Their pancakes are delicious! Yummy! Highly recommend this place and would definitely come again.

My husband and I had a nice breakfast here. My eggs benedict were delicious, even if I’d have preferred softer yolks(they didn’t drip) and the biscuits in his sausage & biscuits apparently tasted as if they’d been frozen at some point. Service was quick and friendly and their fresh-squeezed orange juice was delicious. We’d return.

There aren’t enough words to describe how great this restaurant is! I found them on Unilocal and the food looked amazing so I gave it a try. There was a nice crowd waiting to get in, which is a good sign. Every employee was incredibly kind. The food was AMAZING! I even noticed that every person and group looked so pleasant as they left. This is the definition of feel good food and a feel good restaurant. I had a very rough week due to an injury but this really put me in high spirits. I truly appreciate it!

I eat here fairly often and it’s always a good experience. It is always quick, friendly service and the food is very good. Today I had the Cajun Chicken sandwich with a side salad with honey lime dressing. The sandwich was very good but the highlight of the meal was the honey lime dressing. It is homemade and out of this world. I will definitely be back.

Loved loved it. Even though I came there with a sucky date. The waitress was super sweet and she had awesome eyebrows. Honestly she should be a model and not waitressing. But great service, cute cozy diner style environment. Perfect for lazy Saturday’s or Sunday’s

This place gave me a food baby! In a good way! I came here for lunch because I was in the area. And just a tip, my GPS was not accurate, it kept telling me the apartments next door was the restaurant so I had to look on a map to get me there. It’s located on the corner right before said apartments. We got sat fairly quick, it was just the two of us and they gave us a huge table which I thought was odd but good to have the extra space. I ordered a country benedict with ham on the side. I got a dirty look(as I often do for asking for the ham on the side, not that hard people just put it on a plate instead of underneath, just sayin lol). Anyways, food took a bit but boy was it worth it! It was not the traditional eggs benedict as it had scrambled eggs, but the eggs were super fluffy moist and flavorful. The hashbrows were crispy and seasoned just right. English muffin slightly burnt, but I didn’t mind. I finished my whole plate(hense the food baby) and that is rare for me! I will be back here for sure.

Enjoyed our brunch. Nice ambiance. Soothing music and décor. The menu was a little overwhelming with options so it was no surprise to us our Breakfast started out mediocre. Our food was not prepared to our liking(requested everything to be hot) but the staff and management was eager to please without being asked. They did pretty good on the second run so we will possibly dine again.

A couple of our friends invited us to Saturday brunch to La Peep. I got the Greek goddess omelette and it was average. The mister got a huveros rancheros & it absolutely sucked! It was more like a Mexican pizza and was just not anything that we imagined it would be. My friends seemed to have enjoyed their omelettes!

I am baffled as to how there was a line out the door. This food is so mediocre for the price! The quality is literally no better than the free continental breakfast you can get at a Holiday Inn Express. Orange juice had an odd cloudy color and aftertaste. Pancakes and eggs were OK. Potatoes tasted frozen and reheated in a microwave, definitely didn’t come from an oven. Turkey sausage was more like salt sausage. My mom got an egg over easy and it came out over well. If you can’t make basic egg orders correctly, you have no business being a breakfast establishment. The only thing it has going for it is the waitstaff is very nice and attentive.

This restaurant is solely open for brunch. So can you please tell me why they can’t create a proper hollandaise sauce. I’m a chef and can show you if you want, just ask. Ordered the Salmon Benedict: 1. The hollandaise wasn’t thick, it was oily & separated. 2. Salmon over cooked. Unless specified, salmon is served medium to medium well. Not over well and dry. 3 Stars for friendly and fast service.

I’ve been coming to Le Peep for years. I love the atmosphere and size, you should get hear early on Saturday /Sunday to minimize wait time. The food is tasty. Coffee is hot. Juice is cold. Note: their orange juice if freshly squeezed. Wait staff is great, friendly with people skills(chatty and smiles). Manager came over to check on us. With them being in that location for over 20yrs. I would like to see a few upgrades just to give it a little spunk.

