New York a fan of this location. Can’t get your food out warm all the time, and it’s always packed with big groups it seems. I’ve moved on from here. While cheap, I notice the side items I order elsewhere, like sausage and bacon are far better quality elsewhere. But I guess if you want a big pile of flapjacks and don’t care how they taste, you’ll be okay here

It was so good yesterday(food/service) we came back again today! Pancakes with peaches and ice cream– best thing I’ve ever eaten.

I usually like to come to IHOP whenever I crave for pancakes and to have their mocha coffee in the meantime. There’s only one interesting thing that’s happening at IHOP and that they’re serving thanksgiving entrée on their menu. It’s kind of weird but awesome at the same time. I came here with my coworkers a few times and I haven’t had a memorable experience. The food is decent but not very good. The management is decent but it seems like the employees actually hate working here.

Wow, after reading the reviews I wonder if either me and my wife were just real tired and hungry that we didn’t notice all of what has been said or if we were just lucky ’cause our experience here was just fine. We got seated real fast, our waiter was attentive and on top of everything and our food was great. The only issue I had and this might be more about Ihop in general is their«late night menu» is pretty limited. Then again it did not matter much to us seeing as we drove down from Houston and spent all day at the Texas Motor Speedway and only cared about whatever we were about to eat was hot.

Came here with my mom. I think it was one of the managers that got us to have a seat at the bench while he lets the hostess know to get us a table. He said she’ll be right with us. We waited by the bench as per his instruction. Shortly after, a line began to form. Hostess came, didn’t acknowledge us and took in the first 2 she saw. Apparently, the guy/manager didn’t tell her we were waiting. So we left. Poor service from the moment we walked in.

Food was ok my husband wanted to try the double dipped French toast, I had cfs waiter was clueless, asked me about my salad after the orders then still forgot it, I reminded him after our food arrived with the wrong dressing and was then informed they didn’t have my dressing, never refilled the drinks, brought the check and acted suprised I wanted the refill, service is horrible

I used to love going here as a kid, the french toast were always on point, moist, soft, flavorful and just plain delicious. They still are! But, one thing I’ve learned after coming here for several years is that the quality of the taste depends on the time you come. If you come on peak hours, then the food will be ok, also if you eat anytime before 10 pm, the food will be better than if you come after 10pm. Today i got the california scramble which was really good, hash browns are by far the best I’ve ever tasted. In past visits I’ve usually gotten different types of omelets. Once i got the fit omelet which came with a bowl of fruit which were overripe and just nasty. Moral of the story: food quality is inconsistent. My advice to avoid getting bad quality food is to eat before 10PM and try to eat around regular breakfast, lunch, and dinner hours. Another thing that is inconsistent is service. Once when i came with friends, our server gave us attitude and rolled her eyes after we all ordered water. Another time I came with my dad after a baseball game and our server was practically nonexistent. Other times, including today, we get attentive, nice, and speedy servers that take care of us well. Cleanliness wise, the place is clean, sometimes utensils may have spots but its not bad. I give it a 3⁄5 because the food is good, but inconsistencies knock it down.

The food here is always great and made fresh. The only issue is how this I-Hop is managed. I went in this past week for the all you can eat pancakes. It wasn’t packed which I was happy about but we didn’t get seated for about 5 minutes or so. The hostess was sitting at table with another waiter talking. Even when I stuck my head around the corner there was no sense of urgency to seat me and my coworker. The waitress was nice and attentive. Our food took some time although the restaurant was not crowded. The food was great I enjoyed it but I did not enjoy that the restaurant charged my credit card 3 times for a 7 dollar meal. Unfortunately, I will not be going back to this location ever again. I can deal with the mediocre management because the food is always good but I will not tolerate someone running my card several times without my authorization.

$ 4 for HALF an avocado! And, I asked for three eggs over medium– I got TWO overcooked eggs.

Went here in thanksgiving day I know not the best choice but thy were open so I chose to here with my mom. It was good food I guess but the waiting staff forgot whip cream on my dessert and completely forgot my moms pancakes to go with her meal.

I visited this Ihop once before on a weekend and the service was poor and the silverware was dirty, not once, not twice but 3 times so I had to ask for plasticware. I assumed that it was because it was a Saturday and they were short handed. I am back again on a Tuesday and my waiter never checked on me once. And again I received dirty silverware. This is the worst Ihop I have ever been to outside of the one I visited in Shreveport, LA. To add insult to injury; my waiter brought me my bill 10 minutes ago and still haven’t come to get my payment. He is going to get a big tip from me today! Look for a new job because is not the one for you Martin S!

Dirty utensils, cold food and dried egg from it appears to be from a left over meal considering I didn’t order any eggs. I definitely won’t be back to this location.

First off, this IHOP rocks! We brought 12 people to the ihop on Beltline. They turned us away. They were not crowded. The hostess told us they did not have enough cooks and servers. Boo! This IHOP is fab. The food is great. The staff is great. The manager jumped in the back to help the cook. How awesome is that. I highly recommend this location. I am sadly disappointed in the other location. Shame on you. I’ll leave a Unilocal on your page too.

Great place to go for brunch with friends and family. Service was fast and friendly. I highly recommend the stuffed brioche french toast! The filling was warm and not too sweet — tasted amazing! My friend ordered chicken and waffles which also tasted great.

Take out order has issues taking orders correctly and giving estimation on time to pickup. My order got placed when I came to pick it up after 15 minutes which was supposed to be ready. Don’t do take out from this location.

It’s IHOP. The food is pretty consistent so I tend to judge more on the service itself. This location has had a very good track record of service so far. Waiter brought drinks quickly; food was at the table shortly after we ordered(all breakfast items). He was also always nearby in case we needed anything. This may become part of our Sunday morning route.

Bacon came out completely undercooked to the point of being translucent, stretchy and limp. I requested some bacon that was more properly cooked, and not to my surprise, it came back so mutilated and burnt that by simply touching it while resting on the plate, it shattered. My standards aren’t usually high for an IHOP, but bacon is a pretty standard«ask». Disappointing service as well.

Have the Sirloin Tips and Eggs with the eggs sunny side up. They are awesome! Coming to IHOP is like visiting Dennys and the like. Don’t expect AAA service, ect. It just a place you go to if you really like it. Plus they are open 24 hrs a day so…
