason why I order from here is when I am unable to leave the office. However I placed my order an hour ago and still have no plain Jane sandwich… I can literally get pizza faster than Jimmy John’s… And they claim to be super fast. I could walk to this location order my food and bring it back in the time they deliver… I work 2 minutes away.

The bread is usually fresh during lunch hours, but not so much during the evening. Fresh bread should not make a crunch sound when chomping down.
I’ll have it delivered during lunch, but I stopped dining in because the music is so freaking loud you can’t have a conversation. I can’t enjoy my meal with the Pet Shop Boys blasting at 110 dB.

Always fresh and delivered fast! I love the Club Lulu! I probably order from this place a least once a week. The drivers are always kind and my order has never been wrong. When I don’t feel like going out for food, this is my go to. I usually can get my order within 15 minutes of ordering. Love it!

Stop playing around an pay attention to your customers when they come in… I stood at the register for 3 minutes (no other customers in line) and no one said anything to me! As I was leaving the restaurant, an employee then says, «Thank you for coming by.» Seriously, I get a «goodbye» but no «hello». I guess the made all the money they wanted to today.
So, I went to Jersey Mike’s instead. Much better service!

Horrible service. Messed up my unwich ultimate porker and my boyfriends #16 that was basic turkey club. No salt pepper or oregano on our sandwiches and the amount of oil used on my unwich was ridiculous. Called store and spoke with the manager, Javier who apologized and credited my account the $ 16.80 I spent. Don’t know if I’ll give them another shot or not but geez Louise come on guys you’re building sandwiches not rocket ships.

I dont see the problem. The area is small. Finding parking during lunch was hard. I went in and almost ALL staff was on deck! Also they had over literally 20 sandwiches being delivered and all the drivers were ready! They moved to speed and got my order RIGHT even through the craziness. It was LUNCH hour literally. But they did good!

Freaky fast… what a freakin’ joke! Waited in the drive-​thru 20 minutes only to get my order and it’s wrong. Had to wait another 5 minutes. I’ll never be back!!!

Just called to place an order and the manger was real rude and the first guy I talked to was asking if my name was Stephanie!!! This place need a serious customer service check horrible place

I work at a school as a teacher and when the delivery man showed up to the front desk I could not leave my classroom and asked the front office to hold my order for me. Well I honestly did forget to tip him on this occasion which I never have forgotten but was a crazy day. The delivery man was very upset while walking out the door yelling about how terrible the school is. The front office lady was shocked to see how he behaved and let me know what he did. Talking to others from the school who have ordered and same delivery man makes sure to ask them for a tip usually. Yes we are supposed to tip but he is very unprofessional and is not suppose to ask for tips really. It’s kinda like a bellhop at a hotel with his hand opened but extremely rude. I would like to see him get properly trained because If it happens again I will not be ordering from this location and will definitely make sure the whole school knows to order elsewhere.

So I guess I should have learned my lesson after ordering delivery here now for the 4^th time… My office is less than one mile from this location and it has never taken them less than an hour to deliver each of my orders… I have had to call all 4 times to see where my order is and they just say «YA sorry about that.» Freaky fast? More like freaky slow.

The sandwiches are always great, although the problem is what the company prides themselves on: speedy delivery. The last four times I’ve ordered, it has taken 45 minutes to over an hour to get my food. My co-​workers don’t seem to have the same problem, so I’m unsure why my orders become an issue. Whenever I call to get the status of the delivery (usually 30 minutes in), they brush it off and say it’s on the way. I don’t like leaving the office to get my lunch, but it has always been quicker. Delivery needs improvement or I’ll no longer order from here.

We just threw down on our favorite sandwich delivery for dinner. This Jimmy John’s location never disappoints in quality, service, or speed. Within 15 minutes of ordering online we had our custom sandwiches at the door. The price does seem a little high paying $ 20 for 2 sandwiches and 2 bags of chips, but because of the convenience and quality it is worth it!

Fast sandwich shop. Decently priced. I always order the veggie #6, no mayo, extra cucumbers. Nothing fancy…

Rude
Visited the store today and the drive thru staff was rude and condescending. This store has lost my business.

Freaky Fast & Freaky Rude.
Quick through the Drive Thru. The girl was nice however the guy that made my sandwich damn near pitched my sandwich thru the window into my lap. It was so awkward that the girl apologized for him. :-/​
At least the sandwich was made right. Just a basic sammie. No bells or whistles really. About what you’d expect from fast.

Whether you support or despise the corporate Jimmy John’s owner for some of his not-​so-​amazing life choices, I am only writing this review based solely on the location and the food of Jimmy John’s.
Since college, I have been a fan of Jimmy John’s sandwiches. A great alternative to Subway, Jimmy John’s has a overall kitchy theme going on at every one of his restaurants. Typically, you order your sandwich in advance, and pay for it — and then it gets made.
I love the #12 Beach Club on Wheat. The Wheat bread is a thick, and is piled high with turkey, avocado, cucumber, provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato, and mayo. I always add mustard (they only have dijon), and it’s my favorite to get at JJs. I also love their tuna salad, so even the Slim #3 (just the tuna salad on their white bread) is great. Salt & Vinegar Chips are a nice addition, too. They carry all their own brands of chips, cookies, and even serve up a full dill pickle.
Most JJs are modern, appear very clean, and friendly younger staff. They generally center around college campuses, but they appear to be expanding as to my knowledge there is no campus nearby this JJs. While the sandwich maker staff at this location were great, the cashiers were a little unfocused, and appeared to have the «whatever, dude» attitude. Hopefully that was just one experience and not the norm.
This location, just off the highway, is a great stopover to and from DFW airport if you live in North Dallas, and — yes, it even has a drive-​thru! JJs does boast «sandwiches so fast you’ll freak» after all.

I love that what they do is sandwiches, so they do it well. They’re not trying to confuse their business by offering a variety of options that can sometimes mean everything loses quality (especially during the lunch rush!). Their simple sandwiches are tasty and consistent from visit to visit and even when the line inside or outside is CRAZY long, you will be surprised at how freaky fast it moves.
There is some seating inside, but it’s not abundant so most people either take-​away or drive-​thru.

great sandwiches… i love the wheat bread but it’s just so dayum thick lol
i always get the same thing… turkey tom… i ventured out 1 time & i hated the tuna fish… ugh who puts onions in tuna… blah
i love the pickles here

Am a huge fan of the Turkey Tom sandwich, my only complaint is that they do not have wheat subs, only white bread for the sub sandwiches.
The place is always clean, the staff very friendly, and prices are great.
Great place to go for a sub sandwich, fast!