This place is a cute, quaint place to grab brunch anytime of the week. If you come on a week day, this place is usually busy, but you will see a few empty tables. The servers are usually very nice and friendly, and I like how they have a pitcher of water and glasses already on each table. I usually get their white lighting which is made out of egg whites and has chicken, cheese and chilies. I usually get a side of their peasant potatoes, which a small cubed potatoes that are seasoned and tasty.

Love eating breakfast/brunch here! Hands down I love the french toast! It comes out hot and fresh with a big chunk of butter on top! Instantanly I pour the syrup on top and then slice the french toast into the perfect cube bites. I think its called the Lumberjack…2 slices of fresh toast, eggs, potatoes, and bacon or sausage. The bacon I ask for extra crispy, not burnt… eggs scrambled fluffy and potatoes I ask for them to be cooked a little bit more so theres a nice crunch to it! Everything is made right when you order. The cooks are like your mama’s cooking so it takes the perfect amount of time to come out from being freshly cooked. The OJ is freshly squeezed and the coffee is always HOT! Sometimes there will be a line… thats okay, just wait!

Came in for brunch with some friends last Friday. Ordered the baby tacos with chorizo. Not bad, not great. Wasn’t greasy but didn’t really have much flavor at all. The salsa was subpar and the«guac» appeared to just be mashed up avocados — zero flavor. I added salt/pepper and squeezed some lemon from my water into it. There are soooooo many options for brunch in dfw that this isn’t a preference. We met here because it was close to the Byron and easy to get to.

Recently had my first LePeep experience here thanks to a Groupon I bought for this location. We went on a Monday morning, so there was no wait and only a few tables occupied. The waitress was excellent. I’d read very mixed reviews on the peasant potatoes — some mentioned that they were hard and tasteless while others said they were great. I asked my waitress about that and she said that she had also heard mixed things about them but could take them or leave them herself. I appreciated her honesty and decided to try them for myself. I ended up getting the French toast and the peasant potatoes — and I thought the meal was decent. The French toast were somewhat mushy and fell apart in the syrup pretty effortlessly. The potatoes were not hard but they were somewhat lacking in flavor. My fiancée had the pancakes and he gave me a pretty hefty piece of one of them. I was feeing regretful then that I hadn’t ordered the pancakes myself because they were way tastier than the French toast. Next time I go back — definitely getting the pancakes. The restrooms were clean as was the restaurant and the staff was friendly. I recommend you check Groupon before paying full price on a meal here — they often run Groupon specials where you can save 50% on your meal. :)

I was starving for breakfast or brunch food on a late Saturday morning after staying the night at the Omni Mandalay, so I was really excited to see a Le Peep nearby. I also found out that they have a pretty great gluten-free menu. They make it very clear that while they do their best to create safe GF meals, they don’t have a designated GF kitchen space. Good to know and eat at your own risk. I ordered the GF pancakes which came with 2 eggs(I chose over medium), bacon or sausage(bacon duh), and«peasant potatoes» — little breakfast potato cubes cooked with onions and herbs. My food was definitely delicious and I love the heavy, colorful plates. Le Peep’s got that rustic, cottage-y feeling down. My eggs and pancakes were perfect, but I always find the peasant potatoes to be a little underdone. The bacon wasn’t impressive either, extremely thin and still somehow very greasy. I ate it anyway because it was good enough! The atmosphere leaves a bit to be desired. Maybe because it was 11:45 on a Saturday morning and there had(most likely) been a huge crowd earlier on, but I thought the restaurant was kind of dirty. Dark colored carpet isn’t a good idea in an eatery! The floor was covered in visible crumbs, which isn’t appetizing, and then an employee would walk by every now and again with one of those weird cordless sweepy vacuum things that doesn’t seem to do much. Hmm. Also, probably because I was a party of one, I was seated at the only small table right next to the bathrooms. I should have immediately asked for a different spot, but I didn’t want to take up a larger space when it was just me. I don’t know… it’s just not appetizing to have people constantly walking by you opening and shutting bathroom doors. My waiter was really sweet and attentive, and you get a lot of food for the prices. A-OK indeed, Le Peep.
