Love the fresh sausage and fruit kolaches made daily. The owner has always been working when I’ve gone in and he’s always so nice.

Food was OK and service terrible. Went there due to the Unilocal reviews below and it’s far from the truth. Reheated the kolache and the sausage rolls, so I’m not sure how fresh these were. Also, the person at the counter was nonchalant, rude and unhappy to serve us. He literally wouldn’t answer our questions, even though we were gentle and polite with our questions. We felt like we were burdening him by giving him our business.

All the fruit kolache(apricot, apple, strawberry) was great. The kids had the cinnamon rolls. We also had the meat kolache. All fresh and good. We went at 10:00 am and they were already running out of stuff. Quaint place with decent seating — though most people did a take out. The one caveat is its quite crowded when we went and there was only one person running the place

This is a small locally owned bakery. I LOVE the sausage rolls and cinnamon rolls and stop pretty regularly to bring them into the office. But if you don’t plan ahead, you will be limited on what you can buy. So If you want something by the dozen, call ahead. They like to keep enough stock on hand so the post work coffee crowd can come in and linger over coffee and pastries — frustrating if you want to buy in bulk on a whim but nice if you are a regular that comes in to linger. I have been frustrated before because I don’t always plan ahead but my team has never been disappoint when Kasa Kolache comes to the office! The jalapeño sausage rolls are the best!!! Fluffy yeast roll and spicy texas sausage. Light and airy — not chewy like you see other places.

Solid kolaches here! Make sure you come early or call ahead– by the time I actually remembered to place by order(around 11am on a Thursday) they were sold out of a lot of items so I basically bought whatever they had left. The fruit kolaches and sausage and cheese kolache were really good, and my coworkers loved the gigantic cinnamon rolls. The owner was also really nice and accommodating, and I will definitely be back(but make sure to come earlier). Parking is easy since they have a big lot.

Kolache café this was my first experience with the Polish Kolache Cris had the Cream cheese I had the Raspberry and the sausage jalapeño the bread and the flavor were great. As a bonus it’s a business run by The owners. Which is rare. The food was great the owners were warm and kind. Try this place.

One of the best in DFW! This little place packs a huge punch with its taste and flavor with every kolache. Worth the stop if you’re in the area. The owner is also very nice, courteous and a hoot to talk to. You won’t be disappointed.

I have visited this place a few more times since my last awkward experience. The proprietor said«I remember you» and then proceeded to give me great service. No ill will at all. I thought that was very cool! That’s how men should behave. Honestly, I chalk up my previous experience to this place being a mom and pop. I was expecting assembly line service, which was wrong on my part. You have to take the good with the bad. This place has a neighborhood feel and the regular customers expect a little chit-chat from the owner. If you are visiting for the first time, you may not get that eye contact and undivided attention. He may get your order wrong, but no big deal, it takes a few seconds to fix it. Take a deep breath, all the way into your balls.

I love kolaches and will drive 45 min to an hour out of my way to have a deliciously made kolache. I’ve got a few favorite kolache places, such as little Czech stop off of 35 south and loan star kolaches in Austin Texas. However kasa kolache just became my favorite kolache place. The quality and taste is what makes it number 1 on my list. It’s a small little mom n pop type shop and they have their menu hand written on a chalk board. The owners were sweet as can be also. So cheerful and very humble :) I got the cream cheese kolache. And one sausage and cheese and one sausage jalepeño and cheese and if I wasn’t trying not to be a pig I would have ordered 3 more! For 3 my totaly came to $ 4 and some change. I told the owner I needed to get change out of my car and he said don’t worry about it. Which was also a plus! I defiantly will be going back to kasa kolache!

Excellent service make this one of my favorite places in Coppell! Sausage/cheese kolache is amazing! The fruit kolaches and turnovers are great. My favorite is blueberry and cream cheese. Daughter loves the cinnamon rolls. I think they have Free wifi too. Call ahead to see which kolaches are fresh or to order ahead of time. Betcha can’t eat just ONE!

Delicious kolaches! The bread is soft and melts in your mouth. I the cream cheese and an apricot one. They were great! Coffee is available for a reasonable price and is good too. They are closed in Mondays.

Ordered a dozen kolaches, plus some cinnamon rolls and sausage rolls to go – because I had heard everything was delicious. The owners Enrique and Moses were quite nice and helpful. The prices were reasonable. $ 9.99 for a dozen kolaches. The flavor profile of the kolaches varies depending on what type you get. The apricot was my favorite. The strawberry tasted artificial. The cinnamon rolls were a bit dry. But the jalapeño sausage rolls were delicious! And a bit spicier than expected, for those who aren’t keen on that. Overall, I would come back, but not necessarily go out of my way.

We have to have Kolaches from Kasa Kolache at least once a week. Whenever our family comes to town to visit… they demand Kasa Kolache. The apricot is my favorite! They make them fresh daily and the owner is literally the nicest person I have ever met!

I’m a very happy customer to have stumbled upon this hidden, delicious piece of Coppell(Thanks to Unilocal!!!). I am now a big fan of kolaches, and Kasa Kolache makes a varity of kolaches — My favorite: jalapeño sausage and cheese. Having a choice of lattes, cappuccinos, and hot chocolate is an added bonus. If you’re in the area, check the hours and make the time to stop by! #GreatMorningTreat

Kasa Kolache is a gem in coppell! They offer a variety of kolaches and pigs in a blanket. This is the next best thing to Little Czech shop on the way to Austin out in West Texas. I came in to try their strawberry kolache and a jalepano pig in blanket. The owner is super friendly so it makes you feel great supporting locals. There is not many real kolache shops around. I’m not talking about the kolache Americans label as kolaches. Pigs in a blanket is not a kolache. Real kolaches have fruit in the middle. They offer a variety of fruit filling here. I will be back to try more!

Hmm i was craving something sweet for breakfast which rarely happens by the way! I read a lot about this place but never tried it even though I live right in Coppell… I came pretty early, and no body else was in the shop, no lines at all. So perfect I can be quick! I glanced at the menu, and poppy seed and chicken kolaches popped at me. I always see sausage but never chicken, so I was very excited. The guy told me they didn’t have either of those. That made me really sad. So i told him another flavor but they didn’t have that either. I just ended up asking what he had so I didn’t have to continue this conversation. The menu was a chalkboard, so I would hope that they could utilize that and wipe out any flavors they run out of. That would make more sense right? I also read that one of the Unilocalers stated if they are out of something they would make it fresh for you. Well I sure didn’t get that service, so I guess that’s for some but not for all. The kolaches that I ended up getting were good, just standard flavors though, so I have had them before. I wanted to try something different. I may come back just to give it a try… that is when I crave something sweet for breakfast again. Which probably will be never.
