WOWZER. The staff here are so rude. They don’t follow corporate procedures when it comes to making drinks. They refused to put honey on my drink claiming their scissors nor their hands are sanitized. Ok, cool excuse bro(actually it was a girl), but corporate procedure says to put the honey in my drink.

Great staffs and all but tjere is no place for you to sit. It is always busy, busy, busy!! Don’t be expected to sit here and get your work done at some table. all 5 tims I was here I had to leave with all my work loads… to packed and too many people for it’s place!

Good Starbucks location, the staff is friendly and great. They are always quick with my orders. I really love the online option because this location will have the order ready when I get there from my house. They are also great with the random mixes which my husband likes to order… This trip he tried a frappula which is basically a white chocolate mocha with raspberry sauce he loved it. I am a simple order, I stick to the green tea Frapuccino because they are simply the best! They lose one star because parking can be difficult during high traffic time and they don’t have a drive though

Holy wait batman! This place was insanely busy! The line was almost to the door. The cashiers and baristas were working as fast as they possibly could, but the wait time was still 10 minutes. My cappuccino was hot and yummy, so all was forgiven when it came out. Just know this location is extremely popular and you will have to wait at peek hours!

This location is one of the busiest ones so prepare yourselves and bring work emails to tend to or WSJ to catch up on. On another note, thank goodness for online ordering, right? Not in this case! I’ve been coming to this location for several months now, and not once do I ever get a «good morning», let alone a greeting at all. Aside from the atrocious beginning encounters, you will also often catch an attitudes with the baristas. I made an online order that included a Spinach Savory. I arrive, got my drinks, but was missing the savory. Rather than telling me they ran out, they had me waiting a good 5 – 10 minutes. I was eventually rudely told I could get in the long line for a refund if I didn’t want anything they had available. In this case, don’t bother asking what’s available because you will then receive an inconvenient eye roll along with a list of a million sandwiches blurted at a million miles an hour. I opted to get an egg white sandwich to avoid having to get in line for a refund for an item they should have plenty in stock of. Not only was my sandwich half cold, the barista remains unapologetic for the inconvenience. Perhaps, she was just having a bad day. We all have them, right? After my visit this morning, it is no longer coincidental that baristas at this Starbucks are having a bad day. I placed another online order. I arrive and the drinks are ready, but again, I’m missing a sandwich(I’m a foodie, I need my food). I asked the barista about it. She asked the queen of all attitudes if she received my order, and of course she didn’t. Again, coincidence? Afraid not. Every online order before AND after me was correct. Another 5 minutes, and I finally get my sandwich. And yes, you guessed it, no «thank you» and definitely no apology. Come here if you consistently want inconsistent service/orders.

I enjoy this location on the occasional Saturday morning. They haven’t messed up my order, I receive my drink in a timely manner, and the people are fairly nice. Overall, not a bad location at all. I’ll return in the future.

This is the worst Starbucks. I come here because it’s close to my work. They are so slow(even when it’s not busy). Every time I come in here, again whether it’s crowded or not, I am waiting 15 – 20 minutes for drink/food. When it comes to making the drinks, when it’s crowded, there is no rhyme or reason to their madness – they don’t make the drinks in the order they were actually ordered. I stood there during a peak hour and watched three people who ordered after me get their complicated drink orders. This morning I go in an order a drink and breakfast sandwich. I watched the guy write on my cup and write on my sandwich bag and put it in line to be made. Well I got my drink and after almost 15 minutes of being there I still did not have my sandwich. I was asked are you waiting on something – yes my breakfast sandwich. The barista told one of the other girls to make it. What does she do? She goes and starts stocking the shelves and makes someone else’s sandwich. After another 5 minutes the same girl that asked me what I’m waiting on looks at me and tells the same girl that was back stocking shelves to make the sandwich. She looks around confused like she didn’t even know she had to make it. Again I come here because it’s the closest to my work but it is so frustrating to come here.

Very busy place. Normal Starbucks in some ways, but not up to their historic standards. Couple of things stood out in comparison to other Starbucks: No decaf. Since it is later in the day, wanted half decaf and half pikes place. No go. Disappointment. The barista was not knowledgable about her coffee being served. Gold Coast is a new one for me, advertised as stout and refined. What does stout imply? I like a strong yet smooth blend, Italian Roast for example. I don’t care for a sharp acid flavor. She just stood there and smiled, said she had no idea. Only two people behind the counter for such a large busy place. Flies buzzing around, landing on my hair and beverage. Not the best Starbucks.

This location has quite a bit of seating inside, which would make it a great spot for remote working or meeting if it wasn’t bordering on being an echoic chamber. Otherwise, the service is always fast, friendly without slowing down the rhythm, and seems to be one of the first to roll out new offerings. If you go between 7−8am(especially on Fridays) and haven’t wised up to the new«order ahead» function through the app, be prepared to wait in a line that’s easily 20 people deep. Edit: now if only they could fine-tune the process of order-ahead PICKUP… trying to make eye contact with one of the baristas to snag my coffee that I can see sitting on a shelf just out of reach can take almost as long as standing in the damn line…

Starbucks, here’s an amazing free business tip for you… OPENANOTHERLOCATIONINLASCOLINAS. There are so many apartments over in this area and this location is always over crowded. You’ll be killing it. We hate having to come all the way over to MacArthur(which is always a train-wreck) to get our Starbucks. You’re welcome. You may deposit money into my Starbucks account as a thanks. Also, I noticed that there were fewer snacking options than I am use to seeing at Starbucks. Maybe it’s just been awhile since I have actually gone in, or maybe you were out, but I swore you used to do those little cherry pies… and little plates of boiled eggs and cheese.(What happened to those) Please bring them back. I really enjoyed your new sparkling mango iced tea. Sparkling anything is so great in my opinion.

