I have been here multiple times and I am addicted to the beef rib-eye plate with brown rice and potatoes. Seriously, it is the best kebab plate I’ve had in the Dallas metro area. The seasonings really make the dish as I feel like my mouth is overloaded with multiple amazing flavors with every bite. If you like bold and savory flavors, you will not be disappointed.

Where do I even start?!! The place is a gem! First of all, service is fantastic/really kind people. They accidentally forgot one of our orders & gave us double. The portions are huge-my husband and I can share one plate! Everything is truly authentic & home made! We get tastes here we haven’t had in dallas. Really makes me want to eat more veggies! Yum. :)

I am a regular customer here and LOVE the food. Their eggplant is incredible! However, the employees here suck. Specifically the younger female. I called in to place an order for a veggie plate, arrived and she insisted I had ordered a cheese plate. No big deal. Misheard me on the phone. So I clarified nicely and requested the veggie plate to be made instead. The employee then spent about 10 mins arguing with me that I ordered cheese plate and it was already made. She insisted that I had to buy it. I asked her if she could just make me the veggie plate since I was already there and it was clearly a misunderstanding. Nope! She just kept showing me attitude and kept insisting that I said cheese.(Frequently pointing to the cheese she made and asking if I’m gonna buy it). Finally another employee let me have my veggie plate and leave in peace. Customer service at its worst. Seriously mistakes happen and that’s fine, no need for attitude especially to a loyal customer! Another employee proceeded to defend her by saying they were like that because they aren’t the manager there. Um what? Surely the manager wouldn’t want to see an unhappy customer! I will continue to eat here because I do love the food and I understand that misunderstandings happen. But I do wish the employees were trained on proper customer service.

Omg I went here for the first time and was so shocked at how amazing it tasted! It’s def a little hole in the wall, located right next to a gas station. Doesn’t look like much but this place PACKS on the flavor. I got the beef kabob w brown rice and potatoes. I was going to take a pic but couldn’t stop myself from eating it all LOL. The rice isn’t dry like most places bc they bake it. It’s super fluffy and all the flavors blend together so well. The rib eye was tender and not chewy at all, the potatoes just topped it all off gah I’m drooling just writing this review. Will definitely be back.

I am from the Austin area and I just ate there for the second time. This time I brought family. The owner is extremely personable and the food is incredible. You cannot go wrong with the place.

I don’t know why, but I was skeptical to try this place despite all the good reviews. I wanted a gyro and found this place on Unilocal and it is one of the best gyros I’ve ever had(if not the best). The sauce and meat are so delicious! It’s not your traditional sliced meat but man it is still so good. I will say it’s a bit on the heavy side, so be prepared for a heavy meal. I also got a side of dulma(6 for 3 bucks) and they were really good too! Definitely will be coming back.

This is one of the best restaurants in Irving. The food is flavorful you can have it mild to spicy. The service is great one of the most friendliest owners and Co owners I have met. The price beats the portion of food you get not ever once lacking in flavor. I have never once been dissatisfied with the product. The combinations you can create are bountiful, there’s never a issue about being bored with menu.

Seriously what the hell! Food is so overpriced. asked for kebabs only and they gave 4 peices beef and 4 pieces chicken. would have given it a minus review if had option. lol

Wow and I do mean wow! You know that way you feel when you get a good meal and are so satisfied you feel guilty? The type of guilt you feel and think I can’t tell anyone about this. I mean thinking about how opulent you felt eating with a mischievous grin. I traveled in the rain to get dinner and it was well worth the trip. We ordered our meals after reviews on Unilocal looked rather positive. We chose different items to get a feel for the place. My Wife got the chicken kabobs, hummus and dolmas. I got lamb, white rice and spinach. The meals came with pita bread. My first experience with Mediterranean food was in Paris years ago. I must admit my mind was transported back to there. My time machine in the form of a fork and spoon. My Wife really liked her chicken kabobs and raved on the flavor. She said the dolmas were equal to what Arpeggios has in Austin. The hummus for her was decent just more boba ganoush style. The seasoning on the lamb was excellent. My rice was flavorful and fluffy. The yogurt sauce was very tasty as well. The spinach had some kick but it really worked well. A terrific medley of flavor, size and presentation. Even if I pass through the area I have to get food here again. I must say that the place was very clean and organized as well. My hats off to them and I wish them much success.

