2 stars for the speed of service and friendly staff but two stars off for too much bread, not able to get it toasted, and lack of flat-bread/wrap options. Ok if you wanna grab somethin’ fast during your lunch-break but I never eat here when I wanna eat on my own time.

The food is like what you would taste from most Jimmy John’s. My reasoning for this review is the poor delivery service here. There has been multiple times where my order takes half an hour or longer, when my office is down the street. I have had orders be delivered with missing items that I have been charged for, so I have to call back to have them re-delivered to me. This is one of the few places that offers delivery services when I have a busy day, but I always seem to regret delivering from this location once it’s too late.

This Jimmy Johns is not good. Every time I order extra meat on my sandwich I have to say«I would like to reemphasize the extra meat request because every time I request it, you never add extra meat.» Yet they don’t have a problem charging you for it either. This JImmy John’s is not speedy fast as they are known for. By far the worst one I’ve been too. This is in Las Colinas, you should have the best service since this is a nice area.

So timely with orders and the ingredients have all been fresh and just as ordered. Best sub shop for the speed, convenience and price.

It’s striking how fast they are. I can’t even sit down before my order is ready. Seem like they take pride in it as well. Great service. They also open early(I think 8AM) so I’m not sure the hours listed are correct. Great place to pick up lunch before heading to work.

This Jimmy John’s location is near the place that I work in the LC, so I come by here often. The place is pretty efficient and pretty clean if you need to eat inside. In case you’ve never been, JJ’s is a nice upgrade compared to places like Subway when you want to grab a sandwich. They have your normal variety of sandwiches, but with a little added kick to them. You have your option of a regular french loaf or their wheat bread. Both are good choices at this location, I’ve never had a problem with stale, hard bread here. You also have a few additions that you can add-on that don’t necessarily come with your food. They have peppers that are great and add a little spice to your meal! You can also ask for pickles too! I work with televison crews out in the field a lot, and it’s the perfect option to order their lunch boxes for the crew. Sandwich, chips, cookie, and a pickle come in a handy box! A perfect solution for a group of hungry people working outside! Good service, good prices, and a good sandwich… what more do you want???

I’ve eaten at this JJ on few occasions and they have pretty decent subs. Got a veggie sandwich to-go this time, the guy made it in less than 60 secs and handed me the sub just like that: no paper or plastic bag for a to-go order, strange! Anyway, for a veggie sub, it was pretty heavy, I guess the compounding effect of mayo and a little too many cheese slices. Also, the website says and shows layers of provolone cheese separated by avocado spread in #6 Vegetarian. Damn you Jimmy, where is my avocado spread? Worst part is they shield you from customization like in Subway. Good thing is it is inexpensive and they do have delivery when needed and their sub bigger than Subway.

Horrible service. Took almost an hour and a half and I’m less than two miles away. Woman on the phone was completely incompetent and rude. When I asked about my order her answer was«I just got here so I haven’t even checked the thing, can you wait a minute while I check it?» And then hung up. When the delivery driver finally showed up he practically threw the food at me and didn’t even speak until his back was to me and walking away. The food is a 5 at best and service is a 0. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Never will I order from Jimmy Johns again. Shaun, the general manager is a complete xxxx. He messed up our sandwiches and refuses to fix it. The only thing he got right was the cookies and chips. I was ordering food for our ICU unit and we were extremely dissappointed when we got all the wrong sandwiches. Shaun was very unreasonable and told us if we wanted our lunches fixed, we would have to reorder our meal and pay for it again… Talk about the worst customer service. And I was very kind, not used to rude people. Jimmy Johns should rethink about hiring crappy people like Shaun. People do make mistake but should offer to fix it since our hard earned money was involved. They did take our money though. The icu nurses and staff are very dissappointed.

If you want a simple sub, this is the place. It’s fairly healthy as they only offer one type of cheese so just go without! The BEST reason to go: Hellman’s Mayo! If you love some mayo, get extra mayo at NO charge! They don’t have«meals» so the sandwich alone is a measly $ 4−5…not a bad deal if you want a quick simple sub! But if you add chips + drink it’s gonna run you about $ 8.15…a bit much for a simple sub but again, for a fresh sandwich with mayo — this is your spot!