Always busy during work hours no matter what time you go but they are quick. Im trying the London Fog latte for the first time which is on the secret menu. Earl Grey Tea, 2%, vanilla and caramel. Not bad! I added ice because its too hot in TX. I still like the green tea latte better.

I like Starbucks, I really do, but their coffee is too expensive. Nonetheless, I do enjoy this location. My girlfriend and I enjoy coming here and studying – if you can find a spot that is – usually it is quite crowded. Great location and a great vibe. ~Carpe Diem~

This one has a drive thru! Few spots outside. I came in after work once for a meeting and there were no seats at all inside and just one table free outside. So keep that in mind if you are looking for a place to lounge this isn’t it!

Most of the Starbucks that I review, I find myself leaving a three star rating. They are all mostly decent(there are a few exceptions), nothing too memorable and they all serve a good cup of coffee. This location in Irving is an exception though… good coffee, nice service, and a spacious interior earns this spot a extra star. The coffee shop is located in a busy area, surrounded by multiple restaurants, yoga spots, and tanning salons. The parking lot can get quite full at times, and you will definitely need to dodge a few cars because it’s real busy most of the time. Once you get inside, you’ll see that there is plenty of room! Multiple cushy chairs take up a couple of corners. There are multiple tables and chairs that line the walls and the middle of the floor as well. Keep in mind, even with the large number of tables inside, this spot stays so busy that most of them are full at certain points of the day. One pet peeve that I have is the full office meetings that are held in coffee shops. There should be a rule: if you have more than 10 people in your business, please get a office! Pulling 3 tables together in the middle of the floor really disrupts the flow of things. Luckily multiple tables also line the exterior as well… these are nice spots during nice weather, and if you don’t mind car exhaust in your face while you sip your beverage. The product itself is real good. I haven’t had too many bad drinks at this location. The baristas are on top of their game. Every once in a while at other Starbucks locations, I find myself sipping warm milk without the espresso, but not here… everything is prepared well. The service itself is on point too. Even though this place gets crowded and stays busy, everyone is polite and helpful. That means a lot to me, and is one of the reasons why I give this location the extra star. To sum it up, this Starbucks offers great cups of coffee and food, but it can get quite busy. It’s a great option for coffee if you’re in the area.

Great location but no drive through? Went here for a few mornings in a row to start the day. Weekday or weekend the service was fairly quick but always with a smile. The outdoor seating was nice as the weather was perfect on this trip but had it been bad there was more than enough comfortable seating for everyone inside. Other than that it’s a Starbucks, clean, reliable and pricy(for coffee), 3 Stars.

Yep. It’s a Starbucks! If you’re heading south on 114, this Starbucks is a bit hard to reach. If you want to get back on 114 south, it is a pain in the ass. Otherwise, you’re golden.

Looks like most any other Starbucks… however, for the 2 hours I was there, the line was tremendously long the whole time. The reason I gave it 5 stars was simply because of the speed they are able to move this long line through. There were probably 20 people in line when I got there, and ow as through, and had coffee in hand in less than 5 minutes. The line moved this way the entire 2 hours I was there.

Very convenient location at MacArthur and John W. Carpenter, with tons of parking and easy parking lot in/out access either back onto MacArthur or the freeway frontage road. You would expect this Starbucks, given its location and seemingly large commuter business, that they would have outfitted it with a drive-through, alas there isn’t one. Interior space is ample and there are plenty more tables and seating areas than many other Starbucks. I felt that while the cashiers working the register were very efficient and friendly, that the very consistently long line during the morning rush is indicative of a need for another ‘Bucks in the area, as this one is kind of an island, given the part of town in which it’s located. Also, I can’t give more than 3 stars due to consistent barista slowness in prep/delivery of drinks, which causes a secondary backup after you’ve waited in a long line to place your drink order. Alas, I am a Starbucks zombie(or a zombie without my Starbucks), so I simply adjusted my schedule for my second visit here to arrive earlier to allow for the long ordering line and long drink pickup queue, without jeopardizing my AM meeting punctuality. Sometimes you just gotta adjust and adapt to get your ‘Bucks fix. And please, when it’s the morning rush, and there are 20 other bleary-eyed people waiting for their caffeine/pastry fix, don’t order 10 über-customized espresso drinks.

This is by far my favorite Starbucks. The baristas here are amazing. Not only do they remember the names of the regulars(and there are many) they also remember their drinks. This is one of the larger Starbucks I’ve been in. That said it can get quite busy in the mornings; 7 – 8 seems to be the busiest. During this time the end of the line can be as far back as the entrance. But it’s never more than a 3 – 4 minute wait before I’m at the counter placing my order. All said I’m usually in and out within 7 – 8 minutes. If you’d rather avoid the busy time, do as I usually do and arrive between 6:30−7(I know, that’s a little early). My only ‘issue’ with this Starbucks is the proximity to my office. It’s too darn close(5 minutes or so). This makes it very challenging to manage my coffee addiction.