This place was delicious. While the meat quantity isn’t great, the quality more than makes up for it. And the sides are plenty filling and very delicious. I did the chicken with white rice(delicious lemon soaked taste), with a side of Eggplant. Very well seasoned. I had a few bites of the potatoes(in a tomato sauce) and salad(Greek) and liked those as well. Being connected to a 7 – 11 made a trip next door for a quick 7 – 11 brownie a nice dessert option. Food: 5 stars Atmosphere: 3.5 stars. Portions /Price: 4 stars

Stopped in this place on my way back to my hotel and I’m glad I decided to. This place is small and connected to a gas station but they utilize their space well. There’s an outside patio for good days/nights. The staff were extremely courtesy and prompt to acknowledge me. I ordered the gyro salad, grape leaves and a side of hummus. I sat down inside while they created the meal. I noticed that most people call in their orders for pick up. When my order was ready the guy behind the counter gave me a sample of the gyro meat and I was like«Damn! This is awesome, I’m gonna speed back to my hotel to devour this!». He laughed and replied, «well, our food is definitely worth the $ 300 speeding ticket, but don’t speed tho.» So I didn’t speed and just kept up with traffic to get back and inhale every bit of my meal! I think I’ve found a winner next time I’m in Irving for training!

So. GOOD. So good. Everything here is legit. The lamb is real lamb– not the kind you put in between quotation marks. Everything is reasonably priced as well. If you order a plate(which is under $ 10), they give you mountains of food that will be good for 2 meals. On a stricter budget? Get a gyro. Those things are amazing as well. I will say that I expected more out of the cheese kebabs, as it didn’t seem to have much flavor, but it might just be my tastebuds since I like saltier, softer cheeses. I’ve never had it before so I don’t even have anything to compare it to. It’s not something I’d order again, but that one«okay» meal wasn’t even worth knocking 1 star off this review. I still think highly of this place and I’m hoping they stay in business for as long as they can. Don’t get too dressed up for this place. In fact there’s hardly a place to sit. Be prepared to just grab your food and go.

I am a huge fan of the Halal guys in NY and enjoyed Halal bros in Austin so I was hoping that this would be similar but I was a bit disappointed. I got the lamb plate with rice and eggplant. The rice was just plain white rice, not the yummy seasoned white rice I’ve had at other places. The lamb was very flavorful and marinated wonderfully but it was a bit tough and although they give you a whole skewer. it’s hardly any meat for the amount of rice you get. The eggplant is cooked very well with this interesting yummy flavor as well and they were pretty generous with that portion. After putting your food on the box, they drizzle this white sauce over everything and sprinkle some seasoning. The sauce is quite good! It’s subtle but creamy. However, if you wanted more or if you wanted some hot sauce, they charge extra for it! We got the baba ganoush as well and it was good, tasted homemade with whole chunks of garlic. What did we eat with it? Pita bread that we had to pay extra for! EVERYTHING seems to cost extra here! I typically dont mind but for the small serving of the food itself you’d think they’d be a bit more generous with the sauce or something. Plus neither the baba ganoush or hummus come with pita. what. I wish they would just upcharge these dips and include it. It’s quite annoying hearing the guy at the counter tell me «oh that’s extra» so many times. Anyways, the meat was tasty but I probably wouldn’t go back, just wasn’t what I was looking for.

Change-your-life-delicious! I got the chicken kebab plate with white rice and spinach, and also the cheese kebab by itself. The meat is super flavorful and juicy and chargrilled… the rice was fluffy and perfectly seasoned. The spinach was delicately seasoned, finely chopped… stewed maybe? It was very good. The cheese kebab was a little«different» but still so yummy. The texture was more like firm tofu than the type of cheese us Americans are used to, but it had great flavor and was served topped with delicious sauce over some greens. The ONLY thing I’d change next time is have them go very light on the green cilantro sauce. I love cilantro as much as anyone but it was a bit overpowering at times. The guy taking my order confidently said«see you tomorrow!» when he found out this was my first visit. He’s probably right! I can’t wait to go back! Bottom line: SOGOOD. Try it. You won’t be disappointed.

The food is made from all the things that is pure and good in this world. The food is absolutely orgasmic! I was visiting a friend in Dallas and he recommended this place. All the kebabs be it beef, lamb or chicken are just perfectly cooked and very flavorful. We ordered beef, chicken and lamb kebab plates and it was just delicious. And instead of the normal salad(which I hate), they had really well cooked egg plant with yogurt and added spices. The meat just melts in your mouth. NOTETOTHEOWNER: can you please open an outlet in California Bay Area! I can run it if you want… But please do it!!!