The food was good as always at Jimmy John’s, but I’m disappointed by the apathetic attitude of the 3 evening shift employees towards the cleanliness of the place. I got a cup of water w/my sub & filled it up at the water station. After a few sips, I noticed a bunch of black specs floating around in it. I tossed it, rinsed out the cup & got more. Same problem, so I mentioned it to the employees. Employee #1: Oh, yeah, someone else mentioned that earlier.(In my head: umm, so why was it not a problem back then?) Employee #2(manager?): Yeah, we just had our water lines fixed earlier today. Why don’t you just try running the water for a while?(In my head: because I came here to eat, not fix your water problem.) As I was leaving, Employee #3 was filling the machine with ice for the end of the night, so I mentioned to him that he may want to make sure the ice doesn’t have black specks in it, too. Employee #3: No, it’s just the water. Me: Well, that’s what ice is made out of. It was about 45 minutes til closing time, but no one was in the restaurant & no one seemed to want to fix this problem. Hey, any response showing they actually cared — offer me bottled water, take a look at what I was telling them, run the water themselves, put a sign up saying«water’s broken», call someone… I don’t know, just maybe anything other than«hope the next guy doesn’t notice cause I’m tired of hearing about the bad water.» This night shift crew is poorly managed. I’ll be finding a new place for my default after 9pm meal.

I’ll give it three stars for the food — the gargantuan sandwich was good. And zero stars for the service. It was the only place I can never remember where I could not get the sauce on the side. The cashier even asked the manager, who said we don’t do that. When I said it was weird, he replied«hey, I don’t make the rules». That sounded even weirder. So it’s a rule that I can’t get the sauce on the side? Looks like they have a lot of rules. They decorate their walls with their rules in fact. Anyway, I think the only reason they had anybody in there is because five guys and bread Zepplin we’re pretty full at that time. Whatever the reason, it surely wasn’t because of the customer service. In all fairness, the folks that work the evening shift are great.

Typical jimmy johns. Good service, good ingredients, and fast food. Got the beach bum. The bread seemed larger than what I’m used to which was a huge plus. They also don’t put sprouts on everything. Again, not what I’m used to but exactly how I like it. They also have hilarious signs in the bathroom.

Worst service today. Not up to par at all! Now that school is back in, this is where we normally order our subs from because they not only deliver, but the subs here are all amazing. Today we ordered 3 subs from this location.(we always order here at least once a week) And I must say I got the poorest looking sub in the world. With only ONE piece of meat on all the subs and barely any veggies. –This is not the norm at all. They are always done to the«T». Today it was like who ever made these subs was half asleep. We called up there just to say«HEY» we order from yall all the time, and today there seems to be a slight difference in the way our subs where made. With barely and veggies and spread the person over the phone became extremely defensive. Why I dont know. Its not like we asked for anything for free or for them to redeliver. We just wanted to say that the quality was not like it normally is. Well manager did not really seem interested… this mad me kind of sad… Oh well I guess today I will just charge it to the game. I will still order from Jimmy John’s and I hope this does not happen again. I do love Jimmy John’s and hopefully today was just an off day.

Not quite sure why people are not rating this one better. I have had great service and amazing food every time. I work near to this location and when I order online, I always receive the order within 15 minutes. It is made to order, the ingredients are fresh and the order is always correct. The«Italian Night Club» is the way to go!

I’ve had sandwiches delievered from JJ’s a couple of times. They’ve obviously got some stellar marketing stuff going on over there… I see one of their employees hanging out in our lobby almost every day. Once or twice they even dropped off a box of free sandwiches. I guess it worked. I’ve had the beach sub, the veggie, and the Italian(vito I think). Not one was bad, at all. Really. They’re pretty good. But it’s a sandwich. The biggest perk is they take like 20 – 30 minutes to deliver. There was a $ 0.77 delivery charge last time I ordered. The delivery boy/man made sure to tell me that it didn’t go to him and he didn’t get reimbursed for gas money either. Way to play a sad violin over my lunch break, dude. Oh, he also mentioned how much he didn’t get tipped on a regular basis. Sob story = a dollar extra on your tip. It’s mostly to keep myself from feeling bad… And that shouldn’t be part of the transaction when you order lunch. Just saying. I appreciate an employee being candid with me. We could probably share a beer and revel in our craptastic job stories. Just not on the clock, please. Besides the sad panda that delivered my food, my experience with Jimmy John’s has been good. I’ll order again for sure. 20 minute sandwich handed to me in my office? Deal!
