Worst customer service! The guy at the drive thru speaker was joking around and the other employees were laughing in the background! I called to complain and the manager also lacked customer service skills!

I drove all the way here and saw signs posted up, LOBBYCLOSE. I ask him why is the lobby close when it’s only 7pm and he said he is the only one working and he is short of employee. O… k??? I left. I won’t give them my business.

Poor customer service. I didn’t even get a sorry after waiting for 15mins to be told they were out of their new pepper barrel tenders! Not to mention the dining room was very dirty. The manager was just sitting down in the back and it didn’t seem like anyone but an older woman and man were working. Step up your game people. You choose to work here!

This place is in serious need of nice people! The front counter lady new once said hello or anything just glared at us! It’s dirty and hot! Been there done that will never go back! Negative 5 stars!

I have been to this location multiple times… bc its the closest to my home. And I have been disappointed ALMOST every single time. The quality of chicken stinks… the pieces are small. They ALWAYS try and charge you for extra things such a sauces after you only get 1… I understand for maybe anything other than 2. Anyways this last time I decided to try the garlic smoke chicken tenders… and ended up with small chicken medallions, no garlic dipping sauce, the ride beans and rice container hap opened and spilled into the box… Just all around NOT A GOODEXPERIENCE. Management and employee personnel need some SERIOUS re-training and this particular franchise(store) needs a serious overhaul.

Worst customer service ever. We went here on a Tuesday night to grab something quick for dinner and literally nothing was available except select prepared sides and fried chicken pieces. No tenders, no popcorn shrimp, no fish, no baskets, just regular fried chicken. And the employees refused to fry anything else up. Is this even allowed?

Good biscuit, mashed potatoes, Cajun fries and rice. The spicy chicken never disappoints. The service is quick and efficient. Plenty of sides to choose from and they always come up with something new every once in a while. The only downside, you have to spend extra hour on treadmill the day you eat here.

It’s my third time to the location(only because it’s the only one in Irving basically and close to my employer) but every time I’ve went the service was terrible. My order was incorrect literally every time. The first time it was okay, maybe it was a mistake, but constantly. That’s outrageougs. I believe Yessica is the manager there but she is the most rude lady every. Not only did she speak good enough English to listen and comprehend but clearly she’s a liar. I’m sure nothing will happen, nothing every does at these sort of places. But the service is terrrrrrrible. Thank God everything is premade for them, so let’s not get confused just because the food is good. Yessica Yessica Yessica… You have to do better lady. Your attitude stinks you never should laugh in a paying customer face.

Now I normally love Popeyes, but I just watched an employee leave the restroom at this location without washing her hands. Gross. Experience ruined.

I love me some chicken, and I definitely love me some Popeyes. This joint always never fails me to make consistantly good chicken. I prefer this location because the chicken pieces always are larger then other popeyes that I go.

TERRIBLE customer service and they never have chicken ready. You have to pull up and wait for them to bring it out too often. And it takes forever. Also, the inside is kind of messy and dirty. And why the hell don’t they have crawfish anymore! I like Popeyes’ food a lot, but this location needs a makeover in terms of offerings and customer service One plus, I do like that they have daily specials for 3.99 – even on weekends and it comes with a drink included in the 3.99 price. good bargain

This is seriously the worst Popeyes in the chain. I’ve gone 3x in the last 2 months, to this location, placed my order but as soon as I pull up to pay– I’m told they are out of my order which is fried chicken, their signature. This was my last draw tonight. Once again it happened. I’m from LA and never had this problem in La or other locations but this one. I guess management doesn’t know how to order enough food. This is just bad. I never go to this location again.

I always stop here when at DFW. Why? There is not one Popeyes on Maui. Yup, sad but true. ATMOSPHERE: Takeout only counter located near gate A16. We walked from A34 special to get this! FOOD: I’m not sure if there are other preparations of chicken but this location has only one style which is similar to KFC’s extra crispy, though the taste is less flavorful. The spicy version isn’t hot one bit. SERVICE: The male cashier was a mess. He’d wipe his nose while talking to customers, and start stretching & yawning like he just got out of bed. Thank goodness he’s not handling exposed food. There was a small language barrier but our order came out okay. The guy behind us got his simple drink order messed up. OVERALL: Good alternative to KFC but definitely not better. It’s more of a variety thing for me.

Whatever you do with your life, get the new spicy naked tenders. With a side of ranch. And the cajun rice. And a biscuit, ok maybe two. You’re all set.

I don’t go to places like Popeye’s or Golden Chicken as often as I used to back in high school but I remember hitting up Popeye’s when I got my wisdom teeth taken out a few years back and their mashed potatoes are pretty good. But the review is less about the food but more about the way they do business in this location. A lot of the criticism I have to put on the managerial staff or whoever runs this place. A few key things that turn me off to this location. Recently their drive-thru staff have been more day laborer than usual. More often than not, they get my order wrong the times that I have visited here. And when I mention it at the cashier window, they just say oh it’s okay I didn’t charge you for what you didn’t get. Sometimes that’s not the point. Anyway, communication especially in drive-thru where the point is convenience really needs to be addressed. Also, I don’t like this trend of the drive-thru staff telling you to pull forward and they will bring your food out when it’s ready. This is their way of serving customers faster? I say. why not just serve customers faster! Think internally in the kitchen and not so much externally where it affects the customers. The reason I don’t like this is because I can only pull a certain distance forward and the car behind usually just barely misses my rear bumper when they pull out. This irritates me. So I actually just pull up to a parking space in front. But when the staff comes out to find me, they look just briefly and go back in like I left. I liken it to when I was a kid and my parents tell me to go find something like my shoes or socks and I tell them okay but don’t really put sincere effort to find it. Anyway, these things have happened on more than one occasion and since I don’t really go that often, that’s a high percentage. All that being said, I will say that the staffers seem genuinely courteous. I put the onus on the managerial staff to re-evaluate how they operate.
